As both Nhazul and Todoroki stood off with one another in the final match of the second round, the crowd cheered loudly, as everyone from Class A in the stands were watching, along with the teachers as well.
Present Mic: The final match of the second round is a big one! At this year's sports festival, both have shown top class performances! Nhazul!
Nhazul's thoughts: He's going to come at me with full force with his ice to end this quickly.
Present Mic: Vs Todoroki!
Todoroki's thoughts: It'll be dangerous to let him get in close with his power.
Present Mic: It's like two great rivals fighting against each other! Now!
Nhazul and Todoroki's thoughts: The instant we start...
Both Nhazul and Todoroki got into a stance as Present Mic continued to talk
Present Mic: Start!
Todoroki's thoughts: Go!
Todoroki starts the match with a freezing attack, however Nhazul counters with a pulse of electricity breaks apart the ice wave.
Present Mic: Wow! Nhazul stopped Todoroki's attack!
Tsunade's thoughts: He didn't know what scale of attack Todoroki would use. Todoroki was trying to get him to discharge the same amount he did in the first round. He tried to fake Nhazul out thinking he would use a larger scale attack, but Nhazul called his bluff.
Todoroki proceeded sent another wave of ice at Nhazul
and instead of using his electricity as a pulse, he used Chidori to destroy it.
Present Mic: He stopped it again! Just how physically strong are the Hatakes siblings?!
Nhazul's thoughts: From what I've seen from Todoroki's fighting style, he tends to want to end fights in an instant with his ice. So I need to find an opening.
Todoroki's thoughts: You...
Todoroki sent multiple waves of ice at Nhazul from multiple sides. Using Chidori, he proceeded to cut them down, however he noticed Todoroki created an pillar of ice, running up it in order to get closer to Nhazul. Leaping up, Nhazul proceeded to coat his leg in electricity.
Nhazul: Thunder Arc!
As Nhazul destroyed the pillar and landed on the ground, he looked and saw
Todoroki crashing down and tried to hit him with a freezing punch, but Nhazul evaded, immediately rushing towards Todoroki, as he sent a large wave of ice straight towards him.
Nhazul's thoughts: Shit...!
As Nhazul's jumping back, he noticed that Todoroki had made an ice wall behind him to pincer him.
Nhazul's thoughts: Damn it... He's not giving me a lot of options...
With no other option, Nhazul proceeded to discharged a large amount of electricity to blow away the ice wall and the ice wave. Afterwards, he soon started panting.
Todoroki: That was more electricity then last time, but not as much as from before.
Nhazul then looked at Todoroki as he moved the ice he used to block his attack out the way.
Nhazul's thoughts: It's not just his Quirk. His judgment, application skills, mobility. Makes sense how he only got in with recommendations alone.
Todoroki: I've been watching you carefully. That raw power of yours is powerful, but it isn't as powerful as your mother or your sister. You can't preform as destructive attacks as them. So in turn you're extremely weak to large scale attacks, not only that, but if you discharged enough electricity, you drain more of your stamina.
As Todoroki was talking, Nhazul looked down at Todoroki's right side and saw he was trembling. Seeing this, Nhazul just narrowed his eyes.
Nhazul: I see... Thats how it is...
Todoroki: Sorry...but thanks Nhazul. That guy's face is clouded over thanks to you.
Nhazul: ...
(Flashback)
Todoroki: without using my damn old man's Quirk... No...I'll reject him completely by winning first place without using it.
(Present)
Todoroki: Let's finish this.
As Todoroki launched a massive wave of ice towards Nhazul, he just stood there.
Present Mic: Todoroki keeps attacking with overwhelming power! Here comes the finishing ice attack!
Nhazul just continued to stand there as the massive wave of ice got closer to him. Just as it was about hit him, Nhazul looked up at Todoroki, glaring at him.
Nhazul: You should've done more research...
Todoroki's eyes widened, as Nhazul
punched the ground with enough force to completely destroy the wave of ice heading towards him and part of the arena as well. Seeing this, everyone looked at him completely and utterly shocked.
Tsunade: What?!
Sayako: How did he...?!
Sayako looked carefully and saw that Nhazul's hand was cracking with electricity, as her eyes widened.
Sayako: Incredible... He stored up the electricity into his hand and released it just before his fist connect to the ground to increase his power!
Everyone looked completely surprised, as Todoroki looked at Nhazul with the same look.
Todoroki: How did you...
Nhazul: You've been tumbling this entire time, Todoroki...
Todoroki looks at Nhazul even more surprised.
Nhazul: You pretty much said Quirks are physically abilities... a second ago, just as you said there's a limit to how much electricity I can discharge before my body started to lose stamina, there's a limit to how much cold your body can take, isn't there? But that's a problem you can easily fix by using the heat from your left side.
Nhazul looked up at Todoroki, glaring at him.
Nhazul: Everyone single person here is fighting with everything they've got... To win and get closer to their dream... And you want to stand here and tell me, you want to win, to beat me with only half of your damn strength?!
Todoroki proceeded to narrows his eyes at Nhazul, as he continued speaking.
Nhazul: I already told you, if you want to beat me, you best come at me with EVERYTHING YOU'VE GOT!!!!!
Back with All Might and Tsunade, they were just watching Nhazul.
All Might: Young Hatake...
Tsunade: You're not trying to win anymore, are you, Nhazul?
Back with the fight, Todoroki looked at Nhazul furiously.
Todoroki: Nhazul... What are you planning? Everything I've got? Did my damn old man buy you off or something?!
Todoroki then proceeded to rush Nhazul.
Todoroki: Now I'm angry!
Nhazul: You still don't get it, do you...?
As Todoroki was rushing Nhazul, he waited for his right foot to lift off the ground, before rushing him, himself, surprising Todoroki. With a blinding amount of speed, Nhazul punched Todoroki in the stomach with his arms coated in electricity, making him cough up blood.
Todoroki's thoughts: The instant my right foot lifted off the ground....?!
Nhazul: You do realize your a lot slower with all that frost on your right side...
Nhazul proceeded to hit Todoroki with a combination of strikes, before kicking him into the air.
Todoroki's thoughts: Why...?
With a high burst of speed, Nhazul rushed into the air and above Todoroki
and proceeded to punch him in the stomach with another punch coated in electricity, sending him crashing down to the ground. Nhazul quickly landing on the ground, Nhazul immediately rushed towards Todoroki.
Todoroki: Damn it...!
As Todoroki sent another wave of ice at Nhzual, he coated Nhazul his arm in electricity and completely blew it away, with ice shards cutting into Nhazul's right hand, causing it to bleed heavily. Nhazul ignored the pain in his hand, and blitzed Todoroki, hitting him with an onslaught of attacks.
Nhazul: I'm done playing around with you, Todoroki!
Nhazul's thoughts: If you think you can reach the Top... Surpass All Might with just half your strength... Then you don't deserve to be at the top!
As Nhazul continued his assault, everyone, from the crowd, Class A, and the teachers looked on completely astonished to see Nhazul completely overwhelming Todoroki, as Aizawa was looked Nhazul.
Aizawa's thoughts: It's like looking at a mirror... He truly desires to be a Hero like you, Rai.
Aizawa then looked down at Nhazul's arm and hand, seeing it completely red, covered on blood as it dripped all through the arena.
Aizawa's thoughts: He's being completely reckless though, one of those attacks had to have cut a vine in his arm, and he's losing a lot of blood. Any normal person would have passed out by now, but it takes a lot of resolve to stay conscious.
Back with Nhazul, he had pushed Todoroki even more and Todoroki just looked at him panting.
Todoroki: Why are you going this far...? Does being Number #1 mean that much to you...?!
Nhazul: I already told you... I don't give a damn about being Number# 1!
Todoroki then looked up and saw Nhazul rushing him.
Nhazul: I just want to be a great Hero who can save people, anyone that needs help... I DON'T NEED A NUMBER NEXT TO MY NAME TO DO THAT!!!!
Nhazul proceeded to punch Todoroki in the face and sent him skidding back.
Nhazul: But to do that, I need to give it my all to make that dream come true, just like everyone here!!! There's no way I can know or understand your circumstances, or your resolve. But for you to say you want to become Number # 1 without giving it your all, just to reject your father, while everyone is trying their damn hardest... It's just spitting in the face of everyone who's trying their hardest to make their own dreams come true and achieve their goals. So stop fucking around!!!!
Todoroki looked at Nhazul completely shocked, as he started to use his once ice again, as more of his body started to frost up. Seeing this, Nhazul went to rush him again.
Todoroki: Shut up...
Nhazul coated his leg in electricity and kicked in the chest with Thunder Arc, sending him skidding back again.
Nhazul: I will beat you...!
Todoroki weakly started to stand up.
Todoroki: I will reject...my old man's power...
Nhazul then clinched his hands tightly and gritted his teeth.
Nhazul: That power isn't his! You may have got it from him, but it it isn't his! IT'S YOURS!!!!! YOUR POWER!!!!
When Nhazul said that, Todoroki's eyes soon widened completely and utterly shocked.
Nhazul's powerful words allow Todoroki to remember a positive memory about his mother telling him to be his own Hero.
Impassioned by Nhazul and his mother's words, Todoroki unleashes his flames, to the shock of everyone, as the flames completely covered the arena and even reached the stands.
Present Mic: T-This is...!
Izuku: No way...
Ochako: The fire's here...
Sayoko looked completely shocked, seeing the flames.
Sayoko: He actually did it... He made him use it...!
Iida: Incredible!
With All Might and Tsunade, they both looked completely shocked as well.
All Might: You made him use his left side... Young Hatake, don't tell me...
Tsunade: That's exactly what he's trying to do.
All Might then looked at Tsunade.
Tsunade: He's trying to save Todoroki...
Back with Nhazul, he was just standing looking at the raging fire as his open jacket blew in the wind, as Todoroki started to speak.
Todoroki: Even though you want to win... Damn it... To help your enemy... Which one of us is fucking around now?
As the fire started to die downc Nhazul saw Todoroki, with his left side on fire and ice on his right side.
Todoroki: I want...to be a Hero, too...!
Nhazul just smiled at Todoroki, with him doing the same at Nhazul. However from the crowd everyone could hear Endeavor shouting.
Endeavor: SHOTO!!!!!!!!
Present Mic: Huh...?
Endeavor then started to make his way to the levels of the stand.
Endeavor: Have you finally accepted yourself?! That's it! Good! It all starts from here for you! With my blood, you will surpass me...YOU WILL FULFILL MY DESIRE!!!!!
Todoroki didn't say anything, asNhazul just looked up and glared at Endeavor.
Present Mic: Endeavor suddenly shouts encouragement...? Such a doting father.
As Nhazul looked back at Todoroki, his fire on his left side continued rage on.
Nhazul: Wow...
Todoroki: Why are you smiling? With that injury...?
Nhazul then looked down at his bleeding arm, as Todoroki continued to talk.
Todoroki: In this situation... You're insane...
Nhazul then looked back at Todoroki.
Todoroki: So don't blame me for what happens next...
As Todoroki stomped his right into the ground ice started to shot up from behind him, along with the fire on his left side flaring up. Seeing this, Nhazul just smirked at him, getting into a stance as massive amounts of electricity started to flare up around him, his eyes glowing blue.
Nhazul: Trust me, I WON'T!
Everyone saw the two of them as Fire, Ice and Electricity begin to flare throughout the entire arena and both Cementoss and Midnight saw they were both taking this to far. As the two went to stop them and everyone continued to watch completely shocked.
Cementoss: Midnight!!! If they keep going, it'll be bad!
Midnight: They're both taking this too far!
Todoroki proceeded to fire off a wave of ice so massive, it covered the entire stage. Nhazul quickly jumped over it and continued rushed Todoroki, charging a large amount of concentrated electricity in his hand, unbeknownst to him, blue veins started glowing on his arm, charging the color of his electricity from blue, to black and blue, which All Might and Tsunade noticed, shocking them.
Nhazul: THIS ENDS HERE AND NOW, TODOROKI!!!!!
Todoroki proceeded to heat up the air and melts all the ice in preparation for a giant flame attack.
Todoroki: Nhazul....
Nhazul: Rail....
Todoroki then held up his hand and looked at Nhazul.
Todoroki: Thank you.
Nhazul: GUN!!!!!!
As Nhazul shot off his Railgun, he was too close as, Todoroki fired off a massive blast of fire. Cementoss tried to stop both of the blasts when multiple cement walls, but their attacks went straight through all of them and clashed, causing a massive explosion that blew away Cementoss and Midnight, as everyone in the crowd felt the force and pressure of the explosion from the stands, completely and utterly shocking everyone.
Iida: My God!
Izuku: So much power!
Ochako: Did that really happen?!
Mineta: What the heck?!
Kaminari: Man, seriously?!
Momo: What happened?!
Mina: I can't see anything!
Sayako: ...
Tsunade: ...
As the explosion died down and smoke filled the entire arena, everyone tried to find Nhazul and Todoroki.
Present Mic: What was that...? What is up with your class...? I can't see anything! Hey, who won the match?
As Midnight started to get back up, she looked up and saw two figures standing on the stage within the smoke and she also heard what sounded like something dripping and as the smoke started to clear even more, everyone could see both Nhazul and Todoroki with their gym uniforms torn to shards, as everyone looked shocked to see them still standing.
Nhazul: That power.... is yours...
Todoroki looked up at Nhazul and also heard the sound of something dripping.
Nhazul: Don't...let him...
As the smoke cleared even more, everyone looked horrified when they saw Nhazul barely keeping himself standing, as his right forearm was completely gone, blown off from the clash, as blood continued to drip under him.
Nhazul: Define...who you are....
Nhazul then fell to the ground, as Sayako and Tsunade both looked horrified.
Sayako and Tsunade: NHAZUL!!!!!
The two of them immediately jumped off the stage to run to Nhazul and ran to him while the from Todoroki, the crowd, Class A and the teachers looked completely and utterly shocked and Midnight ran over to him.
Midnight: WE NEED MEDICAL PERSONNEL , RIGHT NOW!!!! I REPEAT, WE NEED MEDICAL PERSONNEL RIGHT NOW!!!!
Nhazul then weakly opened his eyes and saw both Sayako and Tsunade running towards him along with medical personnel behind them and then he closed his eyes and lost consciousness, and as the medical personnel all gathered around Nhazul, Todoroki just looked at Nhazul, with all the blood around him, as well as his missing arm.
Todoroki: ...
