Kate's POV
The light's shut off and Connor held me close to him. We saw a light behind us and we turned around... It was Andrea. "hello ladies and gentlemen!!! Welcome to Kate Valentine's birthday party!!!" she said into a mic. "The party is just getting started!!!!" she yelled. Colorful strobe lights came on and the music was blasting again. After a 30 minutes or so, Connor and I went to the bar. We sat down next to the O2L boys, Andrea, and Shannon. I looked at JC, "Why are you on your phone??" I asked.
"N- nothing."
"Do I need to rip that phone out of your hands?" I asked.
"No."
"So who are you texting?"
"Just a fan."
"A FAN?????"
"yeah..."
"What's the lucky girl's name??"
"Cassidy. I met her when you were in the hospital because you cut yourself."
"JC CAYLEN!!" Connor screamed.
"no, no, it's okay." i told Connor.
We sat there and took a couple shots (AKA, alcohol for you dumb people out there).
A slow song came on, everyone left the dance floor. Connor stood up and asked me, "May I have this dance ma'lady??" everyone at our table awwwed
"Yes, you may." I said. We walked to the middle of the dance floor.
