Julie's POV

I was going in-and-out of dream land, my dreams soon being forgotten as I came back to reality. I was awoken by kisses along my temple - not the blaring noise of my alarm clock.

"Baby, wake up" Mum's voice came echoing through my ear, awakening me completely

"Mmm" I stretched my limbs out cuddling back into her, feeling her warmth radiating against my body as she wrapped her arms around me

"I don't want to go to school" I mumbled sleepily; closing my eyes again

"Come on, you have to get up. I'll make you a nice fry up" She bribed me, my face breaking into a wide smile

"Really? You'll even make me the little sausages?" I asked, my eyes sparkling with just the thought of it

"Even the little sausages-" She cooed, giving me a kiss on my cheek before climbing out of bed

"Now, go get dressed and I'll have your breakfast ready" She wrapped her dressing gown on and left the room. I settled back into bed, this time cuddling against Mam's sleeping body

"Mam, cuddle me" I moaned as she laid there motionless, she was still away with the fairies

"Mammm cuddle me" I whined making her groan out of her sleeping state

"I'm cuddling you" She grumbled, rolling over and laying her body fully on top of me - I laid under her, locked in place and helpless

"You're squishing me" My voice coming out as a muffle, bouncing against her covered chest. She rolled back onto her back pulling me along with her - squeezing me to death

"Good morning peanut" She yawned, giving me my morning kisses

"I didn't get any calls" I said, smiling widely - Jason didn't notice I had left last night; mission accomplished.

"I'm going to come again tonight.. If that's okay?" I asked, I don't know why I was even asking to come sleep at my own house. I should be allowed to come home whenever I wanted to - It's my house.

"Do you think that's a good idea?" She asked, stroking my cheek with her thumb

"Well.. I told you, they don't check on me. It's only during the day - and even then I'm still in my room" I said, her eyes were worried; they were full of worry and concern

"Aye okay, just be careful" She whispered, kissing my forehead and bringing me back into her. This cuddle said a lot of things but I could tell by the way she was holding me that she never wanted to let me go - she missed me; I missed her

"I need to get dressed" I said minutes later of laying in a comfortable silence, I could smell Mum's cooking lingering throughout the house and it was calling my name. She simply kissed my temple and unwrapped her arms allowing me to go and freshen up and get ready for my day

Julie's POV

"Surprise!" Libby squealed coming into view, I was sat in a corner secluding myself from everyone in the lunch room

"What are you doing here?" I smiled, my spirits going up as she took a seat beside me

"I didn't want you to sit by yourself, so I skipped my last period" She shrugged, going into her bag and pulling out two brown bags

"I should be upset but I'm not.. what'd you get?" I asked, watching her pull out the never ending snacks out of her school bag

"I made us some lunch this morning" She said, handing me my own brown bag that had a turkey sandwich, crisps, and snacks.
