Yeji's P.O.V

"until we meet again, my love.." there, I felt myself became light, it was like I was floating, evaporating to the sky.

I watched as she cried while my body just continued to be sucked into a bright light above

She was the last thing I saw before everything went black, entirely.

I guess I fainted, but my mind is completely awake, I can hear everything around me. It's like I'm in a coma...

"Hananim." A woman called out.

"What's her name?" A man asked, seemingly in front of me. He had a deep growly voice. He sounds scary.

"Hwang yeji, she's 22 years old but died 5 years ago" a woman answered beside me

"What? Why is she here now? Why did you not take her in 5 years ago?" The man asked again

Hold on, let me answer that for you. Like I said, I couldn't forgive myself for doing such a horrible thing so I thought that maybe saving another person from doing it can take off the weight on my shoulder, even just a little.

So for the past years, I've been running away from the woman's so called "men" because those guys were trying to forcefully take me with them, away from the land of the living, but I refused because I had to take this huge burden off of me first. That's when I decided to talk to the buff guys and ask them for a little more time on earth to try and fix myself.

We had an agreement of me staying there but once that they've detected that my request was done, I had no choice but to come with them. But when I met ryujin, I just wish I could've planned it another way. A way that I could stay in her arms just for a little while longer.

"We tried but my men told me that she had requested for a little more time on earth, and according to her life-stat (just pretend it's to observe someones feelings, thoughts, etc...) She regrets something she'd done in the past" the woman answered

"What is it that she regrets doing?" The man asked

"The reason for her death is suicide." The woman simply replied

I heard the man sigh.

"Take her to the waiting room, I'll assign someone who'll serve as her close observer." The man said and I felt my surroundings move

Waiting room? Close observer? Are they going to lock me up in some type of dungeon? I really hope not.

As someone dragged my unconscious body to a place, I began to smell... dust? Where am I? Am I back on earth? I wish. That way I can see ryuddaeng again!

I heard someone grunt and what sounded like a heavy door open, here it is, my dungeon cell...

"You're heavy!" Excuse me!?!? I am definitely not that heavy! Ryujin can even carry me without any problems, and she's shorter than me!!!

My body was then laid on a bed and not gonna lie, it's pretty comfortable laying here. I felt myself relax a bit.

"Okay, time to wake you up." I heard the woman say, she's gonna wake me up now. Finally...

I felt a little sting on my arm, I'm assuming she's injecting me with something that'll make me gain my consciousness back.

"There, let's wait a little then you'll be back to your conscious state" I heard her dragging something from the room just when I felt my eyes starting to open slowly

I blinked weakly and tried my best to scan my surroundings. I was in a bedroom. A normal bedroom, like on earth. But somehow it didn't feel normal, it felt weird to be here.

I roamed my gaze some more and there I found the woman.

Her back is facing me and it looks like she's dragging a chair?

I sat up as she continuously struggled to drag the chair in front of me

"Why is this so heavy?!?" She complained and I giggled a little

She stood up straight, seemingly startled by my giggle, that made my eyebrows furrow

"Who's that?" She asked and looked around with her hands beside her chest like she's about to attack you with karate moves

"Hello?" I called her and she jumped and instantly turned her body on my direction

Once she saw me, her face softened and brought down her hands

"You scared me!" She chuckled and approached me

I smiled weakly and looked down

"I know you're really confused right now... And I'm here to explain to you everything that you need to know. Oh and don't be afraid of me, I'm really nice. I'm sure you'll like me." She smiled brightly and held my shoulder, assuring me

"By the way, I'm bae joo-hyun but you can call me irene" she introduced herself and went for a handshake

I looked at her before accepting

"Hwang yeji, nice to meet you, irene.. unnie...?" I said unsurely

"Yeah, I guess adding unnie sounds cool too..." She joked and made me chuckle. Maybe I really can trust her?

She sat beside me and put a strand of my hair behind my ear

"Now, tell what you want to know.." she said...

Annyeong!! I'm yeji, hwang yeji, it's my first time having a P.O.V on this story because all of it was with ryujin, but it's okay, she deserves it, she deserves all the pov's she wants cause she's perfect and I love her, but now you're with me and you'll join me on my journey, up for it??
