Part 27: Struggles (I'm running out of names for filler chapters)

Savanna was training her Pokemon alongside Ash.

"Eevee quick attack on Ash's Pikachu!" Savanna commanded and Eevee glowed white and ran towards Ash's Pikachu.

"Dodge it!" Ash commanded and Pikachu jumped and dodged the quick attack. "Thunderbolt!" Ash's Pikachu shot off the thunderbolt.

It hits.

"Eevee!" Savanna yelled out in concern.

Silvally growled and he ran and jumped towards Pikachu and tackled it, sending him to the ground and Silvally landed on the ground and looked towards Eevee and growled.

Eevee shook off the attack.

"Silvally Eevee's fine." Savanna said and Silvally walked off.

Savanna sighed.

"Do you want to keep training guys?" Savanna asked her Pokemon.

Her Pokemon nodded.

"Someone's overprotective." Ritchie said, chuckling.

"I agree." Ash said, Savanna walked over to where Silvally was and sat besides it.

"You ok Silvally?" Savanna asked.

Silvally grunted.

Savanna sighed and got up and walked off.

Savanna sat down besides Brock.

Brock was cooking.

"Something wrong?" Brock asked.

"No i'm good." Savanna said, then she went back to being silent.

"It's about Ash?" Brock asked and Savanna looked at him.

"N-no." Savanna turned away and blushed.

Brock chuckled.

Pokespeech.

"You okay Silv?" Savanna's Grovyle asked.

That's the nickname Savanna's Grovyle had given Silvally after he evolved.

"I am fine..." Silvally said.

Grovyle rolled her eyes.

"I know you, what's wrong?" Savanna's Grovyle said, sitting besides him.

"Do you think I will ever get anyone?" Savanna's Silvally said.

"Like love wise?" Silvally nodded "Of course! Your a great Pokemon Silv, a girl or whatever you decide to date will be lucky." Savanna's Silvally smiled.

"What about you and Savanna's other childhood friend's Sceptile anything?" Silvally asked.

"No... I used to have a crush on him but i'm over it." Savanna's Grovyle said, Silvally nodded.

Silvally moved his head up.

"Those two are at it again." Silvally pointed towards May's Combusken and Ash's Corphish.

"Oh brother." Savanna's Grovyle said.

"Just going to watch em?" Silvally asked, Savanna's Grovyle nodded.

"Swampert's going to deal with em." Savanna's Grovyle said and Swampert walked over and grabbed the two.

"Well... Now what are we gonna do?" Silvally asked.

"Well I heard soon we are going to be in fuchsia city and that's where May's next contest is (her third ribbon) and then the battle place.* Grovyle said.

"Great!" Silvally said.

A couple of hours later.

Everyone was sleeping, except for one hero. 

Savanna.

She gets nightmares normally, causing her to not be able to sleep.

What's the nightmares about you may be asking?

Her childhood.

She was bullied a lot...

Her mother ignored her most times. 

Her brothers didn't help either. 

She didn't really have anyone except her father, and her Silvally who was a Type Null at the time, May and Tyson. 

But she rarely or just didn't talk to them often.

Except May obviously. 

But still... 

Savanna looked at the water.

She felt what did she fell like...

Savanna got out a locket and opened it.

It was a picture of her and her friend.

But she wasn't her friend anymore. 

Her friend.... Ended themselves... 

Savanna closed her eyes tightly. 

But she opened them and looked at the sky.

"I promise... I will make you proud..." Savanna said, she closed the locket and put into her pocket.
