Dear readers,

            Thank you all so much for reading this! I love you all even though I’ve probably only met maybe 1 of you in all my life. I just want to thank you for putting a smile on my face when I got home from school and checked my email, seeing all the comments and reads and votes! This is honestly incredible!

            This book started like any other; a random idea popped into my head and I was lucky enough to have a pen and paper to write it down. It started with the idea of a girl named Izzi living in NYC with her best friend Rachel and guy best friend Brandon who met 1D in a bar. They then went to England and met up with them somehow. I knew Louis and Harry would be the main focal points of Izzi who later became Maggie. I planned on Harry cheating on Maggie and she ran to Zayn crying. I had Louis call her a slut and she went back to NY crying. I then planned for Zayn to come and get her and bring just her back. I planned on her dating Louis for a little while then going back to Harry but he would cheat again and she would go back to NY yet again in tears. I wanted her to meet up with One Direction again but all of them in the states this time. Obviously that’s not exactly what happened in this story.

            I had never planned on this book having more than 100 reads, I dreamt of it having 1,000… I never imagined 10,000! Or now even 20,000! I mean, this book started out as an idea I got while watching the Olympics… (Thank you Tom Daley for inspiring us with your abs)… and I never even thought about how it would end or how the character’s developed. This was completely new to me and this being my 1st book made it all the more special! I never even thought about it having a sequel and here I am typing up the third chapter of “I’m Already Taken”!
