I leaned in and she did too but suddenly, she moved back.
"I can't, Eric. I just can't do this. In thirty minutes time or so, those same lips will be in between Cru- Nicole's lips." she said.

She had publicly humiliated me and apparently everyone had figured it out.
No wonder girls were giving me deathly glares and guys were staring at me curiously to the intense fury of their girlfriends.
I had to get out of here.
Without much thought, I ran out to my car.
When I got there I closed my doors and window and rest my head on the steering wheel letting the tears flow.
Before two minutes went by, I heard someone knocking on my window.
The last thing I need now is angry girlfriends throwing tomatoes or whatever at me so I ignored the person.
