POV 3rd Person
Finally, one of the fight that everyone was looking forward to. Valianah Lucifer versus Eos Asmodeus. Two rulers and two of the strongests people in the entire universe.
Referee: Alright! The stage will be... a medieval castle!
Both teams were teleported. Eos looked outside to see the castle floating in a purple and black space.
Eos: Well, seems like they don't want us out...
Team White Dragon Empress of the Morning Star consisted of Valianah as it's King, Fenrir as the Queen, Gogmagog as a Rook, Arthur as a Knight, Le Fay as a Bishop and Bikou for the five Pawns. Also, new members were here. Zhu Bajie, a chubby Youkai who had the head and the features of a pig was the Second Rook. Sha Wujing was a small child as well as a masyer in Youjutsu and water magic. She apparently considered Valianah her mother and the second Knight of her team. Finally, Salamander Tomita was a Ultimate-Class Kappa who was also a rapper. He was the other Bishop and had powers over the spirit of people.
The groups splited into different teams, with the King on both side walking alone in the fancy corridors of the castle.
Eos: I would be worried if I were you. I'm pretty sure you'll be eliminated if you exist the castle. Destroy as less material as possible.
All the Knights then ran into each other.
Masaomi: Xenovia, should we go all out?
Xenovia: No, let's test them for now. Wait, isn't this kid in middle school or something?
Sha Wujing: Yes and so?
Xenovia: Not sure I want to beat up a kid...
Masaomi: We are Devils Xenovia, we shouldn't worry about that...
Xenovia: I still have morals you know!
Arthur: Will you fight or will you continue to argue forever?
Xenovia: Argh shut up blondie! Alright, let's get them!
Arthur took a step forward while both Knights on Eos' team drew their swords. The small girl took a step back and prepared to attack. The three of them then clashed, with Arthur having a slight advantage on speed.
Arthur: It seems like being a Devil is useless for me...
Masaomi: You'll see if it doesn't matter... Take that!
The man did a huge slash across the face of Pendragon who was able to duck down. However, the sheer power of the blade produced a burst of wind that crashed into the wall, creating a small earthquake. The three of them looked at each other, worried.
Xenovia: Eos is right, we need to be careful with this place!
Sha Wujing then took out her moon staff ans shot a burst of water at Masaomi, making him crash into the wall nearby, causing another shock.
Arthur: Wait! Wujing, stop!
Sha Wujing: Why? I'm fighting.
Arthur: You're fighting too hard though. You need to be careful or we'll all retire before we need to.
She made a military salute, making the man laugh.
Sha Wujing: Okay big bro!
Xenovia: You guys also have kid problems?
Arthur: Thankfully she's the only one. And Valianah takes good care of her with the Red Dragon.
Xenovia smirked and charged back, clashing once more with the descendant of King Arthur. Their swords caused a burst of wind and they clashed again and again. They were on par, however, Arthur was able to kick Xenovia in the chin but as he tried to stab her, Masaomi caught Caliburn in his bare hand, causing his palm to bleed.
Arthur: You are a brave one...
Masaomi: I'm taking care of those I love, this is not being brave!
His armor then appeared and two Dragon heads crashed into the swordsman, making him destroy a wall. Once more, a shockwave could be felt.
Masaomi: This shit is getting annoying, I'm gonna end this fight once and for all!
But as he rushed to Pendragon, he became heavier and fell to the ground, making the floor beneath him crack. He tried to get up but couldn't.
Masaomi: Ahh!!! What the hell is that?!
Le Fay: I multiplied your gravity by ten!
He couldn't turn his head but he heard the witch above him.
Le Fay: I will not let you hurt my brother!
Arthur then got out of the rubbles and walked to his sister.
Arthur: *sigh* I would have prefered to not require your help. But thank you.
Le Fay: Hihi! You're welcome big bro!
As she talked to her brother, she lost focus on her spell and thus, Masaomi tried to attack her but was stopped by a huge amount of water coming his way.
Masaomi: Wha-
He got bringed to the lower levels of the castle and was stucked in the water below. Somehow, Sha Wujing was able to make him unable to go to the surface. Thankfully, his Dragon armor allowed him to stay longer under water. He swam throughout the corridors, looking for a way out.
But for now, Xenovia was on her own. She got into her Monarch armor and readied herself.
Arthur: I'm gonna need assitance, sister.
Le Fay: Got it!
Sha Wujing: I will help as well!
She took out her moon staff and suddenly, water started to come out from the very floor they were on. It was made out of bricks so the water could come out from the holes between them.
Xenovia: You control the tides with thus staff of yours... Impressive.
The three tried to corner her but Quarta was faster. She quickly got behind Arthur who barely managed to block her attack. Xenovia then summoned a ball of light in her hand that she used to blind the opposing Knight.
Arthur: Argh!
He covered his eyes from the light but as Xenovia was about to finish the fight, Le Fay summoned a barrier around her brother. The Knight then swiflty arrived to the side of the witch and tried to slice her across the chest. She used magic to transform her staff into a metal rod and clashed with her opponent. But it was not enough, the sheer strenght of Xenovia overwhelmed Le Fay and made her drop her staff. Xenovia sliced her across the stomach, retiring her.
Referee: First blood! Le Fay Pendragon was eliminated!
The water was getting higher, reaching Xenovia's ankles.
Xenovia: I should finish you off quickly!
She rushed at the girl but Arthur standed in the way, forcing her on a duel. Strangely enough, Xenovia seemed weaken and even fell down in the water.
Xenovia: What the...
Arthur: You're done!
He was about to finish her off when he spotted from the corner of his eyes blue fire coming his way. He jumped back to avoid and the fire made contact with the water, causing a huge burst of steam. Arthur looked to the side. On a platform above him was a blonde woman in a kimono.
Arthur: Yasaka...
Yasaka: Sorry but I cannot let you take out our cute Knight. By the way, where is Masaomi?
Sha Wujing: Two floors lower. He is trying to get away, but he will never be able to.
Yasaka: Your abilities are dangerous, little girl. I cannot imagine how powerful you will become when you grow up. Mmh... I guess this water is the reason Xenovia is weaker than usual. I shouldn't touch it, right?
The kid frowned and threw a bunch of her water at the Kistune who just burnt it away. Yasaka then looked at Xenovia who had her helmet off and was breathing hard. The Bishop took a step behind.
Yasaka: She's panting...
She seemed to be talking to someone in the darkness of the corridor. Xenovia then disappeared off the arena.
Referee: Oh! Xenovia Quarta was retired by her own master!
Yasaka then ran away in the darkness.
Arthur: Alright, let's rest for a bit.
The kid nodded at the Knight.
In the water down below, Masaomi was still swimming fast, searching for an issue. Swimming through the narrow corridors, he saw light from above, he surprisingly was able to jump out of the water, landing on a small platform. However, he soon felt the energy of his enemies. The two Rooks.
Masaomi: A robot and a pig... I'm sorry but I don't see how you're a threat.
Zhu Bajie: *oink* You'll see soon. *oink*
Gogmagog produced weird robotic sounds and rushed at Masaomi, smashing his hammer at him. The Knight just outsped his opponent and got behind him, kicking him in the back, however...
Masaomi: No effect?
Then from behind, he was punched by the pig Youkai but was able to block with his forearm. But he didn't tank the hit, far from it. His armor started to crack, making his eyes widden.
Masaomi: How?!
Zhu Bajie: *oink oink oink* You must have been in it for far too long!
Masaomi: In it?
He then took a heavy hit from Gogmagog's foot, making him fall back into the water. The two looked at him from above.
Masaomi: Wait... why aren't they coming? Gogmagog doesn't need to breath anyway...
He then remembered the words from the pig earlier.
Masaomi: The water is weakening me! And they don't want to go inside it!
Zhu Bajie then summoned a rake that looked like a bear claw and spitted fire on it.
Zhu Bajie: *oink* You're gonna see what a thermal shock is!
He laughed in oinks and slammed his rake on the water, causing the fire on it to go down to Yaegaki, making a steam explosion around his armor, destroying several parts of it.
Masaomi: Argh!!!
The Knight had no choice. He jumped out of the water and summoned his sword. He landed in front of the two who got into battle position. Masaomi then looked around.
Zhu Bajie: *oink* What are you looking for *oink*?
Masaomi: Found you!
He then put his sword in front of him, several Dragon heads coming out of it. His two opponent were in the path of destruction so they guarded. But the fire of Dragons never reached them. As they looked behind them, they saw that the wall was melted from the fire.
Gogmagog made panicked noises, understanding that Masaomi sent his team a message.
Zhu Bajie: Oh no! The water made him unable to communicate by telepathy so he did that?!
He was panicking, making pig noises out of fear. He then heard someone running behind him. He turned around to see Masaomi, with his sword in hand.
Masaomi: I'll turn you into bacon, fucker.
He then sliced the Youkai across his fat belly, making him release pain and... pleasure noises. He was a masochist who took pleasure from any pain.
Masaomi: Hehe... they'll win, I know it. This is why... This is why I will likely fall into slumber.
With no energy left, the Knight fell into the water and got teleported away while he sank deeper and deeper.
Referee: Masaomi Yaegaki has been eliminated! Team of the Utopic Golden Nephilim has no Knight left!
Crom Cruach and Valerie walked in the castle, looking for opponents when they stumbled upon a weird brick pillar.
Valerie: Hey, look Crom! It looks melted...
Crom: Purple flames... looks like Masaomi.
The water is weakening us! Don't touch the water!!!
Valerie: What water is he talking about?
They had been on the upper floors and never saw a drop of water.
The Evil Dragon then sniffed the air.
Crom: It does smell like humidity here... and... cooked pork... wait.
Valerie: The Youkai guy!
Crom: This way! Follow me!
They both ran in the direction of the weird smell and soon arrived at a melted wall from which the two Rooks were coming out from.
Zhu Bajie: Ah! *oink* You guys are from the other team *oink*!
Crom: What have you done to the boy?
He was very serious and asked for a serious answer.
Zhu Bajie: *oinks proudly* Well, he fell for my technique and power, of course.
Crom Cruach clenched his teeth, making the atmosphere hotter.
Crom: Well, seems like it's time for some cooked pork!
