He never calls me Shivani.

I ran and ran, away from him.

Tears falling from my eyes, I only stopped when I saw a small crack of the ice which contained water . I sat down in the cold. Feeling my cold breath. It felt like I'll freeze into death but I couldn't. Because my heart was hurting so badly.

I didn't choose to be like this. To be too powerful. I didn't want to push them away, but then I did. I placed the book on the solid ice and looked at my reflection at the cold water.

"Is this the price of what I did? Is this my Karma? That I will never find true love?"

I asked my reflection.

I was going to sob more but the book glowed.

Meaning a story is once happening. I wiped my tears for I must find them. My eyes didn't need to find them too much as I saw a mermaid sitting on the ice. I knew exactly that her story was beginning.

I smiled like a psychopath. Looks like there's another person who's going to be broken hearted. Let's see if she'd have a happily ever after.

If I can't have my happy ending, then she wouldn't have hers.

Meanwhile up above Olympus....

The fates were talking to Zeus, Hades, and Poseidon for the certain people who were bounded by the threads of the fates but didn't end up with each other.

"It is simply not possible." One of the fates said.

"It is." I said.

"How can you say Hades?" Zeus asked.

I opened my palm and released a dark orb. Making them see the girl who'd been messing with the stories that she shouldn't be messing with.

"The daughter of the Legendian King." They gasped.

I nodded.

I've been eyeing her for quite some time now. I didn't think that she can really be that strong.

"She's so strong. I can feel that her power can surpass mine." Said Zeus.

Poseidon nodded.

"We must keep her captive. She shouldn't be defying the fates." Poseidon added.

The fates nodded.

"But, you must be careful. She can kill a God." they said.

I was going to speak but I stopped when they added—

"Or Gods, she can kill you all at once." They said in unison.

Zeus went silent and it looked like he was thinking. I was too. How can we keep her captive if she can kill us?

"I have an idea." said Poseidon.

"What is it?"

"She can stay in the underworld with Hades so she can't kill anything. Because how can she kill something that's already dead?" he said.

Smart choice brother. I'll give him that.

I nodded.

That was one smart move.

"Now all that we have to do is to catch her." I said.

"Oh that wouldn't be necessary."

My brows creased at my brother Zeus, but he just laughed.
