Both Nick and Madison's families were close growing up. When Madison had to move to Sydney for 3 years for university she left everything behind in Melbourne. Once returning home, Nick had the biggest glow up... I mean 3 years does make a difference.
"How's you and Nick going?" Celine raised her eyebrows. "We're just talking - as friends" I shrugged. "Ooo" Celine and Gigi whistled. "Guys, i said friends" I repeated. "Yeah but still" Gigi howled.
"Would you ever get back with him?" Celine asked me. "Maybe - Maybe not" I replied. "Mads! Don't be like that" Gigi groaned. "Ok, fine" I sighed. "Yeah, maybe - actually no - but no wait - i don't know!" I added. "Have you seen him yet?" Gigi curious asked. "Yeah, only once - lunch" I smiled thinking of Nick. I had missed him. I still do. But that doesn't mean I completely and or entirely forgive him.
Flashback to lunch with Nick "You look beautiful" Nick told me as I entered his car. "Yeah, I know" I smiled. "Wow - no comment for me?" Nick gasped. "Friends, Nick" I scoffed. "I'm just kidding - you look good too, I guess" I shrugged. He laughed. "Yeah, I know" He mocked me. "What happened to your voice?" I sarcastically asked.
"I'm talking like a girl, her names Madison" Nick told me. "Wow, she sounds beautiful" I grinned. "She really is" Nick smirked. "Anyways, let's go now" He said, starting up the engine. I tried so hard not to blush. I obviously had failed.

"Hello? Madison?" Celine called. "Huh" I snapped, waking up from whatever zoned out daydream I had just had. "That's like, the fifth time" Gigi laughed. "What are you dreaming about" Celine wiggled her eyebrows. "Aww! It's Nick, isn't it?" Gigi said in awe, whilst doing a voice to make it sound even dumber. "No" I simply replied. "Liar" They both hissed.
"Oh, I gotta go now" I stood up, gathering my stuff. "Where to?" Celine and Gigi asked in sync. "Breakfast, Annalise" I answered. "Ooo, how nice - have fun" Celine smiled. "Enjoy Mads" Gigi grinned. "Thanks guys, bye" I waved, whilst exiting the house.
- Annalise waved at me as I walked towards her. "Hey" She greeted me whilst standing up to hug me. "Hi" I replied, hugging her. We both sat down. "How are you?" Annalise smiled. "Good thanks, you?" I answered. "That's good - pretty much the same thanks for asking" She replied.
"Did you want to have desert or something?" Annalise had asked me, after finishing out food. "Oh, no thanks - I'm pretty full" I replied. "If you want you could get something" I offered. "I could settle for another croissant, I just feel bad" I sighed. "Why do you feel bad? Annalise, order it like right now" I replied. "Ok, if you say so" she shrugged.
