Julie's POV

"You're not for real with those heels right now" I told mam as she came down the stairs in her outfit for the day. She was wearing black leather trousers with a black bomber jacket and a black t-shirt under. Her hair tied into a ponytail and a black leather baseball cap. Her heels... Well they were black spiked Louboutins. I shook my head mentally just thinking about her walking in the hallway with those shoes

"What? when do you ever see us in flats anyways?" she argued going into the kitchen grabbing her purse and coffee

"What ever. Are you ready?" I asked her walking over with my crutches

"Yeah. Did you have your breakfast?" She asked taking a sip of her coffee

"Yeah mum made me some pancakes before leaving this morning" I told her as we walked out of the house

"Bless her. I can't wait until she's done with this tour" she said opening my door and taking my crutches from me putting them into the backseat

"Me too" I sighed looking out the window as we set off to school

"We'll be taking that vacation soon" Mam squealed

"Really?" I asked getting excited as well

"Yeah once Kimba is done hopefully" she crossed her fingers

"Can't wait" I smiled

"Hey mam?"

"Yeah babe" she said quickly glancing at me

"Don't be mean yeah? I know they're bullies but I don't want to sink down to their level" I said making her smile widely

"You're too nice for your own good" she said running her fingers through my hair while keeping her eyes on the road. She brought my head over to her and kissed it a few times

"I won't be mean" she said releasing her hand from my hair

Julie's POV

"Class please have a seat we have special guest today" Mrs. Peterson said as if it wasn't obvious, everyone's focus was on Mam the whole time

"I wonder who the special guest is?" Mam whispered to me making me giggle

"Ms. Cole would you like to say a few words?" Mrs. Peterson asked. Mam nodded and went to stand in front of the class

"Hey everyone! I wanted to come today with me daughter Julie to see how it is at her school. I was a little upset to see some kids bullying other students, we are no better than anyone and I don't appreciate it. With that being said I decided to rent out the amusement park next week when our Julie is able to walk without her crutches because she's badass and thought it was alright to drive an ATV. I decided to invite Julie's classmates with her choice of students for the day, I wanted you's all to get to know each other better and spend sometime having fun. Julie will be passing out the tickets next week. Now let's learn some math!" mam said clapping her hands together, everyone looked at me with interest. God help me when I pass out those tickets I groaned internally

"You don't know what you've just started" I whispered to Mam as she took her seat beside me

"You'll see. They'll be crawling up your arse" she gave me a cheeky smirk I just shook my head and began my class work. The day went the same with Mam giving her speech and everyone shooting me friendly smiles after. Some didn't even know Cheryl Cole was my Mam, we got a lot of gasps and pleads for autographs and photos with mam. I wasn't bothered I just walked ahead of her letting her do her thing
