    This stage, being the Finals, there is no long talk. The Judgement Procedure is going to be very thorough and work with a cumulative score procedure, meaning that all the Judges will score you and the cumulative score will be what will determine whether you end up being the ULTIMATE PEN MASTER!🏆🔥

    THEME: GOD COMPLEX - DYSTOPIAN WORLD CREATION. 
    THEME ELABORATION: 
    As writers that the stars clearly are, we want to test their ability to be able to tap into world creation, but in this case, we are testing their creativity with the theme of alternate realities. So it's up to them to go ahead and exercise that god power they have as writers and create a world with their own concepts, their rules, their laws of nature, and well, their story. Good luck! 
    Word Count: 500 to 2000 words. 
    Genre: Dystopian. 
    Work Titling: Only adds an advantage to your work if the work is good. Otherwise, it doesn't really do anything. It is optional for the Pen Masters to title their works or not.
