A/N:

Pregnancy schedule:33 Weeks Pregnant

Luke:

Going to a Ultrasound and heartbeat test after 20 weeks into the pregnancy would usually be considered as not necessary, but for some reasons, you and Luke thought that it would be the best to make sure that you had gotten a last check right before the birth, you know just to casually make sure that the baby was okay in there. Not that you were curious to it not being alive, the baby would kick your guts at least 50 times a day, catching your attention away from anything else than him, but you couldn’t complain at all. But what Luke had never mentioned to you when you guys met up at the hospital was that he had brought the boys with him. Throughout the whole day, you and Luke hadn’t had any contact with him being in the studio with the boys recording, and you sitting home alone doing pregnancy stuff, which meant basically nothing than to just sit in front of the TV with a bag of chips in your lap. Though, to your surprise, Luke had actually remembered the appointment at the hospital, but showing up with the boys to another surprise. ”What in the world are you doing here?” You questioned with wide eyes, yet you couldn’t prevent the smile that was creeping on your lips to see the boys, including Luke’s happiness when they met you. ”I couldn’t get them out of my car when I mentioned that we had an appointment here. They were stubborn to come along. Couldn’t really do much more than accept it.” Luke explained, the boys nodding their head repeatedly in joy behind him. You nodded your head and looked at him odd before smiling, the 5 of you following each other towards the hospital room you would be checked at today, the sonographers expression to when the boys came into the room being priceless, she had probably never seen something alike before. ”So.. Welcome to all of you, you might share chairs if necessary.” She mumbled, Luke taking a seat at the chair closest to the bed and letting Michael, Ash and Cal share the other chair to their amusement, doing their best to get a seat on it by sitting on the rack and so. ”So last time being here?” The sonographer smiled down at you as you and Luke nodded your heads, the boys in the background making sure to keep quiet. ”Well, let’s see if your baby boy is healthy and ready to get out.” Without further ado, you lifted your shirt to show the skin of your almost blowing out stomach, the boys’ eyes going wide by the vision, Luke’s hand coming up to yours to intertwine your fingers and the other moving his fingers around the skin of your side in a calm manor. The sonographer opened the tub in her hand to spread out the cold gel. She turned on the machine next to her, making the screen in front of you guys turn on, watching as she placed the scanner on your stomach and started to move around with it. The boys looked at each other in awe as they watched the baby on the skin, the smile on Luke’s lips never leaving as well as he stared at it, the boys looking over at him. Luke got eye contact with the boys and all he could do was to wiggle his eyebrows at him before their attention was back towards the sonographer who was giving you information about the weight of it, height and how much the baby boy had developed and how far in the progress he was. Calum looked down at your stomach before his eyes adverted down to you and Luke’s intertwined fingers, making his eyes go wide before he gave Ashton and Michael and elbow push, wanting them to see as well. When they did, their eyes went wide again before smirks appeared on their lips, the three of them now staring at Luke. Luke felt the pressure of eyes on him, making him tear his eyes away from the sonographer speaking so he could ask what the hell the boys wanted, but when he noticed their smirks, he lifted one eyebrow and looked at them curiously. Michael nodded his head down towards your hands making Luke look down there as well, a pink blush coming to his cheeks. He looked back at the boys before shrugging his shoulders by their winking eyes and kissing lips, the blush on Luke’s cheeks not leaving, but only increasing. He knew what the boys were thinking, but he couldn’t do or say anything about it. All he could do was to enjoy their satisfied smirks on their faces, the feeling of your hand in his and the display picture of your baby boy being printed out from the printer now.
