"Hey Rich, wake up." A voice said.

Richie moved his eyebrows, but not his eyes, seemed to be in a coma, but he was just too tired. The voice asked him to wake up again, but now, Richie was being patted.

"Wuh... what?" He moaned.

"Wake up, boy." The man said. "Time for breakfast, Eddie's already downstairs."

"C'mon dad, I'm tired..." Richie said, turning to the other side of bed.

The man, Richie's dad, Wentworth Tozier, stopped at the door and smiled. "She's showing your baby photos to hiii-iiim." He said, getting downstairs.

Richie opened his eyes, widening it. "Shit." He mumbled.

He quickly got up, put on some clothes, brushed his curly hair, and ran downstairs.

"And this is him..." Maggie Tozier, Richie's mom said. "Only two years old, wearing Wentworth's glasses."

"Aww, my God. He looks so cute!"

"Oh... This one." She pointed at a picture of Richie smiling with a boy by his side. "Does he look familiar?"

"It's me!" Eddie said, laughing. "I remember this day, it was the school Christmas concert, we were the angels. Richie just couldt stop talking."

"I know, right? He's very talkative when nervous."

"Eh... *cough cough*"

Eddie looked back, and saw Richie, scratching his eye.

"Oh hey, Richie, we were talking about you. Look at these pictures."

"I know the exact order of them by looking at the album for a thousand of times." He said, kissing Eddie's and Maggie's cheek. " 'Morning!"

Richie went to the kitchen and prepared his breakfast: Coffee and two pancakes with maple syrup. He got back to the living room and sat in the armchair.

"So, what are you doing today?" Maggie said, closing the picture album.

"Barrens." Eddie said.

"Holy shit!" Richie's eyes widened. "I forgot to buy the stuff!"

Eddie nodded and said "But didn't we agree to buy along the way?"

Richie ate a piece of the pancake, took a sip of the coffee, thought, looking at the ceiling. "oh..." he mumbled. "Yeah, you're right... Where's dad? He woke me up and vanished." (A/N: Thanos Effect. jk lol)

"He went to work." Maggie said. "Said something about emergency and unbearable client"

"And he didn't even say goodbye..."

"He was in a hurry, Richie..." She said.

Richie thought, then shrugged.

"Richie, honey, if you want to take my car, it's yours, okay?" Maggie said, heading to the kitchen.

"Thanks mom, but we're going by bike."

"No problem, sweetie."

A few time later and Eddie and Richie were leaving the Tozier's house. Both got their bikes and went to the grocery store.

"So what do we need?" Eddie said.

"Um... Food? Drinks?" Richie said, jokingly.

Eddie rolled his eyes and went to the cookies and snacks' aisle. He started picking two packages of Doritos when Richie arrived.

"Hey, ya know... I'm a bit slow walking in grocery stores..."

"Well, sorry... But I'm not."

"Are you mad?"

Eddie frowned and looked at Richie. "No" he said "why?".

"I don't know, you're acting weird... Is it about..."

"Last night?" Eddie mumbled, and Richie nodded.

Eddie looked down as he put another package of Doritos. "I'm just... nervous."

"aawwn..." Richie got closer to Eddie and hugged him. "Don't be... I'm here, we are fine... I love you."

"I know, I love you too... It's just... It felt so real."

"One time I dreamt about hamburgers falling from the sky..." Richie said, remembering of the dream and getting hypnotized about it "it felt... so real."

"Richie!"

"W-what?"

"This is serious. It IS real, you know what we saw three years ago, and it will come back..." Eddie showed his hand with the scar, the oath scar.

Richie took Eddie's hand with his oath scar's hand, and kissed it. "I remember... sorry..." He picks up a bag of doritos from Eddie's cart and returns it to the shelf. "Too much salt makes you nervous." he says. "Now, getting back to the picnic... What will we drink?"

"Nothing alcoholic, please" Eddie said.

"You're such an angel, Edward."

"Well, thanks..." he smiled.

"C'mon, let's finish this shopping and go to the Barrens." Richie said, pushing the cart and going to the drink's aisle.
