Sanyukta was sitting at her room silently when Parth came there with Roja.
"What is it Sanyukta, hum kabse wait kar rahe hain aur tum hume good news dene ke wajaye yeha room mein baithi huyi ho!" Parth said casually when Sanyukta kept mum.
"So finally Randhir maan geya na! Am sure maan geya hoga." Parth said happily when Sanyukta looked at him blankly.
"Randhir isn't ready to forgive me Parth." Sanyukta said slowly when both Parth and Roja became shocked.
"What itne sab kuch ke baad vi nehi mana wo!" Parth said shockingly.
"Nehi, uska kahena hain ke jab maine usse uski galti ke liye maaf nehi kiya toh phir wo mujhe kyu maaf karega!" Sanyukta said slowly.
"What?" Parth almost screamed.
"Aur yeh sahi vi hain." She whispered.
"Keya sahi hain? Tumne toh Randhir ko already maaf kar diya tha na! Usse uss din finally bolne wali thi yeh baat!" Parth said surprisingly.
"Lekin bataya toh nehi na, jabke mujhe uske birthday wale din hi yeh baat bol dena chahiye tha. And that was the biggest mistake of my life. Kahi na kahi toh Randhir aapne jagah par sahi hain. Aagar main usse maaf nehi kar sakti toh phir wo mujhe kyu maaf karega?" Sanyukta said sternly.
"Keya bakwas kar rahi ho tum Sanyukta, kahi pagal toh nehi ho gayi ho? Aagar tumne usse nehi bataya toh phir Randhir ne vi toh tumhe yeh nehi bataya ke Arpita usse pyar karti hain. Aagar wo uss Arpita ko wapas ghar nehi lata toh phir yeh sab kuch hota hi nehi." Parth let out his frustration.
"Bataya tha." Sanyukta said when both Parth and Roja became shocked.
"Ussne try kiya tha mujhe bolne ki, main hi nehi samajh payi. Uss din jab mandir mein Randhir ne mujhse confess kiya tha ussi din subha ussne mujhe pucha tha ke aagar koi aur ladki usse pyar kare toh phir mujhe koi problem hogi ke nehi? Mujhe bura lagega ke nehi! Now I understand ke wo Arpita ki baat kar raha tha aur maine uski baton ko mazak mein uda diya. Randhir galat nehi hain Parth, usne toh mujhse kabhi kuch chhupaya hi nehi main hi thi jo haar baat chhupati rahi. Na sahi time par usse maaf kar payi aur na confess. Aur yehi wajha hain jo Randhir mujhe trust nehi kar raha hain." Sanyukta said feeling guilty.
"Lagta hain finally tum Randhir ki pyar mein pagal ho gayi ho jo ke kuch vi bole jaa rahi ho!" Parth said in disbelief.
"Yes I love Randhir aur yeh samajhne mein maine bahut der kar di. Pata nehi aab wo kabhi mera pyar accept karega vi ke nehi. Saach kaheta Randhir ke jab pyar ke badle nafrat milti hain toh phir bahut dard hota hain and I think I deserve this." She said with a broken voice when wiped the corner of her eyes.
"But Parth can't I get a second chance? Randhir kaheta hain ke am his second love cause the baby is his first love. The same thing is applicable for me also. Toh phir keya wo humare second love ke liye mujhe ek second chance nehi de sakta? Maine vi toh kabhi usse ek chance diya tha toh phir keya aaj Randhir mujhe ek chance nehi de sakta? One last chance!" Sanyukta gulped hard when Parth felt really bad to saw her condition.
"Sanyukta I can't believe ke tum Randhir ke pyar mein itni weak pad jayogi! Tum toh wo Sanyukta ho hi nehi jisse main jatna tha. Wo Sanyukta toh aapne haq ke liye ladti thi aur yeh Sanyukta aapne haq ke liye girgira rahi hain! Kaha wo Sanyukta aur kaha yeh! Sanyukta log pyar mein strong bante hain weak nehi." Parth let out his frustration.
"Mujhe vi aaj tak yehi lagta tha Parth ke log pyar mein strong bante hain. Lekin wo kahaniyo mein hoti hain saach toh yeh hain ke log pyar mein emotionaly weak ho jate hain. Hum jisse pyar karte hain usse kahi kho na de yeh darr hume weak bana deta hain aur hum wo sab vi kar jate hain jo hume nehi karna chahiye. Jaise ke Randhir ne wo punishment accept kiya tha mujhe kho dene ke darr se. Wo toh jeet geya lekin main haar gayi." She gulped hard.
"Yeah punishment, right! Wo sab sirf naam ke punishment thay Sanyukta. Tumne usse kabhi koi saza diya hi nehi." Parth said anxiously.
"Randhir koi punishment deserve hi nehi karta tha Parth. Maine bass aapne ego satisfaction ke liye usse punish kiya tha jo usne complete kiya hain. So I can't blame him anymore." Sanyukta said slowly.
"Sanyukta am telling you ke jake Randhir ko Arpita ka saach bata dete hain tab toh wo tumhe jarur maaf kar dega." Roja said hopefully.
"Okay go ahead, bata do Randhir ko aur humara rishta humesha ke liye tutte huye dekho." Sanyukta said slowly.
"Matlab?" Roja asked confusingly.
"Matlab aabhi Randhir ki jo mental condition hain uss condition mein wo humari baat kabhi believe nehi karega. He is very much possessive about Arpita and I know that aur upor se he is angry on me. Aur aagar aaise mein tum log usse jake yeh baat batayoge toh phir usse yehi lagega ke tum log mujhe bachane ke liye jhoot bol rahe ho, baat aur bigad jayegi." Sanyukta said helplessly.
"But Randhir should know the truth." Parth said in disbelief.
"Bass ek baar Randhir mujhe maaf kar de phir main usse sab kuch saach saach bata dungi." Sanyukta said slowly.
"Aur aaj Randhir ko tumhe maaf karna hi padega. Bahut ho geya uska, now I'll talk to him." Parth said firmly and about to go when Roja stopped him.
"Nehi sir aap nehi main jayungi Randhir se baat karne. Ek aurat ki problem dusri aurat hi samajh sakti hain aur dusro ko samjha vi sakti hain." Roja said coldly and went to Randhir's room next.
Randhir was talking over his phone when Roja barged inside his room.
"I have to talk to you, now." She said with a raze in her voice.
"Okay uncle do as I said. I'll talk to you later." Randhir said and cut the phone.
"Mujhe manipulate nehi kar payi toh phir tumhe bhej diya! Parth kaha hain usse vi saath le aati na uski wakalat karne. Waise achchha duty nibha rahe ho dono!" He said mockingly.
"Just stop it Randhir. Har cheese ki ek limit hoti hain and you just crossed all your limits. Aare huminity naam ki vi koi cheese hoti hain but I think you forgot that." Roja said angrily.
"Ohh really!" Randhir raised his brows.
"What else then Randhir? How could you hurt Sanyukta like that! And you said that you love her! Like seriously!" She said loudly.
"Aur ussne jo mere saath kiya uska keya?" Randhir screamed back. "Aare jab kisi criminal ko saza milta hain toh phir usse at least aapna crime toh pata hota hain but mujhe kiss galti ki saza mila hain bata sakti ho?" Randhir let out his frustration.
"Uss din bahut ummed leke geya tha uske pass yeh soch kar ke wo aapne dil ki baat mujhe batayegi. Confess karegi that she loves me. Lekin usne, usne toh mera dil hi tod diya aur tum bol rahi ho ke maine usse hurt kiya!" Randhir said sternly.
"Sanyukta ne aaisa kyu kiya wo janne ki kousish ki kabhi tumne? Ek baar vi yeh socha ke uske uss behaviour ke piche reason keya thi?" She asked back.
"Nehi, tum kyu kousish karoge Randhir, tum toh bass usse blame karne mein busy thay. Sanyukta iss halat mein itni dur tumse maafi mangne aayi aur usse maaf karna toh dur tumne usse aapne room se nikal diya! Aur kyu nehi usne tumhare male ego hurt jo kar diya, hain na!" She said mockingly when he looked at her in disbelief.
"Ego! Tum samajh rahe ho ke main yeh sab kuch aapne ego mein kar raha hu?" He asked in disbelief.
"Aur nehi toh keya! Tum yeh sab kuch aapne ego satisfaction ke liye hi kar rahe ho Randhir. Otherwise ek chhoti si galti ke liye tum Sanyukta ko itna punish kabhi nehi karte. And you said that you love her, what a joke!" She taunted him.
"I know how much I loved her but what she gave me in return, only humiliation or nothing else! Aur main usse punish kar raha hu, really! Jabke uske diye huye har ek punishment ko maine pura kiya hain aur kabhi ek uff tak nehi kiya. Aab batao koyn hain egoistic?" He asked curtly.
"Ohh come on Randhir, Sanyukta ki diye huye unn childish acts ko tum punishment bol rahe ho, seriously! Then you don't have any idea about how is the real punishment!" She said coldly.
"Aare iss duniya mein jaha par ladki ban kar paida hona hi sabse badi gunhaa hain waha par tumne Sanyukta ke saath jo kuch vi kiya tha uske baad vi tumhe lagta hain ke tumhe saza mila hain! Aare saza toh Sanyukta ko mili thi yeah phir yeh kahu ke aaj vi mill rahi hain." She said sternly.
"I know what I had done and I repent for that. Mujhe uss baat ki guilt hain aur main uska saza aab tak bhugat raha hu, Sanyukta ko keya saza mila hain haan? Usne jo kuch vi mere wajase khoya tha usse kahi jyada wapas kiya hain maine usse. But what she gave me in return? Mood swings ke naam par humiliation!" He asked curtly.
"Mood swings?" Roja became confused.
"What else then? Wo sab uski mood swings hi toh tha jiske wajase usne mera itna bada insult kiya. Usse itna pyar karne ke badle mein mujhe keya mila, sirf humiliation. Aagar Sanyukta mujhe pyar ke badle pyar nehi de sakti toh phir main usse dur jake keya galat kar raha hu? Waise vi wo toh yehi chahati hain na!" Randhir let out his frustration.
"Randhir love isn't a business jaha par tum profit and loss count karoge. Aur tumne Sanyukta ko wohi sab wapas kiya hain jo tumne kabhi usse chhina tha, uski dignity, uski self respect. But Sanyukta tumhe jo dene wali hain that is priceless, your baby. Aur uske badle mein tum uska thoda sa mood swings tolerate nehi kar sakte ho? Yeh hain tumhara pyar!" She said in disbelief.
"Main uska mood swings tolerate nehi kar sakta, main! Aare pichle 6 months se wohi toh saheta aah raha hu main! College mein, mall mein, ghar mein har jagah usse aur uski mood swings ko hi toh tolerate karta aaya hu! Yeh nehi khana wo nehi pehenna, yeh nehi karna waha nehi jana! Raat ke 3 baje pure city mein ghum kar gulab jamun kharidna. Har naukhra har demand, uski har ek tantrums ko jhelne ke baad vi tumhe lagta hain ke main uska mood swings tolerate nehi kar sakta?" He asked in disbelief.
"Aare ghar mein baith kar order karne ke sivaye kuch aata hi keya hain tum logo ko? Kuch vi chahiye ho bass ek call kar do ghulam toh hazir ho jayega, koynsi badi baat hain! Chahe tum kitni hi important kaam kyu na kar rahe ho lekin usse chhod kar aadhi raat ko bhag kar aana padta hain, kyu! Kyu ki biwi ko mood swings hain! Mood swings ke naam par torture jhel raha hu aur tum bolti ho ke maine usse torture kiya hain! This pregnancy is bliss for a woman but what about us, the men? Saare responsibilities hum nivate hain aur maa banne ki credit unhen milta hain. Wow just great!" He said mockingly when Roja smiled a little.
"Yeah right saare torture toh sirf tumne hi jhela hain Sanyukta ko toh kabhi kuch jhelna hi nehi pada, hain na! Pregnant hona, ek bachche ko carry karna koynsi itni badi baat hain! Chhoti moti problems hi toh hoti hain! Weight badh jana, hair lose, indigestion, constipation, frequent urination, pimples, rashes, hazaro injections bass, bahut chhoti si hi toh baat hain!"
"Wo aapni pasand ki khana kha nehi sakti kyu ke uski system allow nehi karta! Aapni favourite dish ki just smell se hi ulti ho jati hain yeh toh mamuli si baat hain! Aapni favourite dress ko chhod kar oversize dress pahenna padta hain taki suffocation na ho! Khus ho toh vi jor se haas yeah phir bol nehi sakte taki kahi urine na nikal jaye! Kyu ki blader baby ki weight ki wajase urine hold nehi kar sakta! It's all normal you know! Koi vi problem ho kuch vi fever, cough, cold, allergies medicine nehi le sakte kyu ki baby par effect hoga! But iss mein koynsi badi baat hain yeh toh normal hain na, sabke saath hota hain! Depression, mood swings sab kuch chup chap sahena padta hain kyu ki aagar galti se vi express kiya toh phir aap dusro ko torture kar rahe hain! Randhir ek maa aapni physical beauty aur body system pura sacrifice kar deti hain inn 9 monthes mein aur kabhi kabhi toh aapna life vi! But it's okay kyu ki yeh toh mamuli si baat hain, sabke saath hota hain!"
"Aur keya bol rahe thay tum ke Sanyukta ne tumhe dard diya hain? Toh phir ek maa ko delivery ke time kitna dard jhelna padta hain pata hain tumhe? Tum soch vi nehi sakte Randhir bardast karna toh bahut dur ki baat hain. Lekin ek ladki wo sab kuch sirf ek smile ke saath tolerate kar leti hain. Pata hain kyu, kyu ki wo ek maa hain. But you are the father of this child na toh phir batao ke iss pregnancy mein tumhara contribution keya hain Randhir, Sanyukta ke sirf kuch tantrums jhelne ke ilava? Sex. And after birth you'll give the child your surname, right?" She asked when Randhir kept mum.
"But you know what aab medical science itni modern ho gayi hain ke ek ladki ko pregnant hone ke liye sex ki koi jarurat nehi hain aur nahi aapne bachche ko identity dene ke liye shaadi karne ki! Toh phir tum yeh mat sochna ke tumne usse koi favor kiya hain! Aur aagar aabhi vi tumhe meri yeh sab batein bekar laagte hain toh phir ek 3 kilo ki weight aapne belly par bandh kar ghumte raho phir shayed tum Sanyukta ki problem thodi bahut feel kar sako aur usse thoda samajh vi sako! Aur phir mujhe batana ke ego kiss mein hain aur koyn kise hurt kar raha hain!" Roja said furiously and left from there leaving Randhir numb.
Randhir was numb after their arguments. He slowly came out from his room and saw Parth there. He looked at his once and came down. He saw Sanyukta there sitting on the couch. She also looked at him and their eyes latched. But that for a moment as Randhir tore down the gaze and left from there when Sanyukta closed her eyes and sighed hard.
Randhir came to the beach and sat down under a tree. His mind was full with inner turmoil when he closed his eyes in sadness and despair. On the other hand Sanyukta was sad too. She was sitting hiding her face in between her knees. Both were hurt badly.

They were lost in their thoughts when Parth came and sat down beside Sanyukta thus she looked at him.
"Randhir is really hurt Parth. Maine toh usse pehele hi bahut hurt kiya hain aur aaj Roja ne vi kar diya. Main bass Randhir ka maafi chahati hu lekin usse guilty feel karwake nehi. Guilty toh main feel kar rahi hu usse itna hurt karke. Pata nehi kyu aapne emotions par control nehi kar payi? Pata nehi uss waqt kyu itna weak pad gayi? Pata nehi kyu Randhir ko wo sab bol gayi? Pata nehi kyu?" She sobbed.
"It's okay Sanyukta, galti sabse hoti hain tumse vi huyi hain. Aur jab Randhir ko reason pata chalega toh phir wo tumhe maaf kar dega." Parth assured her when she forced a smile.
"Parth aapna phone doge?" She asked when Parth handed her the phone.
"Tum Randhir se baat karo main bass aabhi aaya." Parth said and left from there next.
"Pata nehi Randhir mujhse baat karega vi ke nehi but uski awaz toh sun sakungi." She said in mind and dialled Randhir's number.
Randhir was sitting there numb when his phone buzzed thus he received the phone.
"Aab tujhe vi kuch bolna hain?" He asked mechanically. Sanyukta gulped hard listening his voice but kept mum when Randhir sensed her presence over the phone and became numb. They both were kept mum.
"Kuch bologe nehi?" She broke the silence.
"Tumhe kuch bolna tha?" He asked slowly.
"Haan, I love you." She replied.
"Aaisa kyu hota hain ke jo hume pyar karta hain wohi hume sabse jyada hurt karta hain?" He asked which stubbed her heart.
"Pata nehi." She gulped.
"Tumhe toh pata hona chahiye Sanyukta, tumne hi toh mujhe hurt kiya hain!" He said gulping down his pain.
"Tumne vi toh mujhe hurt kiya tha aur aabhi vi kar rahe ho." She said when tears rolled down from her eyes.
"Dushman samajh kar kiya tha." He replied.
"Haan saach hain aur aab shayed haq samajh ke kar rahe ho." She said.
"Mera tum par keya haq hain Sanyukta?" He asked.
"Mujh par sirf aur sirf tumhara hi haq hain Randhir." She replied.
"Kyu?" He asked.
"Cause I love you." She replied.
"Mat karo, main tumhe dard ke ilava aur kuch nehi de sakta." He said sadly.
"Mujhe koi phadak nehi padta. Aur saach toh yeh hain ke maine tumhe aaj tak dard ke ilava aur kuch diya hi nehi Randhir." She gulped hard.
"Shayed mere naseeb mein pyar hain hi nehi." He said in a gloomy voice.
"Hain Randhir, tumhare aapno ka pyar tumhare saath hain aur humesha rahega." She said slowly.
"Mera koi nehi hain, ekdom aakela hu main." He said in a broken voice.
"Hain Randhir hain, humara baby jo tumhara first love hain. Aur-aur main, tumhara second love." She said in between her sobs when Randhir listening her silently.
"And Randhir the thing is you are also my second love as the baby is my first love too and I love both of you. But baby se jyada nehi haan!" She said when Randhir smiled a little.
"Don't worry main vi baby se jyada pyar karta hu." He said when she smiled brightly.
"That means you still love me." She said happily.
"I hate you." He said when she smiled.
"I love you too Randhir." She said wiping her tears.
"Tum aapne room mein wapas aah sakti ho." He said suddenly made her numb.
"Aur haan kuch galat mat samajh lena, bass tumhe tumhara haq wapas de raha hu." He said sternly when she smiled.
"Aab kabhi tumhe galat nehi samjhungi Randhir, kabhi nehi. Bass jaldi wapas aah jau." She said when Randhir cut the phone next.
"Lekin aagar ek baar misunderstanding bich mein aah jaye toh phir keya wo dur ho sakta hain Sanyukta!" He said to himself.
"Haan ho sakta hain dur. Aur teri misunderstanding dur karne ke liye hi main yeha par aaya hu." Randhir turned his head hearing this and saw Parth stood there.
"Mujhe kuch nehi sunna." Randhir said coldly and turned his face when Parth shook his head. He came near him and sat down beside him.
"Parth am really not interested to listening anything now, please leave." He said became restless.
"Aare nehi sunna toh phir mat sun, maine tujhe force kab kiya! Main toh bass iss beach mein thoda sa time spend karne aaya hu, that's it." Parth said casually.
"Yeah right, puri beach mein tujhe yehi jagah mila time spend karne ke liye? Saach saach bata Sanyukta ne bheja hain na tujhe?" Randhir asked rolling his eyes.
"Main Sanyukta ka peon nehi hu jo wo mujhe kabhi vi kahi par vi bhej sakti hain! Main aapne marzi se aaya hu." Parth replied coldly.
"Lekin kyu?" Randhir asked curtly.
"Cause my brother needs me, that's why." Parth replied slowly.
"I don't need anyone, mujhe kisiki sympathy ki jarurat nehi hain aur tera toh bilkul vi nehi." Randhir said angrily.
"Relax Randhir family aur friends toh issi liye hota hain na taki hum unke saath aapna problem share kar sake, usse solve kar sake." Parth said with concern.
"Koynsi family koynsa friend, jo humesha mujhe hi accuse karte rahete hain! Tu toh humesha se hi mere against tha aur aaj Roja vi mere against chali gayi. You know what I don't need anyone. Aakela hi achchha hu, kamse kam koi hurt toh nehi karega." Randhir said in a broken voice.
"Tu D'souza ki baat ka bura mat maan. Ladki hain na toh phir Sanyukta se sympathy natural hain. But she is always there for you Randhir and me too. After all we are brothers aur issi liye bhai hone ke nate main tujhse kuch bolne aaya hu." Parth said kept his hand on his shoulder.
"Mujhe tera koi prabachan nehi sunna Parth. And I know yeha par mera bhai nehi Sanyukta ka bestfriend aaya hain aur mujhe usse koi baat nehi karna, understand!" He said adamantly.
"Randhir hum pehele bhai hain phir kisika pati yeah phir dost." Parth said firmly.
"I don't care. Family aur friends ke naam par bahut manipulate huya hu main aab aur nehi." Randhir said when Parth sighed.
"Okay bhai ki tarha nehi but do ajnabee ki tarha toh baat kar sakte hain na? Like man to man?" Parth said when Randhir kept mum.
"Keya baat karni hain tujhe mujhse? Am sure Sanyukta aur Roja ki tarha tu vi yehi samajhta hain ke saari galti meri hain." Randhir said in a broken voice.
"Nehi, main aaisa nehi samajhta. Iss baar teri koi galti nehi hain. Parth said firmly. "Aur nahi Sanyukta ki." He added when Randhir smiled sadly.
"I know tu yeha mera bhai ban kar nehi Sanyukta ka friend ban kar aaya hain." Randhir stated that.
"Hum bhai hain tu mane yeah na mane. Ussi tarha Sanyukta vi galat nehi hain tu chahe mane yeah na mane. Haan usne jo kiya wo galat hain lekin Sanyukta galat nehi hain. Tum dono ke bich mein bass ek misunderstanding huyi hain." Parth said firmly when Randhir looked at him confusingly.
"Misunderstanding!" Randhir became confused.
"Randhir har insan ki reaction ke piche koi na koi reason jarur hota hain. Tune kabhi yeh janne ki kousish ki hain ke Sanyukta ki uss behaviour ke piche keya reason tha?" Parth asked when Randhir kept mum.
"Aagar tujhe pata hain toh phir tu bol." Randhir said.
"Wo toh main jarur batayunga kyu ki tere aankhon se parda uthana jaruri ho geya hain." Parth said coldly.
"Lekin usse pehele uss din keya keya huya tha jara soch. Subha breakfast table par Sanyukta mujhe mili thi, ek dam neyi-naveli dulhan ki tarha sharma rahi thi. Khushi sirf uski face par hi nehi uski aankhon mein dikh raha tha. Usse dekh kar pata chal raha tha ke tere saath ek neyi zindegi start karke wo kitni khush thi. Aur wohi ladki kuch ghante baad bina kisi reason ke tujhe wo sab kuch aaise hi bol gayi! Pagal toh nehi hain wo and am sure about that."
"Uss din Sanyukta bahut khush thi, newspaper mein jo tum dono ka photo aaya tha baar baar usse dekh kar smile kar rahi thi. It's obvious that she loves you otherwise photo dekh kar smile karne ki koi reason nehi thi! Aur wohi pyar kuch ghante baad bina kisi reason ke nafrat mein badal jata hain! Isn't it's mysterious?"
"Result out hone ke baad jab meri Sanyukta se phone par baat huyi toh phir wo bahut khush thi but uski khushi mein ek darr tha pata hain kyu? Kyu ki Sanyukta ko laga aab tu MBA karne abroad chala jayega usse chhod kar. Jo ladki tere sirf dur jane ke soch se hi darr jaye wohi ladki kuch ghante baad bina kisi reason ke tujhe aapne zindegi se nikal jane ke liye bol deti hain! Keya yeh dono batein ek dusre ke opposite nehi hain?"
"And lastly tujhe shayed pata nehi hain lekin Sanyukta uss din tujhe yeh batana wali thi ke usne finally tujhe maaf kiya. Yehi uska surprise tha. Lekin wohi ladki kuch ghante baad bina kisi reason ke suddenly tujhe hate you bolti hain. Isn't it's suspicious Randhir?" Parth said when Randhir looked at him in shock.
"Lekin Sanyukta ki uss behaviour ki reason keya tha Parth?" Randhir asked impatiently when Parth took a deep breath.
"Uss din tum dono ka result out huya tha, remember?" Parth asked when Randhir nodded positively.
"Toh phir Sanyukta college gayi thi result check karne, Arpita ke saath." Parth took the name after a pause. "Result check karne ke baad suddenly Arpita ko college ka ek tour karne ka mann kiya aur wo Sanyukta ko saath leke chali gayi college ghumne."
"Haan toh?" Randhir asked confusingly.
"But college ki tour karne ke wajaye wo Sanyukta ko classroom mein le gayi. Koynsa classroom pata hain? Wohi jaha par kabhi tune usse dhoke se bulaya tha, usse humiliate kiya tha wo vi puri college ke samne. Uss incident ke baad keya huya tha wo toh tujhe bahut achchhe se pata hain. Sanyukta ka dignity, respect sab kuch ruin ho geya. Overnight wo sabke liye ek easy catch ban gayi thi. Uss incident ka uss par keya effect huya tha pata hain na! Jab kabhi vi usse aapna past yaad aati hain wo darr jati hain, trauma mein chali jati hain. Yeh baat tune hi D'Souza ko bataya tha na, Sanyukta ko psychiatrist ke pass le jana chahata tha na tu! Toh phir soch jiss par past ki sirf naam se hi itna effect hota hain jab usne aapne ussi horrible past ko aapne samne dekha toh phir usse par uss baat ka kitna huge effect huya hoga! Keya beeti hogi uss bechari par jab uska zakham phirse taza ho geya hoga! Uske zakham ke samne toh tera zakham kuch vi nehi hain Randhir." Parth said slowly when Randhir was staring at him with shock. Even shock was the underestimate word in front of him.
"Don't give me that expression, kyu ki yeh saach hain." Parth said sternly.
"Sanyukta! Usne mujhe bola kyu nehi?" Randhir can able to say that only.
"Tune bolne kab diya usse? Saza dene ka decision jo le liya tha! Tujhe lagta hain ke Sanyukta ne tujhe aab tak maaf nehi kiya issi liye tu vi usse maaf nehi kar raha hain! Jab ki usne toh tujhe kab ka maaf kar diya hain. Saach mein bahut pyar karta hain tu usse jo uski dil ki baat vi aaj tak nehi samajh paya." Parth said mockingly when Randhir was short of words.
"You know what Randhir aaj Sanyukta mujhse puch rahi thi ke keya uski galti itni badi hain ke tu usse kabhi maaf hi nehi karega? Wo mujhse puch rahi thi ke keya tum dono ka pyar itna kamzor hain jo ek galti ki wajase khatam ho jaye? Wo puch rahi thi ke galti toh tune vi kiya tha lekin usne phir vi tujhe second chance diya tha toh phir keya tu usse ek chance nehi de sakta, second chance? After all tu vi toh uska second love hain jaisa ke wo teri second love hain!" Parth said when tears rolled down from Randhir's eyes.
"Aur pata hain teri sabse badi galti keya hain, tune Sanyukta ko dono baar bina kisi reason ke punish kiya hain. Pichli baar galti teri thi aur iss baar Arpita ka. Lekin dono hi baar punishment sirf aur sirf Sanyukta ko mila. Not done Randhir, this is not so done." Parth said became disheartened when Randhir was hurt too.
"Arpi ne, lekin kyu?" Randhir groaned in mind.
"Aur aaj jab Sanyukta ko finally yeh realise ho geya hain that she loves you toh phir tu uske pyar ko jhoota bol raha hain! I mean aur kitna punish karega tu uss bechari ko aur wo vi bina kisi galti ke?" Parth asked harshly.
"Mujhe laga aapni galti chhupane ke liye wo pyar ka drama kar rahi hain." Randhir said slowly.
"Really! Aagar tujhe yehi lagta hain na Randhir toh phir tune Sanyukta ko thik se pehechana hi nehi. Do you really think ke aapna galti chhupane ke liye wo kisiki feelings aur emotions ke saath khel sakti hain? Just can't believe you!" Parth said angrily.
"Aare jiss ladki ke liye feelings, emotions, attachment, love, care bass yehi sab important hain wo kisi aur ke emotions ke saath khel sakti hain keya?" Parth asked shockingly.
"Mujhe yeh sab pata nehi tha Parth. I don't know Arpita ne yeh sab kyu kiya? Maybe by mistake wo Sanyukta ko uss classroom mein leke gayi thi but Sanyukta ne mujhe saach kyu nehi bataya?" Randhir said anxiously when Parth sighed hard.
"You are right Sanyukta. Randhir ko Arpita ki fault toh kabhi dikhta hi nehi hain. Am sure saach batayunga toh phir vi Randhir believe nehi karega ke Arpita ne intentionally yeh sab kuch kiya hain!" Parth said in mind.
"Okay uss din main gusse mein Goa chala aaya tha but Sanyukta khud jab Goa aayi toh phir usne mujhe kyu kuch nehi bataya?" Randhir asked impatiently.
"Kyu ki Sanyukta yeh nehi chahati thi ke uski koi galti nehi hain yeh jaan kar tu guilty feel kare, iss liye usne tujhe saach nehi bataya. Usse pata tha ke aagar tujhe pata chalega ke wo innocent hain toh phir tu usse tabhi aapna lega but regret vi bahut karega issi liye usne tujhe kuch nehi bataya." Parth stated firmly.
"What mere liye!" Randhir became speechless.
"Haan tere liye vi aur aapne liye vi." Parth said slowly.
"Matlab?" Randhir became confused.
"Sanyukta nehi chahati thi ke wo innocent hain yeh jaan kar tu usse aapnaye. Actually wo yeh nehi chahati thi ke tu kisi reason ki wajase usse aapnaye. Wo chahati thi ke tu usse tum dono ke pyar ki wajase aapnaye. Jaise tune aapne pyar se uska dil jeeta tha ussi tarha se Sanyukta vi iss baar aapne pyar se tera dil jeetna chahati thi. Issi liye usne tujhe kuch nehi bataya." Parth said when Randhir looked at him in disbelief.
"Yeah I know thoda illogical hain but inn ladkiyo ko koyn samjhaye ga! Yeh log toh logic mein vi magic dhundti raheti hain. Sanyukta ko toh yehi lagta hain ke wo Cinderella ki fairy aayegi aur aapni magic wand se magic karke uski saari problem ko dur kar degi, just like Cinderella!" Parth chuckled when Randhir's expression became changed.
"Aur aapni iss idiotic fantasy ke piche usne aapni aur aapni hone wali bachche ki life risk mein daal diya!" Randhir groaned when Parth looked at him shockingly.
"Wo keya samajhti hain ke life uski uss bekar daily soaps ki story hain aur wo uss story ki heroine? Jaisa wo chahe waisa hi hoga? Keya kaha, wo pyar se mera dil jeet legi aur main usse maaf kar dunga! Aabhi jake usse batata hu ke koyn kiska dill jeetta hain!" Randhir said furiously and about to go when Parth stopped him.
"Aare are you out of your mind? Aabhi toh tu sad tha guilty feel kar raha tha suddenly keya huya?" Parth asked shockingly.
"Haan pagal ho geya hu main! Samajhti keya hain wo aapne aap ko? Mujhse saach chhupa kar mahan banne chali thi! Aakeli itna stress leti rahi, yeh vi nehi socha ke baby par negative effect hoga, uski khudki health par negative effect hoga! Aaisi condition mein itni dur chali aayi aagar usse kuch ho jata toh!" Randhir said angrily.
"Sanyukta ne jo kuch vi kiya tere liye kiya, tere pyar mein kiya aur tu uss pad hi gussa kar raha hain?" Parth asked shockingly.
"Maine kaha tha usse yeh sab karne ko? Usne khud kiya mahan banne ke liye but main uske jitna mahan nehi. Usse iss baat ki saza toh mill kar rahegi, I won't leave her for this." And Randhir rushed to the guest house.
"What the hell! Yeh Randhir ki mood swings vi Sanyukta se kam nehi hain. Kabhi baraf ka gole toh phir kabhi aag ka gola! Aur yeh dono aapna aapna pyar ek dusre se pyar se nehi bata sakta! Itni violently pyar ko express karna jaruri hain!" Parth said in disbelief then rushed behind Randhir.
Sanyukta was arranging her stuffs at Randhir's room. Then she started rearranging the room when a smile was adoring on her face.
"Tumhare room mein wapas aane ke saath saath maine aadha jang toh jeet liya hain Randhir aur tumhara dil jeet kar baki aadha vi jeet lungi." She smiled brightly.
"I know you love me Randhir toh phir yeh hatred ka drama kab tak karte rahoge?" She pouted.
"Okay karlo after all I hurt you but I love you also na toh phir uska keya?" She made a face.
"Okay chalo koi nehi aapna haq toh main wapas leke hi rahungi." She smiled brightly. Just when Randhir entered at the room. Sanyukta became happy to saw him there and rushed to him and hugged him next.
"Kaha chale gaye thay Randhir wo vi mujhe aakela chhod kar? Please phir kabhi mujhe aakela chhod kar mat jana." She said became overwhelmed when her eyes became moist.
"Randhir am sorry for everything. I know you are angry on me and you are right at your place. Tum chahe toh mujhe daat lo maar lo but please mujhe chhod kar mat jau." She pleaded hiding her face on his chest when Randhir hugged her back thus she smiled brightly but her smile vanished next listening him.
"Maine tumhe sirf tumhara rights wapas kiya hain Sanyukta lekin tumhe maaf nehi kiya so mujhse kuch galat expectations mat rakhna." Randhir said coldly.
"Nehi koi galat expectations nehi rakhungi Randhir, I promise. Lekin jo sahi hain wo toh expect kar sakti hu na?" She asked hopefully.
"End of the day every promise become a sorry Sanyukta." He replied made her confused.
"Keya matlab?" Sanyukta asked confusingly looking at him.
"Nothing. Tum yeh batao ke shower ke baad lotion lagaya tha tumne?" He asked when she nodded a no.
"Kyu?" He asked shockingly.
"Wo back par kaise lagau, haat nehi pahuch raha tha!" She said slowly when Randhir's eyes fall on her wrist.
"Yeh keya tumne aapna zakham vi khula chhod diya! Dressing kyu nehi kiya? I mean main tang aah geya hu tumse Sanyukta, tum aapna kheyal kyu nehi rakhti?" He said noticed her wrist when she smiled.
"Mera kheyal rakhne ke liye tum jo ho." She smiled when Randhir shook his head. He bring the first add box and dressed her wounds then applied the lotion on her rashes.
"Aabhi vi naraz ho? Roja ki baton ka bura laga?" She asked softly.
"No I deserve it. Roja was right, it's all my fault." He said coldly.
"Am sorry." She said holding his hand.
"Don't be. Waise vi tumhara koi galti nehi hain, shayed mera hi expectation kuch jyada thay!" He said when Sanyukta felt guilty.
"No Randhir it's all my fault aur tumhara naraz hona sahi vi hain. But can't I get a chance, a second chance? For the sake of our love." She asked when he looked at her.
"I thought you'll give me the baby's swear." He said.
"I know you are tolerating me for the sake of our baby but main yeh nehi chahati ke tum baby ke liye mujhe maaf kar do. Main bass yeh chahati hu ke tum humare pyar ke liye mujhe maaf kar do. Cause I love you." She said looking into his eyes when he looked away.
"I wish tum yeh pehele hi realise kar leti but it's too late now." He said slowly
"I love you Randhir and I can prove it too. Okay punish me the way I punished you but please forgive me." She said hopefully.
"Don't love me these much Sanyukta you'll be hurt just like me. Jab hum dusro ke liye khud ko change kar lete hain tab sabse jyada hurt hum hi hote hain. I changed myself for you that's why it's happened. Aaj mujhe yeh realise huya ke aagar main wo pehela wala Randhir hota toh phir tum mujhe kabhi hurt nehi kar pati. But it's better late than never. Aab na kisike liye change hunga aur nahi kabhi hurt hunga." Randhir said firmly and left the room leaving a confused Sanyukta behind.
"Randhir yeh keya bol kar geya! Wo phirse pehela wala Randhir banna chahata hain, matlab?" Sanyukta became lost in her thoughts.
At the lunch Sanyukta called Randhir and Parth thus they came down when Roja brings the dishes.
"Tum dono ne khana banaya hain keya?" Parth asked curiously.
"Haan wo aaj cook nehi aaya toh phir humne hi banaya." Sanyukta replied.
"Iski keya jarurat thi order kar deti na?" Randhir asked when Sanyukta's face fall.
"Aare it's okay, aab khana baan geya hain toh phir kha na. Sanyukta mujhe do, bahut bhukh laagi hain." Parth said thus Sanyukta served him.
"Everyone hum sab kaal Mumbai jaa rahe hain toh phir tum sab packing kar lena." Randhir said suddenly thus everyone looked at him shockingly.
"Keya kaal hi wapas jana hain lekin yeha ka kaam?" Sanyukta asked curiously.
"I did my job and Parth also now it's up to dad. Hum wapas jayenge tabhi wo aah payege." Randhir replied when Sanyukta became little disappointed.
"Keya kaal hi wapas jana hain but humne toh Goa dekha hi nehi." Parth said sadly noticed Sanyukta's fallen face.
"Resort ki opening par jab aayega tab ghum lena but now we have to go back immediately." Randhir stated firmly.
After lunch Sanyukta came to their room she saw Randhir was busy with the packing
"Main kar deti hu." She said slowly.
"Nehi tum rest kar lo main kar lunga. Waise vi saman bahut jyada hain." He denied.
"Okay toh phir at least help karne do. Tum bhul rahe ho ke aate waqt vi maine hi kiya tha." She said with a smile.
"Achchha aab tumhare haat mein dard nehi ho raha hain? Move karne mein problem nehi ho raha hain?" He asked straight when she became nervous.
"Subha toh tum aakeli shower vi nehi le sakti thi phir suddenly keya huya! Pehele cooking aur aab packing, keya koi magic ho gayi hain?" He asked curtly when she felt awkward.
"Wo maine bass Roja ko thoda help kiya tha." She said slowly.
"Yeah right, sab samajhta hu ke tumne keya kiya tha. You tried to seduce me for my forgiveness? How desperate you are Sanyukta." He said in disbelief.
"Try toh pura kiya tha but tum huye kaha?" She said in mind then smiled at him.
"Everything is fair in love and war Randhir. And this is love." She said firmly hugging him tightly.
"You know Parth is right, history repeats itself. Aaj main wohi par khadi hu jaha par 3 month pehele tum khade thay. That time you wants my forgiveness and today I wants yours." Sanyukta said rubbing her face on his chest.
"Lekin tab tumne mujhe maaf nehi kiya tha toh phir aaj tum mujhse yeh expect kaise kar sakti ho?" He asked sternly.
"Cause you love me and I love you too. And I know one day you'll definitely forgive me. Aur tab tak ke liye, I love you Randhir; I love you too Sanyukta." She mimicked him thus he made a face when she pecked his lips quickly.
