"Nice and easy."

"I'm fine Aunt River, I promise." Willow smiled at her aunt who was helping her stand up. It had been two days since the whole Alpha ordeal, Willow going into shock and tearing open her stitches. Willow on the other hand felt completely fine. She wasn't even in too much pain.

"You heard the doctor. He said I can go home."

"I'm still considering wrapping you in bubble wrap." Aunt River joked as she let Willow go.

"Seriously, you can go to work. I know how busy you've been." Willow nodded with a smile. Her aunt and uncle were investigators, their area of expertise being unusual disappearances and murders. "Plus, Stiles is here. He'll help me if I need anything."

It took about 10 minutes to convince her aunt but Willow was successful and currently dressing herself in the clothes her aunt brought from home. She got out of her room to go check on Lydia when she saw Stiles sleeping in the waiting area.

"You're dirty." Stiles talked in his sleep with pursed his lips, kissing the air. Willow bit her lip to keep herself from laughing out loud. She crouched right next to his head and put her hand on his shoulder.

"For your information, I showered this morning."

Stiles jumped up from his seat when he heard her voice with flushed cheeks as Willow shared a chuckle with Melissa.

"Wills! Why are you up?" He asked with worried eyes.

"Sti, I'm fine. The doctor said I can go." Willow replied slapping his hands away as he tried to push her back to her room. "How is Lydia?" She asked Melissa who walked towards them.

"She is fine, taking a shower right now." The older woman replied with a smile. "And you? You gave us quite the scare, practically had to drag Stiles out of your room."

"I- uh, food. Going to get something to eat." Stiles stammered and walked away.

"I'm fine Melissa, really." Willow smiled reassuringly when the nurse gave her a pointed look.

Willow decided to wait for Stiles next to Lydia's room so they could see her together when she heard a crashing sound coming from around the corner. Being almost sure it was her best friend's doing she walked around to see Stiles standing next to the fallen vending machine.

"Not a word. You didn't see anything." Stiles turned her around right before they heard an ear piercing scream ringing through the hall.

"Lydia? Lydia!" Stiles exclaimed in concern as they both rushed towards her room.

"What the hell was that?" Melissa asked as Willow opened the door and went towards the bathroom.

"Lydia?" She opened the door only to realize it was empty, the water still running.

Willow felt uneasy looking around the bathroom when Stiles hit her arm, nodding his head at the open window. They both shared a knowing look, thinking she transformed and jumped out, rushing off to god knows where.

"Scott." Willow mouthed and Stiles nodded, quickly fishing out his phone to call their friend.

Stiles was keeping the adults occupied outside the room as Willow quickly got Lydia's hospital gown and went to her room to put it in her bag. Gathering the rest of her stuff, she dodged everyone and went out to the parking lot.

"Wills! Are you sure you should be out?" Scott asked Willow from his seat. He had gotten their message and was already waiting in Stiles' jeep.

"I'm fine Scotty." Willow sighed with a small smile. "On the second thought..." She smirked getting an idea. "My stitches hurt so bad that I simply cannot jump to the backseat." She feigned hurt making Scott chuckle.
