Part 9

Julie's POV

First day of school. New school, new people. Will they like me? will they judge me? I get out of bed to get changed. I put on a white crop top and a flowy floral skirt that is above my knees by a lot and a pair of cute sandals. I walked into the ensuite and did my makeup just like Cheryl taught me too and did my hair with two braids tied to the back and the rest of my hair curled and flowing past my shoulders. I grabbed my backpack and headed downstairs for some breakfast

"Good morning" I said to Cheryl and Kimberley who were having their morning coffee

"Good morning! someone looks cute" Kim said opening her arms for a hug and I fell into them loving how safe I felt in her arms. I turned to Cheryl and gave her a smile and sat down beside Kim

"I made you some Pancakes, bacon, hash browns, and scrambled eggs.. oh and I cut up a cup of fruits for you as well" she said placing the food in front of me

"This is too much food! I can't eat all this" I laugh at how ridiculous she was for making me all this food

"Eat as much as you can pet! wouldn't want you to get hungry at school" Cheryl said

"Okay well thank you" I said before digging in

"Kimba and I will take you today" Cheryl said and I nodded my head okay. I finished my breakfast and we headed out the door to my new school.

Cheryl parked the car and we headed out together I held onto Kimberley's hand needing contact from her, feeling a bit scared of what people would think of me. I saw Cheryl look at our entwined fingers and I couldn't help but see a flash of sadness wash over her face. I simply shrugged it off as we made our way to the school office

"Hello how can I help you?" the secretary asked

"Yes Julie is starting school here today and they've asked us to pick up her schedule from the office" Kimberley explained

"Ahh yes let me just look up her information, what's your name?" she asked me

"Julie. Just Julie" I said

"You don't have a last name?" she asked me

"No" I replied bluntly

"Oh here you are.. hah you really don't have a last name" she said laughing and I rolled my eyes and huffed I felt Kim squeeze my hand I looked at her and she mouthed 'behave' I just shrugged and looked at my feet

"Okay heres your schedule, if you're having any trouble don't be shy to stop a teacher in the hallway and ask" she said and I took the white paper from her

"Thank you" I said walking out of the office with Cheryl and Kimberley behind me

"Now I don't have to explain to you, don't cause trouble and behave yourself. I want to hear good stories about how your day went when you come home.. got it?" Kimberley said sternly

"Yes mum" I said sarcastically rolling my eyes

"Okay have good day in school sweetheart" she kissed me cheek and hugged me

"If someone tells you off you don't shut up to them, okay pet" Cheryl said winking at me and giving me a hug

"Got it. Don't start trouble but if someone wants trouble you give it to them." I said to a horrified looking Kimberley

"No that's exactly what you shouldn't do!" she said and I laughed

"I'm joking" I said with a giggle

"Okay go on! Have a good day" they waved me off as I made my way to my first class Math. I walked up to the room and double checked to make sure it was the right classroom. I knocked on the door and the teacher waved me in. Everyone's face turned to me like I've just committed murder or something
