Chapter 37-The getaway

"I'm so bored." Innana groaned. The human was laid out on the couch. Kit was reading a magazine while Era and Stephen played call of duty.

"I agree. Can't we go out or something?" Kit asked.

The two sat before the tv paid them no mind. Kit got annoyed and stood up to get the t.v. remote. Off the tv went.

"What the hell Kit!" Era exclaimed.

"Oh! now you see me." She said with her hands on her hips.

"Don't be like th-." Era said or...tried to say

"Shut up."

Innana had to restrain herself from laughing but failed miserably.

"Ok, since we have your attention can we go out?" Innana asked.

"To where?" Stephen asked.

"Anywhere!" Innana groaned.

"We've gone to the beach, bowling...come to think of it I haven't seen Bea around. She's usually the one who plans the outings." Kit said.

Innana's eyes widened for a split second. "She had family problems to handle."

"Oh. How come I didn't know?" Stephen asked.

"It's really low key. She didn't tell me why she was leaving too." Innana said with a shrug.

"I'm pretty sure Sav is delighted." Kit said with a smirk.

"You have no idea. I'm static! It's like this invisible weight has been lifted off my shoulder." Savvina said coming in with the groceries.

Everyone laughed while Innana rolled her eyes. Then the younger girls phone rang. It was Rika.

"Oh!"

"Who is it?" Savvina asked.

"It's Rika. Chill...hello?" She said and Stephen's eyes lit up.

"Hey girl! How's it going?"

"Good. Gosh I miss you so much."

"Then never fear because I just got you ans I a 3 day cruise to the Bahamas for my birthday!"

"Oh my Gosh! Really?"

"Of course!"

"That's great Ri but I don't want to leave everyone behind." Innana said not so happy.

"Oh come on Ana. It's my 18th birthday...I'm Sure we can figure something out. How about we all plan to meet there?"

"That would be amazing. In fact everyone is here."

"Oh great. Put me on speaker."

Innana did as told and put her best friend on speaker. "You're on."

"Aiit. Hey guys!" Rika said.

"Hey!" Everyone replied.

"So I got a free cruise to the Bahamas for two. That's me and Ana but she doesn't want to leave you all behind so this is what is gonna happen. I'll pay for the rest of you. How dose that sound?"

"Yes! Finally I can leave this town and have fun." Stephen said.

"Hey Stephie." Rika said making Innana and everyone look at him.

"Hey." He said with a blush.

"Well it sounds like everyone is on board so we'll be seeing you..."

"Tomorrow afternoon."

"Tomorrow?!" Innana yelled.

"Don't argue. The earlier the better." Kit said.

"We'll see you then Rika. Bye!" Savvina said and cut the call.
