I didn't think that I was a terrible girlfriend, JJ seemed happy enough with me, I didn't understand why i saw what I did.

I had gotten off work early, so I just decided to head home and surprise JJ, but the surprise was the other way around.

I opened the door with a radiant smile and closed the door behind me. "I'm home-" I opened my eyes and saw a woman standing there, removing her lips from JJ's as she held his collar. My mouth dropped open and I looked to JJ. "I....why?" I asked him as I felt tears form in my eyes.

JJ held his arms up to me. "No (Y/N)! I swear it isn't what it looks like." He tried to tell me, but all I could stare at was the smirk appearing on the face of the girl. "Take a hint." She slurred to me and I spun around, grabbing the door handle and throwing he door open as I ran out of the room and got into my car.

I swiftly reversed out of the drive way and sped down the street. Tears were falling down my face as the scene replayed in my head, taunting me with its existence.

I drove through the crossing and heard a loud beeping. I turned my head and saw an oncoming car coming towards me, i pressed my foot down on the accelerator as I narrowly missed a collision.

I drove over to the hill that looked over the city, I got out and got onto the bonnet of my car, tears running down my cheeks. I was shaking with my near death experience from before.

My pocket began to ding, I got it out and saw JJ's contact trying to call me. I put the phone on silent and sat it beside me, I buried my face into my knees and began crying heavily.

After everything I thought JJ and I had, I thought that- he loved me as much as I loved him. Did I do something wrong? Was it my fault? Was I not good enough for him?

I felt the phone vibrate on silent and I picked it up furiously answering it. "LEAVE ME ALONE!" I shouted and panted as more tears fell down my face. "Well what a nice greeting." I heard my best friend, (F/N) say on the other end of the line.

I gasped and covered my mouth. "I'm so sorry...I thought you were...." I trailed off as I felt more tears coming on. "JJ, he did something didn't he?" She asked, already knowing what was going on. I nodded and sighed as a few stray tears soaked inti my clothes.

"Yeah....I caught him kissing another girl..." I told her and bit my lip as I remembered the look on her face.
(F/N) growled and began speaking in a stern tone. "I'll rip his balls off and make him choke on his own air." She threatened, and I gave a chuckle.

"Do you think it was me..?" I asked her, looking up to the sunset over the city. "I mean- was I not good enough for him...?" I asked her and she stayed silent for a moment. "You are one of the most caring girls I have ever met in my life, not to mention super sexy!" She told me and I giggled and listened to her as she continued. "There is no way that you weren't good enough for him, it is obvious that JJ didn't understand what he had before he took it away."

I smiled to myself and rubbed the back of my neck. "You should've seen her face, I could've punched her into next year." I told her and I listened as she clicked her fingers. "You go girl! Why didn't you?" She asked and I sighed as I turned my head.

"I guess, I just wanted to get out of there before I did something that I would regret..." I said to her and widened my eyes. "I'm going back there." I told her and she hummed through the phone. "Do you really think that is the right thing to do?" She asked me and I leant back.

Was it actually? Was it worth the pain? Was it worth the endless excuses? I needed to know why he was doing it...besides. All of my clothes are there, i'd have to grab a bag anyhow.

"I'll deal with it, I'll call you and tell you what happened after.." I said to her gently and hung up as I slid off the bonnet and got into the front of the car.

Before I knew it I was parked on the streets outside our house and got out. I noticed that the front door was still opened and I walked straight in, seeing JJ on his knees in tears.

"Crying won't help. You better start explaining." I told him and walked up the hall towards our bedroom as I began to pack some things. JJ leapt up and ran after me, wrapping his arms around my waist and nuzzling my crook. "I swear, she was an ex. She followed me back here and came into the house. I yelled at her to leave but then she suddenly kissed me. And when I saw you walk in....your face...."

I looked to him out of the corner of my eye. "And you're telling me the truth?" I asked him and waited for him to answer. "Of course, I would never, ever, do that to you, I love you so much that it drives me crazy to think about you leaving me." JJ admitted to me and I turned around to face him, placing a hand on the side of his face.

"You truly are a dork." I told him and gently kissed him on his lips, smiling at him as I wiped away his tears.

-Time skip forward a couple of days-

As JJ and I walked down the street hand in hand with one another, I looked in front of me and recognised JJ's ex. Standing there looking like the skank she was, she immediately b-lined it for JJ.

"JJ~ You haven't been returning my calls!" She cried and held onto his arm, ignoring the fact I was standing there.

I spun around and grabbed her hair, pulling her away from JJ and punching her across her mouth. I let her fall to the ground and shook my hand in slight pain. "You better stay the fuck away from my Fiancé." I told her and held up my left hand, making sure that the engagement ring glimmered in the sunlight.

With a satisfied smirk I walked away with JJ. He leant down to my ear and whispered. "Good punch." He said and looked at my red knuckles. I smiled and chuckled as we began heading towards our car.

(( (Y/N)'s punch is about as good as Saitama's from One Punch! XD
