76 | Now I Escape

ONE MONTH LATER...

It has been a whole month since Viktor has taken Valentina, our whole family has been distraught and lost without her. We have been searching for her nonstop, even the Gonzàlez family has had their people searching high and low for her.

Everyone has been dealing with the situation differently but not coping all the same. Dom has been getting angrier as days and weeks pass, he snaps at everyone and has been nonstop training. Rome has been distant and cold towards everyone, taking on extra jobs to help out our older brothers.

Nic has been drinking a lot more now, ignoring everyone and everything unless it's something to do with Valentina. Vince has been trying to help Luc with the mafia as the workload is piling on them since they've been too distracted from Valentina being taken. Luc is trying to play catch up with all his deals and shipments etc, he too has started to drink more and become cold with us all.

Our dad and grandfather are trying to help where they can with the mafia as well as continue to follow leads concerning Valentina but they're just as angry as the rest of us and are starting to stress and become discouraged as the days pass us by. 

It's hard for everyone to do anything these days especially since we're all still situated in Spain, thinking they're still here somewhere. Alejandro and Diego have kindly let us live here for a while, which we are grateful for.

I've been throwing myself into hacking and trying to find any leads, I've been hacking into street cameras, small business cameras seeing if I can find Viktor or Gabriel anywhere. So far, no luck.

Alec and Ivan have flown here to Spain to help search as well with their mafia, they properly introduced us to Yelena and Irina. It was a bit strange at first because we didn't know them but they help around the mansion, cooking with all our aunties and making sure we all get some rest.

Andrè and Luis have also flown here to Spain, helping as well with their mafia. It's a bit overwhelming here sometimes with so many people living under one roof, the only people not living here are the men from our mafias. They have been situated into different safe houses and warehouses that the Gonzàlez family owns.

We haven't received any calls or messages from Viktor since she was taken, the last thing was a video Dom was sent and he never showed us but explained we wouldn't want to see it anyway.

We all knew it was a video of her being beaten or tortured so why put ourselves through our torture watching it?

Messiah and Felix have been working with all the men from our mafia, Spain mafia, french mafia, and the Russian mafia. They're constantly training and following any leads we do find, they're always keeping themselves busy.

Gianni and Levi have been miserable since she was taken, they're always asking where she is, why she isn't here with us, what happened to her. I've heard them both cry themselves to sleep some nights, breaking my heart. They both have become inseparable, they're always together now.

I just wish the leads we do find led to something, it always leads to a dead end. I just want my sister back, I miss her so fucking much. All I can hope is that she's alive and fighting back.

D I A V O L A

As I lay here in my room that they've kindly given me, my mind wanders back to my family. I hope they're all okay and safe, I can't wait to see them again.

Since a month has passed, things have changed. I'm no longer tied up and being beaten every day, I've gained their trust and they believe I've been broken when I haven't been.

Viktor has been trying to beat me into submission, he wants me to do anything and everything for him. He doesn't know I'm Diavola which is surprising that I've kept that secret for as long as I have. He knows my mother has trained me and believes that's the reason why I'm so good at killing people, which is partially true.

He's also trying to make me fall in love with him, I've been playing along with him to gain even more trust. Gabriel has also been trying to make me fall in love with him, he knows his father is obsessed with me but he doesn't care. He said he'd go behind his dad's back to be with me, I agreed with him to try and turn them against each other.

The everyday beatings have stopped but if I do something they're not happy with, they will punish me. Milos has stuck around waiting for an opportunity to get me alone so he can torture me, his father Galen has brainwashed him into believing that we're the bad people.

I explained to him over and over again that Galen is lying to him, Galen is the man who is pure evil but Milos is too blind to see reason.

Galen Andino is the Don of the Greek Mafia but I tried to assassinate him when I found out he was sex trafficking women and children. Sex trafficking isn't something that our mafia is associated with, the same with our allies.

We are completely against it, however, there are still some mafias and gangs out there who are running sex trafficking rings.

When I was working for Marcus, Nate and I shut down a few of them, killing the people who run them. When I discovered Galen was a top dog in the industry, I had to take him out but somehow the old prick is still alive.

Milos denies that their part of that business Galen has kept that part of their business from him. I even tried convincing Milos to look into it but he refuses, not believing a word that comes out of his mouth.

A knock sounds at the door alerting me someone is coming in, when the door swings open Viktor walks in with a huge smile on his face.

"I have a job for you, you're finally going outside." He beams at me, allowing hope to seep into me.

Now... I kill them and escape...
