"Wait for me." Paulit-ulit na paalam ni Reis.
Ilang beses ba siyang magpapaalam? Kanina pa siya paalam nang paalam, hindi naman aalis ang bata sa tiyan ni Ulfa.
"Paulit-ulit, kainis." Bulong ko.
"'Pag inggit, pikit." Bawi niya sa akin.
"Feeling tatay, mukha namang tanga." I murmured.
"Foul ka ah!" Sita niya sa akin.
Natigilan lang kami nang kasain ni Rashea ang baril at itutok iyon sa amin. Hindi ako nagdalawang-isip at itinutok din ang pistol gun na hawak ko sa ulo niya.
"Ruby, the hell." Awat sa akin ni Zion pero inilapit ko pa iyon at idinikit sa ulo niya ang dulo ng baril.
Padabog siyang sumuko at napatakip sa mukha.
"Just stop fighting! Let's just go, Reis! Namamatay na ako!" She's trembling.. "Mamaya na kayo mag-asaran!"
"They will be fine. Come on, we need to save them." Yakap sa kanya ni Conard. "Understand her. Damn Ruby, nakukuha mo pa talagang mag-biro?"
"Whoever will dare to point me a gun... Will shed in blood." Inis na pamumutol ko sa kanya. "Let's go. We need to save them." Ani ko at naunang naglakad palabas ng kastilyo.
"Wiren, something wrong?" Zion asked when our pack is heading back.
"It's a false alarm. All of them are in the Academy now. Doon nagaganap ang gulo."
