Part 53: The Ending (again)

After our heroes May and Ash have won a ribbon, splitting it obviously.

Our heroes were eating together one last time.

"This feels surreal you know?" Savanna said, smiling.

"Everyone's going off to do their own thing. Me and Savanna are going to Sinnoh. May is going to Johto etc etc" Ritchie said.

Everyone sees the boat Savanna and May have to go on.

Savanna returned her Pokemon, May did too.

Savanna's Pikachu got on Savanna's shoulder.

Both Savanna and May got onto the boat.

Ritchie smiled and waved towards Savanna.

Savanna waved at everyone, May did too.

A couple of hours later.

Savanna and May were walking and talking, laughing and what not, suddenly they made it to oldale and stopped.

They looked at each other and smiled.

"If you ever EVER need Me. Just let me know." Savanna said, smiling, ready to sob.

"Right same goes for you" May said.

Savanna raised up her hand, grinning.

May grinned back, both girls shook hands.

"Well. I guess I will see you around?" Savanna said.

May nodded, both girls walked off, but they stopped.

"It's hard to say goodbye and to find we aren't travelling anymore." Savanna said.

"Agreed. But I promise we will see each other again!" May said.

Savanna grinned and walked off to her direction, May did too.

[With the boys]

"Savanna's travelling with you huh?" Ash said, sad. While hiding his jealousy.

"yeah! It's gonna be great!" Ritchie said.

"Just promise you take care of her k?" Brock said.

"Of course! I'm not rude!" Ritchie said.

"Well boys I have to head to gym. See you." Brock said.

"Right" Ritchie and Ash said.

Brock ran off, waving to both boys.

Ash and Ritchie waved back.

"Well... Ash Aren't you jealous?" Ritchie teased a bit.

"Shut up!" Ash said, pouting, turning away.

Ritchie rolled his eyes.

[With Savanna]

Savanna was heading to Professor Birch's lab.

Savanna walked in.

"Ah Savanna it's nice to see you here what's up?" Professor Birch asked.

"Well. I need to leave some Pokemon here if that's okay by you?" Savanna asked.

"Of course that's fine with me!" Birch said.

"I'm going to be leaving Silvally, Sceptile, Espeon , Swampert, and Pikachu here." Savanna said.

"What about Dragonair?" Birch asked.

"She's coming with me" Savanna said.

Savanna threw her Pokemon out.

Savanna gestured Dragonair to come over. Dragonair does just that.

"Everyone else you guys will stay here. I'm heading off to Sinnoh! So I'm leaving you here under Professor Birch's care!" Savanna said.

Her Pokemon nodded.

Savanna returned her Dragonair.

"Oh Savanna I got something!" Professor Birch said.

"What is it?" Savanna asked.

Professor Birch ran to his drawer, opened it and grabbed something.

Professor Birch walked up to Savanna.

"Don't I already have a Pokedex?" Savanna said.

"Well you see. I told Professor Rowan you were headin' to Sinnoh and he wanted to give you a Sinnoh Pokedex." Professor Birch explained.

Savanna grabbed the Pokedex from the Professor's hands and nodded.

"Thanks!" Savanna said, grinning.

"So when are you heading to Sinnoh?" Birch asked.

"Well. I'm heading to Sinnoh in two months. To just spend time you know with the family." Savanna said.

"That means you can help me research!" Birch said.

"Yeah! Like back then!" Savanna said.

"Oh yeah I also have a request." Birch said.

"What is it?" Savanna asked.

"When you get to Sinnoh. Research the Pokemon! How do they live in wild in a different climate than here in Hoenn." Birch said.

"I will do it! Just for you Professor!" Savanna said.

"Great! Now I'm going to give you this Notebook. " Professor Birch said, reaching into his pocket and he gave Savanna a notebook with a pen

"Write all your data here, once you get back. Show me your data." Professor Birch said.

"Right!" Savanna said, nodding, grinning.

"Now please. Go and see your family, surely they missed you." Birch said.

Savanna nodded and ran out.

The Littleroot town breeze hit her.

Savanna took the breath of home again. She missed this.

But soon she would have to leave to Sinnoh.

Savanna sighed and walked into her house and closed the door.
