Hi! First of all I thank you all for the involvement in the last chapter and I am working on part two now so hopefully, that will be up soon! This was requested by @dipdipqe. Hope you like it! Uhh, this is a little darker than the previous stories. I think...Just a warning.
WARNING: BLOOD!

I shift my body weight from the ball of one foot to the other, as I bring my breathing back under control. I don't want to see their dying faces. One is still breathing, but it will be over in a matter of minutes, for the knife in my hand had severed his windpipe. A knee to the groin had brought the other one down, and a sharp kick to the temple meant he'd never get up again. I have no idea what they wanted but I know they worked for one of the major criminals. I can feel the mans blood drying on my face and arms. I can't wait to go home and shower tonight! Blood slides down my leg and soaks the material of my suit from a large knife wound.

Before I can recover from the men before, another six pairs of rough hands try to grab me. I spin around and free myself from my attackers before we continue our fight. In that frozen second between standoff and fighting, I see their eyes flick from me to each other. All of our faces are unreadable, no fear, no invitational smirk. I notice that unlike the men before them these guys wear a clown mask. Through my stance and the angry crease through my forehead, I show the men that there is no way in heaven or hell I'm not about to go down without a fight.

I don't know who threw the first punch, but suddenly my fist is slamming into a man's masked face while another's punch sinks into my side. I stumble for a brief second in an attempt to catch my breath before diving back into the action, my eyes narrow in determination. I dodge a fist and come up with my own; for a brief instant, the attacker's eyes widened behind the mask before he manages to tilt his head back and slam it into mine. Stars burst in my vision but I shake it off, blindly throwing a sloppy kick at someone different. He steps back, easily evading the kick. Someone's hands clamp onto my shoulders and another kicks the wound in my leg causing it to buckle and send me to the ground.

My arms and legs are bound and a piece of old cloth is stuffed in my mouth then I am thrown in the back of a dented black van. That's when I see one of the deadliest couples in Gotham. Joker glances my way, peering down his nose with an incredibly large and unhinged smile. I hate hostage situations.

"I'd offer you some candy (S/H/N), but you seem somewhat tied up." He cackles.

I watch his long and slender fingers take a syringe from a small brown vial causing panic to flare inside me. I try to distance myself from the insane man but his girlfriend firmly places her foot on my body stopping me from moving. The Joker's laughter grows louder and louder as he plunges the syringe into my arm. My eyesight blurs, but not because tears that are welling up. Everything becomes fuzzy; then I see nothing at all. My consciousness seems to be floating through a space filled with a thick static. Throughout the inky space, my heartbeats pound loudly, echoing in my ears. Eventually, all feeling in my body drained away until everything is just black.

I hear a loud clicking noise behind me. I turned back to see that the door is completely closed now. I try to open the door, my hands pushing against the rough surface of the door. We have to keep trying, she's in danger. But the door stands stubbornly in its place. A large one-way mirror takes up part of the opposite wall as if to taunt us. A shudder runs through me. Trapped. We are trapped. We are confined within the walls of this stupid room. I start to feel the familiar symptoms claustrophobia but I push it to the side, I can't be scared, not now. A metallic smell hangs in the room. It reminds me somewhat of the smell of drying blood.
