“Hey Mr. Stark!” Peter said ecstatically, jumping to sit down beside the older man.
Tony internally groaned. Damn this kid is a leech.
February 13, 20--
“Hey Mr. Stark!” Peter practically bounced into the lab, plopping down beside his role model.
Tony internally rolled his eyes, I definitely will never have kids.
March 14, 20--
“Hey Mr. Stark!” Peter yelled cheerily, hurriedly sitting next to his mentor once again.
Tony held back being rude and continued working.
April 15, 20--
“Hey Mr. Stark!” Peter said happily, taking a seat next to the man.
Tony didn’t have a reaction, neither a happy or angry one.
May 16, 20--
“Hey Mr. Stark!” Peter said smiling, again sitting next to the Tony Stark.
Tony had a ghost of a smile on his face, “Hey kid.”
June 17, 20--
“Hey Mr. Stark!” Peter said a grin present on his face as he sat down next to the man.
Tony openly smiled, “Hey kiddo.”
July 18, 20--
“Hey Mr. Stark!” Peter said a small smile on his face, sitting down next to his father-figure.
Tony smiled a genuine smile at the kid, “Hey kid,” Tony replied, ruffling his hair.
August 19, 20--
“Hey Mr. Stark!” Peter said, sitting down with a ghost of s smile on his face.
“Hey kid,” Tony said, giving Peter a side hug.
September 20, 20--
“Hey Mr. Stark!” Peter said, a light tone to his voice,
“Hey, Pete.” Tony smiled fondly at him.
October 21, 20--
“Hey Mr. Stark!” Peter said, sitting down next to the super-hero.
Tony chuckled, “Hey kiddo.” He said, flicking one of Peter’s curls from his face.
November 22, 20--
“Hey Mr. Stark.” Peter said, sitting down.
“Hey Bambi,” Tony laughed.
December 23, 20--
“Hey.” Peter said sitting down next to Tony.
This time, Tony gave no greeting. Instead, he looked over at Peter and spoke words he hoped he never had to say to him.
“Pete, are you okay?”
