I woke up with a massive headache and Angelica shaking me. "Y/N! What did you do?!" She shouted.

I swatted her away and sat up with a groan. "Huh?" I asked her, massaging my temples. "Alexander is in the living room almost crying and asking for you, we can't find Elizabeth anywhere, and you're in her room!"

At the sound of my sister's name, all my memories came flooding to me. I looked at Angelica in panic.

"Well don't just sit there! Go talk to Alexander and find our sister!!" She shouted. I grabbed her wrist and pulled her out of the room.

I saw everyone crowding around Alexander, asking him random questions. I sighed and ran down the steps and into the living area. "Everyone, go! Angelica, stay. The three of us need to talk." I demanded into the crowd.

Hesitantly, everyone left Alexander, Angelica, and I in the living area alone. I shut the giant oak doors on us and started pacing, tears slowly falling.

I looked to Alexander and ran up to him, slapping him as hard as I could. "You did this!" I screamed at him.

Angelica immediately put herself between us. "He did what, Y/N." She said calmly. I sniffled and shook my head. "He got me drunk! We were both losing our minds because of the alcohol that he didn't put a limit on! And when I got home, Elizabeth asked where I had been."

Alexander slowly started to shake his head, already knowing the outcome. I let out a small sob. "I told Elizabeth about you two. And about us."

Angelica staggered back and looked at me, betrayal in her eyes. "Y/N, how could you?!" She shouted.

I pointed to Alexander. "He said he would put a cap on the drinks! I only wanted one to clear my mind, but he offered me another! And another! And another! Until we were both drunk out of our minds!" I yelled back.

Alexander intervened now, stepping between us with his hands outstretched, trying to keep maximum distance between us two. "Just stop it!"

We both looked at him angrily, but he looked to me. "What exactly did you tell Elizabeth?" He asked.

I shook my head. "I don't know! I just know I told her that we had kissed multiple times, and that Angelica also had a thing with you!" I said, glaring at them both.

I met Alexander's stare and pointed a finger at him. "This all started with you!" He stepped back, obviously offended. "How?!"

I threw my hands in the air. "Oh, I don't know! Maybe because you started with the flirtatious letters! And you insisted that we continue this relationship! Ours and yours with Angelica!" My sister glared at me, but I ignored her. "And let's not forget about the incident on the ship!"

He scoffed and crossed his arms. "Oh, we're calling that an 'incident' now are we? Like you didn't want to!"

"I wouldn't if I knew it would end like this! God above, Alexander!"

He made a sound of frustration. "So what? We're going to act like that dance meant nothing?" He asked, feeling betrayed.
I shook my head in disbelief. "Not the point! We have to find Elizabeth before she gets hurt."  I said.

Angelica nodded and stepped around Alexander. "Any idea where she could be?" She asked. I tapped my foot as I tried to remember who her friends were. I snapped my finger and they looked to me.

"She's friends with Mrs.Washington! I saw letters exchanged between them!" I said in realization.

We all nodded and left the living area. I found my family actually standing a respectful distance away, surprisingly. "We need to find Elizabeth, ok? Check dress shops, parks, the shore line." I said to my family.

"Where are you going?" John asked. I looked to him and shook my head. "Hopefully to fix the mess I made." I said before rushing out our front door, Angelica and Alexander tailing behind.

Sorry it's short. My family and I are on the road and I am getting bad service. I just didn't want to leave you guys on a cliffhanger for too long :)
