He has blue fur, a wolf-like head, hands and feet resembling an eagle's talons and a long reptilian tail, wearing a brown trench coat over a blue dress shirt and jeans fastened with a belt, and often has a cigar in his mouth. He styles his dark hair into dreadlocks.
Sayoko: Froopy, Tailman, Tentacole! Evacuate the civilians! I'll hold him off!
Sayoko then rushed the villain, punching him, only for him to effortlessly block her strike, creating a powerful shockwave, only for him to slam his fist into her, sending her crashing into the rocks, struggling to keep her guard up.
