Both Angelica and Raphael were standing in the middle of the room, both looking stunning as ever. Angelica had a beautiful black gown that hugged her body perfectly showing her curves, with a respectful cleavage, and of course beautiful jewelry.
Raphael looked equally stunning in a black tuxedo but with out the butterfly tie. His jet-black hair was naturally spiked hair, and for a 600year old, he totally looked hot!
"Lucas you may go." Angelica dismissed Lucas, from the corner of my eye I could see that Lucas was about to protest but then Raphael shot him a glare, which made him nod and walk out the room.
"My dear you look stunning." Angelica said giving me a hug, Raphael was right behind her. I couldn't help but blush.
"Oh Angelica I look nothing compared to your beauty." I said smiling; she laughed and then pulled away. Raphael was standing there somewhat awkwardly.
"Oh just hug her!" Angelica said laughing, Raphael looked at me for a second and then hugged me. for some reason the hug he gave me felt weird, and not as warm as Angelica's. I felt him stiffen in my arms, then he suddenly pulled back, I gave him a questioned look but he just smiled, and if I didn't know any better I would of said it was a fake one.
"Okay lets get going!" Angelica said walking to the door, Raphael and I both followed. We stopped a few feet away from the staircase, and Angelica turned around and hugged me.
'Okay sweetie, we'll go first when we get to the bottom people with stop clapping, you take that as your queue to walk down. Raphael will announce who you are and then you'll stand next to us." Angelica explained after the hug.
I nodded. Both Raphael and Angelica gave me reassuring smiles. When they got to the top of the staircase, everyone started to applaud, after a few minutes everything started to quite down.
I took that as my queue, like Angelica said, and walked to the top of the staircase, I felt my heart beat increase and butterflies in my stomach. When I got to the top of the staircase I stood there for a second, and I wished I didn't because standing at the bottom of the staircase were a lot of people, and when I say a lot I mean hundreds of people standing there all staring at me. I gulped, with one hand I took hold of the bottom of my dress so I wouldn't trip on it. And so I started walking down.
"Everyone, Katie Lesa, the only Pure Blood found in our world today!" Raphael's thick voice boomed around the room, everyone started to applaud. I slowly took my time and making sure that I wouldn't slip and fall.
When I found the underlying cause, I sighed in relief, and made my way to Angelica and Raphael, standing in the open gap between Raphael and Philip. I must say the Brothers looked quiet hot tonight, all of then wearing black khaki pants and dress up shirts.
Angelica and Raphael said a few words to the guest but I wasn't really paying attention, I kept looking out to the audience\, trying to look for the person that decided to pay me a visit while I was taking a shower. But the only thing I found was that a lot of people were staring at me, some women, some glared and some looked at me with curiosity, and a few men, who all looked at me with a weird expression on their faces.
After Raphael and Angelica's speech, everyone made their way into the ballroom, which looked stunning today.
Everyone was either talking, eating, dancing or outside enjoying the fresh air. I looked around the room and saw that Angelica and Raphael were talking to a few people, Sonia was serving people and the princes were busy either flirting with girls or talking to, what looked like businessmen. I sighed.
Might as well go out side, I thought. Making my way throw the people, making sure not to bump into anyone, I made it to the left side of the ball room where there was a huge open door leading outside. I took a step out side to only be met with a fresh cold breeze. I inhaled the fresh air and sighed.
I made my way throw the grass and into the gravel pavement floor. The garden around me was beautiful with bushes cut into different figures and flowers everywhere. There was a small pond near the north side of the garden, I walked up to it, I couldn't help but smile at the sight before me, the pond water glowing with the light coming from the moon and the stars.
I stood there for a while listening to crickets sing and owls hooting. I suddenly heard bushing rattling from a few feet away from me. Out of curiosity, I started walking towards the bushes, suddenly I heard moaning I walked a little faster but making sure that I wouldn't be heard. I reached the bushes that were rattling and peeked throw the whole that the bushes made. I couldn't help but gasp at what was happening in front of me....

I have bad news! i was going to upload another chapter but today my mother decided that she wanted to talk to her friend in England so ended taking over my computer for 3 hours! UGH! i'm kind of pissed off now! so i was only able to type another chapter, plus i had to do my homework. So since it's 9pm here in South Africa my mother's giving me 10 minutes to post this chapter then go to bed :( i'm sorry everyone!
Life sucks! But tomorrow morning i'll try and wake up super early and upload a new chapter before going to school :)
