On sundays people around the world join in fellowship for the common goal of worshiping God together. People study the Word of the Lord and search for insight and guidance from our Creator. While it is important to dig deeply into God's Word for the edification of our lives, sometimes it is important to step back and start at the beginning. Wherever we look we are surrounded by the results of creation. While we have tarnished it by desiring and ultimately choosing to know good and evil, it still emanates the love of God for us, because creation itself is an emanation of His love for us. Whether it's the luscious beauty of the tropics, the grandeur of Yosemite, or the serene beauty of the deserts, God has created something to stir the passions and awe of every human. 1 John 4:8 says that, “God is love,” let's look around and see what His love has done for us.
