71. Let's get this over with quickly

A day before the tournament, Bai Xue had already reached nascent soul stage and was already back at moving around. She would often come of the room and come back with a variety of treasures. Her rate of stealing was now becoming a problem in the academy.

However, no one even knew that she existe. No one tries to approach Wang Ling so it was easy for her to hide. Adding the fact that Wang Ling was already someone who takes an enormous number of resources from the academy by following the rules. Wang Ling was not suspected of the theft and he became the perfect cover for Bai Xue.

Wang Ling knew what Bai Xue said was correct. He didn't speak for a while and collected his breath before saying something.

"The Hell Spark isn't going to harm me, at least not unless I ignite it intentionally. Also, I can't ignite it here or else the explosion of the [First Ignition] is going to destroy most of the academy's property."

Wang Ling's Hell Spark had reach its peak form. It was properly contain inside Wang Ling's body and isn't causing him any harm, but for the past few days, he had been experimenting on the heat it innately produce.

He had been using his Hell Spark to temper his body. His body had been receiving that idea quite well. His internal organs are being tempered in a nice way while also making him accustomed to flames. He guessed that his body will become slightly more immune to flames if this goes on.

The past nine days had been quiet as nothing really happened. Except that is for the white dot on the Hell Spark had been expanding as his cultivation improves. For now, the white dot had not done anything bad but the attribute of his Hell Spark was beginning to change.

From a pure flames of hell, it was beginning to have a different aura. Although that particular aura was still far weaker than his hellish aura, if it continues to grow further, it will soon become on par with his hellish aura.

Wang Ling had no knowledge about that qi's existence. But considering that it grows with his cultivation, he already have some ideas. It has something to do with his mysterious cultivation method.

"Hey, do you have any more of those spirit plants?" Bai Xue asked all of a sudden.

Looking away, Bai Xue stated, "I like eating them. They are sweet and taste good, just give them to me if you have some to spare. It's not like it's going to go to waste anyway, I'll assimilate it and absorb its energy to raise my level."

Wang Ling sighed and shook his head at the sight of this white fox. He took out two spirit plants and threw at Bai Xue, who gladly received his 'gifts' and gladly started eating them.

"You're really carefree for someone wanting to become the king of all beast, aren't you?" Wang Ling said and Bai Xue responded with:
