Minulat ko ang mga mata ko. Siya kaagad ang nasa harapan ko. She cupped my face to remove my sweats away. Inayos niya ang buhok ko nang makitang humaharang ito sa mukha ko.

"Mama..." I called again but no one answered.
The voice vanished like that. Tumulo ang luha sa pisngi ko nang maisip na wala na siya. Wala na pala siya.
Pakiramdam ko ay nandito siya. I felt her. I felt her voice. She's just here. She's watching me. She came here to get me. Naramdaman ko 'yon. Nandito siya kanina.
