Before we begin.
I've been getting into JJK for some time now and boy I saw the new opening and it rocks.
I feel like this song would also fit the Osaka Trip arc of Class S really well if this arc had an opening.
Anyways just wanted to share this just for fun.
Let's get started with the chapter.
A day before the Osaka trip
Shiro POV
I waited for a bit as night falls during the hour.
I already arranged a meeting with a certain kouhai.
He should be here by now.
"Hey!"
I heard a voice.
He's here.
3rd person POV
Yami: Listen, why are we still having this conversation? I told you I'm not working with you and especially Ayanokouji-senpai.
Shiro: You're as stubborn as what Amasawa described.
Yami: She told you about me?
Shiro: She even gave me your phone number. I'm surprised she hasn't deleted it yet given that you were expelled last year.
Yami: You really have to stop mentioning that.
Shiro: Takuya. This threat is more important than some stupid grudge. If I were you, I'd back down now. Kiyotaka-kun can't be defeated by the likes of you.
Yami: I came back here so I can get my revenge of both Daigo-senpai and Ayanokouji-senpai. You expect me to back down?
Shiro: I expect you to comply with us. The 6th generation are more dangerous than you think.
Yami: So, what? Those 5th generation rejects are not a threat to me.
Shiro: 5th generation?
Yami: Curious huh? But unfortunately, I won't tell you anything.
Shiro: I see. If you're still planning to kill those two, then I won't stop you. But believe me, you will need their help whether you like it or not.
Yami: Help!? Heh! you think I'm a fool in doing such an act?
Shiro: Then let me ask a question. How exactly did you escape the White Room?
Yami (Takuya) didn't respond as he just stared at Shiro.
Shiro: It should be impossible for someone like you to escape such a place unless there is outside intervention. That of course is the one I'm leaning to. Someone helped you escaped, am I right?
Yami: (His intuition is impressive. Can't say I'm surprised given that 4th generation has produced the more superior students.)
Yami: So, what if I got help?
Shiro: You have no friends in that place or anyone you can manipulate into making an escape. And even if you could manipulate someone, Ayanokouji-sensei would've dealt with it already. It has to be someone else.
Yami: I'm done with this conversation. You should worry about the exam first and who knows. I might just consider dealing with Ayanokouji-senpai before the 6th generation could.
Shiro: I'd like to see you try.

Sunday
Osaka
Ayanokouji POV
It's currently the middle of evening as we are in a bus heading to the city itself.
Osaka, Japan.
It is the 3rd most populous city in Japan.
The trip there from Tokyo to Osaka via bus mostly lasts 3 to 4 hours which isn't too bad.
The exam doesn't officially start until tomorrow, so we do have time to prepare and rest for a bit.
Depending on the schedule.
We could have our exam tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.
The schedules have yet to be given as of now.
30 minutes have passed as we finally made it to the hotel.
The hotel that we're all staying is the Marriott Miyako Hotel.
Looking at the building itself.
It's one of the tallest buildings in Japan.
The hotel itself occupies floors 38 to 57.
So, it is quite a large hotel.
Guess with all the tuitions and the backing of the government.
The school definitely paid a lot just for the entire school to check in.
Anyways, by the time we went inside of the hotel to check in.
We were already assigned to room by our sensei.
Of course, boys and girls are separated.
I was assigned to my room along with my roommate.
To my intrigue, my roommate is Shiba Tatsuya.
Guess we'll both be staying in the same room for a week it seems.
All of us already have assigned rooms.
As I was unpacking my stuff from my luggage.
Tatsuya suddenly struck up a conversation with me.
3rd person POV
Tatsuya: Kiyotaka.
Ayanokouji: What is it?
He was silent before he finally got the words out.
Tatsuya: It's nothing.
Ayanokouji was confused but ignored it.
He then stood up as he opened the door to the bathroom close by.
Ayanokouji: I'm going to take a bath.

Ayanokouji POV
As I grabbed my towel my phone suddenly rang.
I checked on it as there was a notification.
I also heard Tatsuya's phone as well.
Immediately I checked the notification, and it was an email from the school.
I read the email itself.
Good Evening
The schedule for your exam is as follows:
Monday: Class C
Tuesday: Class B
Wednesday: Class S and Class A
Thursday: Class D
Friday will be a free day.
Classes from all year levels assigned on that day meet at the lobby at 7:45 AM.
Latecomers will be penalized.
As I go through the schedule.
Looks like our exam will happen on Wednesday.
We have enough time to prepare.

3rd person POV
Somewhere in the hotel.
Kenji: Will everything be ready soon?
Shinji: Yes, preparations are already made.
Kenji: Good. I'm sure Yamato-dono will be satisfied.
Shinji: Do you children plan on expelling them in the exam itself?
Kenji: To be honest, the exam wouldn't mean anything since I find that to just be a bonus. But if we do get someone expelled there, I wouldn't mind that. My target right now, is Shiba Tatsuya-senpai.
Shinji: Shiba Tatsuya huh? Honestly, he's a mysterious individual including his sister. From the little information we gathered, their father was remarried after the death of their biological mother. Unfortunately, everything else is a mystery.
Kenji: I see. Other than his interest in technology and computers. As well as his surprisingly inhuman intellect and skills in martial arts. There really isn't anything else huh?
Shinji: You have to work with what you have.
Kenji: That's fine by me.
Shinji: What about Ayanokouji?
Kenji: He's currently untouchable as we speak. As long as Class S is protecting him. Expelling him is going to be tough. However, defeating the stronger students from Class S is all that we need to lower their chances of keeping him around. Of course, even if it means killing them in cold blood.
Shinji: I get it now. You're going to kill Shiba Tatsuya?
Kenji: The location is already set. Expelling these people won't be enough for me. I want them dead.
Shinji: Where's the location? and when?
Kenji looked at Shinji as he responded.
Kenji: Osaka Castle, Thursday evening.

Inside of one of the hotel rooms
Haru and Tadashi are in the same room as they both discuss their next move.
Tadashi: Wednesday huh? This should be good.
Haru: That's fine.
Tadashi: How do you plan on dealing with this? After all, you're not fully interested in battling him yet.
Haru: Don't state the obvious to me Tadashi. I won't even try to bother with Kiyotaka this time. Since we're up against two bastards from the 6th generation at once. I highly doubt I should be keeping myself quiet anytime soon.
Suddenly someone knocked on the door.
Haru: Tadashi.
Tadashi nods as he walks up to the door to find Shiro.
Haru: This is a surprise.
Shiro: Haru-kun.
Haru: What do you want from me?
Shiro: I need your help with something.
Haru: My help? that's rich coming from you. You have Kiyotaka with you. Don't tell me there's something that even the great Masterpiece himself can't deal with?
Shiro: Are you going to listen or what?
Tadashi: I suggest you show some respect.
Haru: Now Tadashi, he's a guest, no need to show any hostility. Does it have to do something that's outside of this exam?
Shiro: Yes. Do you know a person named Yami.
Haru: Yami?
He then had an instantly realization.
Haru: Hehehehe! don't tell me you're going to deal with him!? Listen, Takuya is not my concern. Tell me though, how are you able to deduce who he is?
Shiro: Actually Kaito-sensei told me.
Haru: The old man told you?
Shiro: Sensei told me that he got that info from you.
Haru: Whatever, he can do as he pleases anyway.
Shiro: I have a feeling that he will strike during this exam. I don't know when, but he now has his sights on Kiyotaka-kun now that's for sure. He even said that he'll get to him first before the 6th generation.
Haru: Ha! That bastard doesn't know when to quit. Still though, I'm curious to know how he even escaped.
Shiro: I see. Listen, the 6th generation may be a concern but if Takuya begins to make his move. It could be disaster.
Haru: And what do you want me to do about it? There's no chance he's going to sabotage Kiyotaka during the exam, so it has to be during the free time that is available.
Shiro: Most likely. He probably has a trap set soon.
Haru: Fine. I'll deal with him. Of course, for a price.
Shiro: What is it?
Haru: I know you're bummed out about the fact that I didn't take our battle seriously during the sports festival. So, here's my price. You have to battle me again. I promise that this time there will be stakes.
Shiro: When do you want to have this battle?
Haru: After this exam of course. But it will be in December during winter break.
Shiro: Winter break?
Haru: Yes. Now let's go back to the topic regarding our escapee. You've been asking how Takuya escaped. I do have a theory.
Shiro: Spill it.
Haru: That new homeroom teacher must've had something to do with it.
Shiro: Shiba Shinji.
Haru: I don't know too much about him, but I could tell that he's a dangerous individual.
Shiro: Have you seen anyone like him in the White Room?
Haru: I've never seen or met him in my entire life while I was there. So, it's likely he's some new guy that Atsuomi hired for some reason.
Shiro: Huh?
Haru: What?
Shiro: You sounded skeptical there. Is there more to it?
Haru: Like I said I don't know too much about him, though it feels weird that his arrival came at the same time that Takuya would've likely enrolled with a different identity.
Shiro: Are you saying Takuya and Shinji are working together?
Haru: Good guess but unlikely. Plus, if he were working with him then the 6th generation wouldn't act so hostile towards him so there must be more to it.
Shiro: That's what I want you to figure it out with me. We both need to investigate this, I'll also bring Yuki-san as well for this.
Haru: No.
Shiro: What?
Haru: She'll just slow us down.
Shiro: Give it a rest Haru-kun. She's been a bit more helpful in this than you. All you did was watch in the sidelines and not bother making a move with us. Kiyotaka-kun said you would be helpful but like before you always care about your ambitions.
Haru: Don't give me that bullshit. You and I promised to be stronger than the Masterpiece. It annoyed me that you suddenly lost to him and left that place so quickly after. I'm the only one out of the two of us to carry such a task. I thought you're still chasing that dream Shiro. But you let the freedom flood your mind and forgetting about our promise. Why are you even helping him in the first place?
Shiro: He's, my friend.
Haru: Are you really sure about that? you act like he's your friend but you're only doing this because Kaito-sensei told you. That goes the same for Yuki as well.
Shiro just gave him a stern look.
Haru just ignored that.
Haru: Don't pretend like you're his best friend. You know well enough that you want to beat him. You're only doing this because it was an opportunity you can't refuse. You want to battle him as much as I do but don't worry, I'll destroy you before that even happens.
Shiro: Haru-kun...
Haru: But since you insist. I'll deal with the Takuya problem for you. Ohh and no need to pay any points. Takuya's blood is enough for me.
Shiro: You never stop being a sick freak even to this day.
Haru: I know.

Hotel bar
Ryuen: I'm surprised you invited me here Hikigaya. Planning to not get sobber so soon?
Hachiman didn't speak as he was drinking the alcoholic beverage he ordered.
Ryuen: Heh! looks like it.
Hachiman: What are you planning Ryuen?
Ryuen: What am I planning? If you bother to do anything, I'll tell you.
Hachiman: So, you think I've fallen this hard huh?
Ryuen: I'm not interested in someone who lost the will to fight. You're only making a disappointment of yourself.
Hachiman: Like it matters.
Ryuen: Tomorrow, will be pretty interesting. I've already done my research on them, and I found something pretty interesting about them.
Hachiman: Aside from what we saw in the sports festival.
Ryuen: If you've been keeping an eye on things. Those two kouhais are interested in dealing with the monster. This is actually something that I find odd.
Hachiman: Eh?
Ryuen: Most of the events that's been going on according to our subordinates is that all of them are connected to Class S. The incidents that's been happening in the first few months of the school year. Sources all point to some new students from the 1st and 2nd years, as well as Class S of course. I'm starting to think that there's something suspicious is going on.
Hachiman: Why do you think that?
Ryuen: There has to be a connection. Those kouhais and Class S. Why are they dealing with them over any other class?
As Ryuen ponders on his own question.
Hachiman suddenly remembered something.
*Flashback*
Before the werewolf exam
Hachiman: You know where he got this power?
Haru: Of course. You could say that I'm most familiar with his strength. Don't worry, this info is also free.
Hachiman: Fine. I'll listen.
Haru with his evil smile told Hachiman about the White Room.
After their conversation though.
Haru mentioned something as he was planning to head downstairs.
Haru: Ohh and one more thing.
Hachiman: What is it?
Haru: I implore you to avoid some certain kouhais. You may not realize it but they're currently targeting Kiyotaka as of now. Not in this exam but they will use their superior talents to destroy his classmates.
Hachiman: So, you're saying you and him aren't the only ones?
Haru: Correct and if Dragon boy ends up battling them at some point. He will suffer a painful defeat and that goes the same for you.
*Flashback over*
Hachiman POV
I still remember what he said that night.
Could it be true?
Daigo Haru is always a difficult one to read.
His unpredictable nature is also reflected in his words.
But when he told me about this White Room.
I couldn't ignore the fact that he could be telling the truth.
Should I tell Ryuen?
No, the damage would be too much if such info this sensitive is spread among everyone in school.
What the fuck have I gotten myself into?
Ryuen is fully aware of Ayanokouji's power but not its origins.
The same goes with Daigo.
I don't know which kouhais he was referring to but those two that were present in that dodgeball event in the sports festival.
That must be what Ryuen is planning to deal with soon.
"Well, it doesn't matter now, is it? I want to crush them right away before the exam even begins." Ryuen said confidently.
I was about to tell him that he's an idiot for trying to sabotage these monsters.
Until...
"Don't even try."
A girl's voice.
I've heard of it before.
Suddenly, a girl was sitting on a stool with us.
What was her name?
Right, Tsubaki Sakurako.
"What?" Ryuen said with a less than happy tone.
"If you're planning to sabotage my class then you're pushing your luck for nothing."
"You're telling me that I shouldn't do it?" the look of Ryuen's dissatisfied face says it all.
He's not in the mood to be told what to do especially from a kouhai.
"No idiot, I'm telling you it's impossible." Tsubaki replied.
"Impossible?" Ryuen said.
"You're not the only one who wants to deal with them, but those two shouldn't be messed with so easily."
3rd person POV
Ryuen: What are you trying to say?
Tsubaki: I'm saying those two are not your run-of-the-mill students. I advise you to back down from this exam.
Hachiman: (As much as I want to disagree with her. She has a point. I'd rather back out from unwinnable fights. If those two from Class 2-C are similar to Ayanokouji, then what chance does Ryuen have?)
Ryuen: Back down? Who do you think you're talking to?
Tsubaki: Like I said, it's impossible for you. No matter what dirty trick you're planning. They'll see right through you.
Ryuen: You're saying they're smart enough to deal with me?
Tsubaki: Back down, Ryuen-senpai.
Ryuen: I'm done with this conversation.
He stood up from where he sat as he was about to leave.
Tsubaki: Well, it's your funeral. Don't blame me if I didn't warn you about them.
Ryuen suddenly stopped as he turns towards her.
Ryuen: You got a big mouth there. Why don't I shut it for you?
Hachiman: Don't even think about it. There are people here.
Ryuen: I don't care, like I said before. Violence is the strongest weapon in this world. I use it as much as I want.
Hachiman: Tch! (Guess I can't do much about it even if it is a girl.)
Tsubaki: You really don't care if you punch a girl.
Ryuen: I am a firm believer in gender equality. So, either you shut up or I'll shut you up myself.
Tsubaki: Don't embarrass yourself further. You've seen what they can do, you think that they wouldn't have the intelligence to back it up?
Ryuen: You asked for it.
He went to try and punch Tsubaki.
But it was immediately stopped to his surprise.
Ryuen: What!?
Hachiman: Huh!?
Tsubaki's eyes suddenly grew as the person who suddenly protected her...
Was one of the kouhais they were talking about.
Ryuen noticed a petite pink-haired girl who stopped his punch without as much as conveying any pain.
Hanako: Violence at this hour? You really are what people say, Ryuen Kakeru.
Ryuen: (No way...she stopped my punch. Her frame is short and yet, it doesn't seem to match the strength that she has.)
Ryuen immediately backed off.
He then wore a devious smile as he looked at the short girl.
Ryuen: Not bad. Not a lot of girls would block my attack like that. Even Ibuki.
Shinryuu: Looks like you guys are having fun.
Another kouhai arrives as the two 6th gen students from Class 2-C are now present.
Ryuen: I see now...this is starting to get interesting.
While Ryuen was facing the two kouhais.
Hachiman was silently feeling shocked to see the two kouhais conveniently arriving.
Hachiman: (What in the...how did they even find us here? Could those two be following their classmate all the way to this bar?)
Ryuen: So, you're the two that people are starting to fear. Chisaka Hanako, Ito Shinryuu.
Shinryuu: And you're the infamous Ryuen Kakeru huh?
Ryuen: Seems convenient that you both arrived. Here to save that classmate of yours?
Hanako: Save? We would've let you punch her if we wanted to, but it would be stupid if we leave our classmate badly hurt before the exam. We need her brains after all to lead us. Isn't that right, Sakurako-chan?
Tsubaki had a sour look on her face.
Shinryuu: We heard you're planning to sabotage us but like she said, it's pointless. As much as I want to kick your sorry ass to the pavement. We don't see you as a threat.
Ryuen: Don't see me as a threat? You're going to regret those words.
Shinryuu: Regret? I don't even know the meaning. But either way, you're but a steppingstone compared to those we deem more dangerous than you.
Ryuen: Are you underestimating me?
Shinryuu: To be blunt, you used to be more dangerous from what we've heard but do you know power creep means?
Ryuen: What are you talking about?
Shinryuu: It's a video game term for something that when something new and powerful comes into play. The old content becomes weaker in comparison. When our subordinates arrived in this school, people like you, Sakayanagi-senpai, and the others except for Class S are nothing to us. You could say that the big fish that used to run the school became nothing but guppies in the end.
Ryuen: Are you saying I'm getting weaker?
Shinryuu: On the contrary. You're just the same as you were since you got here. Because you're just an ordinary human being.
Ryuen glared at him due to that statement.
Shinryuu: If you want a taste of what we can really do, then we'll demonstrate it for you tomorrow.
Ryuen: I'm looking forward to it.
Shinryuu: Anyways, let's go Hanako-chan.
Hanako: What!? we're not going to beat this guy up?!
Ryuen: How about you listen to that friend of yours, shorty.
Hanako: Shorty?
Her aura suddenly became dark as she looks back at Dragon boy with her psychotic eyes.
Hanako: I'll make you bleed for that, Ryuen Kakeru.
Ryuen: (Those eyes...it's like the monster's eyes. So, I was right. There is a connection.)
The two 6th generation students then leave as Tsubaki as well quietly followed shortly.
Ryuen: Well, this is something.
He then looked at Hachiman and he was still wearing a shocked expression.
Ryuen: What's wrong with you? It's like you saw a ghost or something. Don't tell me you're afraid of them?
Hachiman: Huh?!
Ryuen: Let's go Hikigaya.
Hachiman: R-right. (Ryuen is a fool for challenging them. He may not know the truth but I suppose I'll keep my mouth shut.)
Hey guys!
We're here.
The Osaka trip arc.
There's going to be a few subplots coming up along with the main one involving Ayanokouji and the Shiba siblings.
Such as Shiro wanting to deal with Yagami.
Ryuen finally meeting the 6th generation and more.
That's it for now.
This will likely be another long ass arc.
But let's see how it goes.
