Started With A Pizza

"Aren't you going to answer that? Sounds sorta important" Selena says referring to my phone which was currently blowing up with Justin's notifications. I sigh and place the phone on the counter. Justin would have to wait.

"What are you doing here Selena?" She puts a hand to her naked chest and forms a shocked expression with her lips.

"You aren't happy to see me?" I shake my head and search around for a towel.

"I'm happy to see you, can't you tell? I'm wet. Get it?" I snort harshly hoping to indicate that her joke was super lame. She shrugs and wades around in the jacuzzi totally comfortable in all of her naked glory.

"But really why are you in my apartment?"  She looks just as confused as I felt.

"Our apartment?" My heart stutters. Kim and North had left that part out. Selena nods slowly.

"My name is still on the lease babe. You haven't been around here in months not since you shacked up with Justin and  at your parents. So I should be asking you what you're doing here"

"Can your name get off the lease?" I test, but this makes her giggle.

"If you wanna take me back to court again. But we all know how well that went" I gaze back around at the apartment and notice that a majority of the canvas sized photos are of Selena and I both together and separately.

"How long have I been away from here?" I wonder in a louder voice as I retreat from the jacuzzi and into the bedroom more photos and framed articles blared at me.
