POV Eos
I was laying on Ingvild's chest reading a book, with her stroking my hair.
Ingvild: You know, now that you have a complete peerage, perhaps we should go back to the familiar forest.
Eos: Oh... yes I didn't think about it... maybe I should get myself another familiar as well...
Ingvild: Well, you certainly are powerful enough... do you want me to make a reservation for tonight?
Eos: Yes... but not now, I'm confortable...
She giggled a bit.
Ingvild: Sure! You can stay as long as you want here.
~The same night~
Eos: Alright, I hope you guys are ready...
Roygun: I never had a familiar myself. I didn't engage in the mortal realm after all. It's very exciting!
Crom: I want one as powerful as me!
Kuroka: Maybe I should get one of these Dragons like you guys have. Maybe we could take care of them together. Just the two of us, right, Eos~?
Eos: Y-yeah, sure...
We then teleported into the familiar forest. The Zatoushi guy wasn't here today. I guess that he knew I didn't need his help.
Eos: Alright, let's start the walk. Those who need a familiar, lead the way!
Masaomi, Valerie, Crom and Roygun walked forward, looking around but not seeing anything of their tastes.
Valerie: I want to see how those Dragons acts. How did you meet them?
Xenovia: I'm pretty sure that they were called here by Eos' Dragon.
Eos: That's possible. But I met Raging Dragon in a mission when I was 11. Lord Lucifer and my father sent me to kill it. See, it was in a rampage in the north of Germany. I realized that it was in pain and helped it then made it my familiar.
Masaomi: It was in pain? A Dragon like this can be hurt?
Eos: Yes... to this day I still wonder what caused it...
Ingvild: I can speak with Dragons... and Rebellion doesn't want to talk about it's past. I guess it's the same for the others...
We then arrived at the same lake than last time.
Rossweisse: That's where they were...
Eos: And that's where they are...
My peerage turned to me, confused.
Crom: What do you mean?
Eos: I mean that you should look above you, Crom.
He lifted his head and saw a red and golden Dragon with a huge orb in it's torse.
Masaomi: Wow! It look like yours.
My Rook smirked as the Dragon roared. They both flew at high speed in a random direction.
Roygun: Should we follow them?
Eos: No, you seem to have company as well.
They turned around to see four more Dragons. One looked like a pterosaur. It had a long 'nose' and it's wings were made out of fire. The second one had an armor and had sword-like blades all over it's body. The third, the most imposing of the group was blue with a white head. It also had horns and a tail. The final one had huge canons on it's back as well as... a wizard hat...? Oh well...
The first one went to Roygun, the second to Masomi, the third to Valerie and the last one to Kuroka.
Rossweisse: Hum... should we help them?
Eos: I don't remember helping you guys whek you fought your Dragons, girls. Let them be tested.
Xenovia: Yes but-
Eos: Have you seen Valianah? Dragons are creatures of pride. Take part in their fight and they'll attack with the intention to kill... So, just sit down and relax for a bit. It's gonna be fine, I assure you.
I then sat down and was quickly followed by the girls, waiting for the others to return.
POV 3rd Person
Crom Cruach dodged the fire blast of the Dragon but was to slow to avoid it's giant paw, smashing him into the ground.
Crom: Argh! You mother...
The black Dragon kicked the red one into the air and followed after him. He punched it into the face, however, the orbs on it's body started to glow. Crom didn't pay attention to it and went for another attack. However, he was tackled from behind by a copy of the Odd-Eyes Dragon, sending him into rocks nearby. The orbs on both Dragons started to glow once more two new copies appeared.
Crom: So each time you land a hit, you multiply yourself by two...? Great...
Masaomi ran away from the Dragon that kept throwing fire balls at him, burning down the forest.
Masaomi: Tss! This thing is fast!
He used his Devil wings to fly up into the air. Since the Dragon seemingly had no wing, the former exorcist thought that he could escape this way. However, the two blades on top were in fact the wings of this beast. It summoned four huge blades out of magic circles and sent it toward Yaegeki. Thankfully, he was able to detroy them with his Holy sword. He then stopped in his flight and rushed down towards the Dragon.
Masaomi: I'm taking you down!
He slashed across the chest of the Dragon, maning it release a shriek of pain and fell to the ground. The Knight of Infernus landed next to it and carressed the wound.
Masaomi: Odd Eyes Saber Dragon. Please, become my partner.
Roygun was chased by the Dragonand for some reason, when the orbs on it's body were glowing, she couldn't use magic.
She got bashed into nearby rocks by the lance of the Odd Eyes.
Roygun: Why can't I use my magic against you?! That's so... tch! Whatever!
She dodged the next hit and sent out fire to the Dragon. However, it was able to fly around it and went to crash into Belphegor. Thank Satan, she was able to let out her wings and fly away from the attack.
Roygun: Take that!
As the had it's lance stuck in the ground, the Pawn was able to hit it with a powerful darkness attack, making huge damage to it but destroying the ground at the same time, freeing the beast.
It then went back up and head butted the horny horned Devil.
Roygun: Oh... that one hurts... oh yeah, I forgot that I was a Pawn now. Promotion! Rook!
She dodged the next attack and sent a powerful punch into the stomach of the Dragon, knocking it out.
Roygun: You don't have much resistance... but your ability to negate magic will greatly help us in next Rating Games!
The wizard Dragon sent out powerful attack towards Kuroka but the Nekomata was able to hide her presence with her senjoutsu. The beast looked around, searching for it's opponent and roared in frustration, sending out powerful beams in every direction. It then summoned two magic circles in it's hands, scanning the area.
After some time, he sent out a huge blast where he saw his opponent. Kuroka barely dodged the attack, still getting hit by rubbles.
Kuroka: Tch! You're an annoying one! Guess I have no choice... Gleipnir!
White chains appeared out of a magic circle behind the Dragon, sealing it's abilities.
Kuroka: Not bad, right? Valianah gave them to me before I became Eos' Bishop. They were meant for being such as Fenrir, but they seem to work on you, big guy~.
She flew towards the Dragon who was unable to do anything. She then saw in the sky another Dragon with rainbow wings, looking at her.
Kuroka: What is that...? Anyway, I will make you my familiar. But before, I've got to knock you out. If only you Dragons weren't so battle focussed...
She sent out a huge Senjutsu bullet to the Dragon, making it crash on the ground. As she looked over, the Dragon was not there anymore.
Kuroka: Weird...
The blue Dragon came out of a dark portal behind Valerie. However, using her Longinus, she was able to stop it.
Valerie: I have control over life... I wouldn't try fighting me if I were you.
However, four more portals appeared around the pawn, making her fly up to dodge the four limbs of the Dragon. It then came out of a single portal, being able to fly, even without wings.
Valerie: I guess you come from another world...
As she sent out a powerful magic blast, the Dragon became itangible and the attack went through it.
Valerie: Huh?!
The Dragon prepared a similar darkness blast, ready to kill the Vampire in one hit. However, Tepes was not gonna go down this easily.
Valerie: Promotion! Queen!
She summoned a barier, her Queen's abilities made her both physically and magically stronger, making her able to hold the attack way easier than she would normally have. And since the Queen also had the abilities of a Knight, she went at high speed behind the Dragon and blasted it away.
However, before crashing into rocks, the Dragon telported up, in front of the moon, and sent three darkness blasts towards Valerie. However this time, the orbs on it's body started to glow and the attacks already sent out became twice as powerful, then three times, then four times, etc. As long as the attacks existed, they would become more powerful every second. But Valerie had Sephiroth Graal, one of the strongest Longinus, by her side. She used it's power to negate the abilities of the Dragon and broke the attacks of it with a powerul blast, blasting the Dragon who couldn't teleport anymore at the same time.
She then went by the Dragon's side and cancelled her Sacred Gear's effect. The Odd Eyes accepted defeat and Tepes smiled upon it.
Valerie: Odd Eyes Phantom Dragon, it would be an honnor to fight by your side. Would you become my familiar?
Crom: I've had enough of you guys!
The Dragon who was now against 32 of these Odd Eyes transformed into a giant jet-black Dragon and spat out a huge fire ball, destroying all the clones at once.
Crom: AHAHAHAH! YOU CANNOT WIN AGAINST THE GREAT CROM CRUACH! I AM THE SUPERIOR DRAGON!
He stepped on the original Dragon, making it crash onto the ground. He then went back to his human form.
Crom: You are a worthy opponent. And I want to know more about the world you come from, Dragon. I shall make you my familiar.
POV Eos
Ingvild: It's been fifteen minutes already...
Rossweisse: Look! Crom Cruach went into his Dragon mode!
He had to do that?! This Dragon must be impressive... well they all are...
We sensed four portals opening behind us and out of it came out our Dragons.
Xenovia: Mmh? We didn't call you guys? Do you want to see your... brothers, I guess?
However, the four of them looked at the sky. I did the same and saw a Dragon with a single rainbow wing as well as horns on it's head.
Eos: It's aura... it's different...
Our Dragons flew up to what I assumed was their brother and circled him. The rainbow Dragon looked to it's right where the other members of the peerage were coming from. Their Dragons joined ours while they landed with us.
Kuroka: I saw it when I was fighting Wizard Dragon.
Crom: Eos... I told you that they come from a world called OxO, right?
Eos: Oh yeah, the Odd Orb, right?
My Rook nodded.
Crom: I think... that this is their God and that it was the one to send those Dragons in DxD.
Rossweisse: So they needed to leave their world?
Crom: Maybe, this could become a threat soon enough...
Masaomi: I don't like the sound of that. If their are things in their world that even they can't beat...
Eos: We will protect this world for the time being. Don't worry. They could send a God to invade us and we'll still kill it.
The rainbow Dragon then flew up and opened a portal.
Ingvild: That's the Dimension Gap...
Xenovia: Great Red lets this Dragon through?!
The Dragon then went at high speed in the portal and closed it less than a second after entering it.
Eos: For now, we have another threat to take care of. We need to kill 666, remember?
Ingvild: Your King is right. All our focus should be on defeating the Apocalyptic Beast for now. Everything else comes after.
We then all teleported with our Dragons back into the house.
POV 3rd Person
In OxO, an enormous black cloud of smoke with green eyes reached to Dragons, less than a percent of it's side.
?: It seems that Phatasma has made other Dragons escaped towards Draconic Deus... This world may have the energy necessary to give me a physical form... next time that you see Phantasma leaving, follow him and bring me to this world. I need to give my essence to these Dragons as well. Now, children, bring me more of those Odd Eyes and let me give them the power of the Supreme King.
A black Dragon and a white Dragon, both with green features, flew in two different directions, looking for preys for their master to brainwash.
