Summary: Professor Rowan's Granddaughter, Willow Mew Rowan, just turned ten years old and decided to start her journey in the Kanto region. I honestly thought about doing a Pokémon fanfic for quite some time, but I just couldn't get a good plot going.

Ashley Ketchum's alarm clock blared like a wild Jigglypuff concert gone wrong. She groaned and slapped at it blindly, missing twice before finally smacking it silent with a loud clunk. The sunlight was merciless, creeping in through the gap in her curtains and landing right across her face. "Ugh, Sun! Take a hint," she mumbled, yanking her blanket over her head. For a split second, she entertained the brilliant idea of using Dig to escape deeper under the covers. Her toes wiggled as if prepping for action, but her brain kicked in a moment later. Today wasn't just any day-it was the day. Her eyes shot open like a Staryu's gem, and she bolted upright in bed, her blanket flying off her like a Togekiss taking off. "Today's my first day as a trainer!" she squealed, practically vibrating with excitement. She threw her legs over the side of her bed and stood up so fast she almost tripped on her Pikachu-patterned pajama pants.

This is the story of a young boy named Marshall, a newly turned ten-year-old boy from Pallet Town. Follow him on his journey through the Kanto Region as he catches Pokemon, meets Brock, a rock-type gym leader who flirts with the ladies, and Misty, the tomboyish water-type trainer. Peace would not last forever as the Langit family got invaded. Emmaly and her parents were forced to retreat as the two brothers held the invaders off. They were never seen again after that. At age thirteen, Emmaly takes Riolu and runs away from home to start her own journey. Join Emmaly, Riolu, and their new friend Maxx on their journey as they meet all kinds of pokémon, fight all sorts of battles, and search for clues to find out what happened to her favorite older brothers.
