A/N: i ship hiccstrid sooo much, ok?! i ship them both. it actually kinda hurts me as i write this chapt. but, think of it as them living in an alternate universe? a universe where astrid and hiccup didn't end up together. i mean, it is fanfiction, i guess? plus, hiccup met and are with jack, elsa and rapunzel here and that so there's no need for arguing why hiccstrid needs to be fanon here.
