BL: I first met Seungcheol the day I became a trainee. We started on the same day, actually. I remember thinking he had these big, really beautiful eyes. He was kind of shy and timid at first, but then we found out we were the same age and it got better from there.
SC: I remember seeing her for the very first time in passing at the company. And then, like, the next day I saw her again and that's when we talked for the first time. It was 2010, we were so young.
BL: He became really talkative.
SC: She was so beautiful, that I was scared to talk to her at first. But then once we started to get closer, it became a lot easier.
BL: Because of our age, we were kind of put in charge of the younger trainees. There were a lot of stressful times, but to have someone who was sort of going through the exact same things as me...he made it a lot easier for me.
SC: I honestly don't know anyone more understanding than her. She never scolds the members, she's always offering solutions on how to fix their problems. We're like good cop and bad cop.
BL: He's a big softie, to be honest. He cries to me a lot when things are bothering him.
SC: I really don't know how I'd do this without her...seriously.
CC: Jihoon was really quiet. I thought he hated me at first.
WZ: I thought, "No way, she's too tall for me. I can't approach her because she's too tall."
CC: He always played the guitar or hummed to himself. He never really went out of his way to speak to anyone, except the older members. I guess because he knew them longer and got comfortable with them. I kept thinking, "He's gonna be a tough cookie to crack."
WZ: There was this one time...oh no, should I be talking about this? Well let's just say, Cheongie and I got into a really big argument. It was all a misunderstanding, but neither of us wanted to admit we were wrong.
CC: We're both really stubborn.
WZ: Someone from our company forced us to sit down and talk about it, for the betterment of the team...and since that night, I think we've been joined at the hip.
CC: I think when our grandkids have kids...I'll still want to be in his life.
WZ: She always works really, really hard. There are times when we write in the studio and don't realize that it's 4am. She always wants to improve herself, and that's really admirable.
CC: The members say we were separated at birth. I think they're right.
WZ: It's hard to find people who really understand you, but I'm lucky that I found her.
VN: You wouldn't believe this, but Maddie was so shy and quiet at first. It was like she was scared of everyone. Even when we all ate together, she never really spoke...even when someone talked to her first.
MD: I think Vernon and I are opposite sides of the same coin, you know? I was really nervous when I became a trainee. I wanted people to like me but I didn't have confidence.
VN: I came up to her one day and asked if she was also a foreigner. We talked a lot about our home towns and bonded over music and fashion and stuff...it was cool.
MD: He's the most thoughtful person I know. He knows how to show he cares and that he's thinking of you without it being obvious. He observes from afar and that's really nice.
VN: She's really patient with me. She always wants to have heart to heart talks but I'm not that great at expressing myself. She'll just sit and listen to me ramble for hours. She's constantly worrying about everyone, too. I don't know if there's anyone as pure hearted in the world as her.
MD: He teaches me a lot about life and what it means to be a good friend and an even better human. I think we could all learn from him. He has lots of good ideas about lots of different things.
VN: I feel like...once this is all over and people forget about us, we'll still be best friends.
MD: He's my Nonie and I'm his Maddie, you know? ...Was that too cheesy? God, he's gonna kill me for saying that.
GG: I was terrified when I first joined the company. I had just came to Korea, barely knew any of the language, I was the youngest. It was really scary for me and my mom asked me all the time if I wanted to come home. I almost said yes one time, then I met Seokmin.
SK: I just remember her being the tiniest human being ever. She was so little and adorable.
GG: All of the boys are protective but really...there's no one who looks after me like Seokmin.
SK: I think I've always felt like a real big brother when it came to her. We fight like siblings but we also have long talks about our problems and stuff together. She's always giving me really great advice.
GG: He's someone whose really important to me. I just want him to be happy and healthy all the time.
SK: She's almost like an older sister to me, honestly. She takes good care of the people she loves.
GG: It really hurts my heart whenever he's upset. No one ever wants to see him upset! It's like...if I could somehow take his pain and give him my happiness, I would. It hurts more to see him upset.
SK: I've watched her grow from this shy little baby to this confident force of nature. It's amazing. I hope I can continue to watch her grow for the rest of my life...If we keep going, I'll start to cry.

BL: It's a lot harder when we're standing right in front of each other.
SC: I know, don't look at me.

CC: We aren't the kind of friends who compliment each other directly.
WZ: Right...this feels weird.

MD: You ready for me to shower you in love and affection?
VN: Just don't make it awkward.

SK: Why are you done writing already? Do you have nothing nice to say?
GG: Mind your business and finish writing what you're writing.

BL: I'll go first...Seungcheol, I think you're very good at what you do. I don't think you get enough credit for being a leader. This entire team really wouldn't function without you.
SC: Bella, you're like a mind reader. You always know what's on my mind before I even tell you. This makes you really thoughtful and considerate. I'm really lucky I have you walking beside me.

CC: Hm...I think you're very passionate and understanding. I don't get close to a lot of people, but I'm very close to you. You really listen to me, and that means a lot to me.
WZ: I was going to say the exact same thing.

VN: You often get compliments on your cuteness, so I won't do that. I think, as a person, you're really ambitious. You work really, really hard and don't let anyone get in the way of what you want. That's awesome.
MD: You're honestly the most kind person I've ever met. You have a really big heart and really care about others before yourself.

GG: To me, you're the funniest person in the world. You can make anybody laugh and your smile is so beautiful. Along with that, your voice is so perfect. After an infinite amount of years, I hope I can still hear your voice.
SK: Gigi, your passion for dancing and singing inspires me every day. Never change who you are, or what you stand for. I hope you get more courage to do what you want to do in life.

GG: *groaning*

BELLA & SEUNGCHEOL, unsurprisingly, are very giggly throughout their embrace. He makes her laugh by cracking jokes, and making the comment, "Your breath smells nice today." She slapped the back of his head and said, "Does it not smell nice every day?" After a while of silence, he mumbles, "This is nice," into her shoulder. She hums in agreement.

CHACHA & WOOZI are a bit awkward at first, not knowing how to comfortably hug in front of a camera. Eventually, they kind of melt into each other. They're quiet, simply enjoying this rare embrace. His head is on her chest. Their eyes flutter closed at some point. A minute and a half go by before someone tells them their time has been up, and they awkwardly let go.

MADISON is so in her element, but VERNON is not so much. He's laughing through it and trying to be funny at first. She whines, "Stop it. Just hug me normally," and he listens. Both of his arms are over her shoulders and hers are wrapped tightly around his waist. They sway to an imaginary song.

SEOKMIN is tall, so he literally picks GIGI up off of her feet and swings her around playfully for a while. Then, after he's a bit tired, he puts her down and rests his chin on her head. After only 20 seconds, he asks, "Hasn't it been a minute already?" and everyone laughs. By the end of their minute, he's emotional. He's not sure why.

SC: *starts doing body rolls*
BL: *stares into the camera like she's on The Office*
