Gaster thinks to himself. *I doubt there will be any changes, but it is her fate after all, so who knows? But she cannot survive a modern fight without D.T, if things happen her way, she would have to allow me to inject D.T into her or at least a lot of training. But even then, Humans have Determination! Monsters do not! If she had that, then no human could kill her! She could just come back through her own willpower!*
He rubs his chin and starts to get in deep thought.
Dust pokes him. "hey old man, are we leaving now?"
Gaster looks back behind himself and smiled. "Yes, lets go."
Gaster think's to himself. *There are a lot of decisions to make. They must be chosen well. Toriel, i wonder....How will your destiny turn out? My child or not?*
He chuckled and thought to himself. *The future is not written in stone, so i guess we'll see.*
DyeReversal-Asgore speaks to Gaster,Dust and Horror. "Farewell!"
Gaster mumbled to Dust and Horror. "Lets leave before anything else happens, shall we?"
He snaps his fingers and they all show up inside the void together.
(Where Toriel is at. **"New Lab."**)
Toriel woke up, feeling no longer tired the way she was before but her stress still remains. She feels sad about frisk and wonders what it is she,asgore and her people did to everyone, why do humans treat them so badly the way they do!? She growled for a moment thinking about it.
Toriel thinks to herself. *I need to be stronger...Seeing as i am now the new symbol of hope. I wonder how Frisk freed everyone anyways...What happened to the other souls?* Tears fall for a moment, thinking about the past fallen children.
She sighed and mumbled. *Ah well, at least they are at peace now.* Toriel stares at the ceiling and wonders what it would be like if she was a child again and was Gaster's child at that, she only fears the thought of that happening. Because that would mean she would have to die.
Toriel does not want to die and she does not trust Gaster or even know if he means what he says or not. But so far the info on The Savestar and everything Gaster has said about it true. So maybe he's not lying.
But even so. Toriel is just afraid,sad,feeling unsure about some things and having lack of trust. She is lost in her thoughts and only hopes everything will be alright in the end.
Toriel looks both ways. She slowly sits up. Looking at her surroundings. She is amazed with how well she is able to see everything around her. She sees large tables with similar Lab equipment to what she has seen in Alphys's Lab before on the surface. Including the Soul Monitor. It is all to her left.
The large table's have on them Both a Microscope A Magnifying Glass laying near a small old timey looking lamp. It is dark gray with a black lamp shade covering it. It is the type of lamp that you turn just turn the knob. (To turn it on and off.) A vintage styled-black leather lab chair, but has wheels.
There are book shelves in front of her. A good feet away. They have books on everything you can think of that are focused and related to Science: **Chemistry, Physiology,Genetics and Biology,Paleontology,Astronomy,Physics,Topics on the Psychological Science. Subjects on Mathematics and forms of logic. Topics on Relativity.. Even science on social states of the mind,body,soul and emotion. (Anything related to it really.) Research on Forms of Life. Science topics on the Soul. Lots of topics on Quantum Mechanics.** The list goes on.
There are multiple shelves. The lab is huge and even has a large ladder that is adjustable in the middle of Book Shelves. There are chairs in front of the Book Shelves. (In the middle-front of the Book Shelves.) Small reading lamps on them. There is a large Water Cooler Dispenser. It is away from the lab equipment and next to the book shelves instead.
(It is to the left of the book shelves/against them and to the very right against the wall, there is a pretty plant. Yal can think of whatever. Readers choice :3)
There is also a fridge, it is in the middle, against the Water Cooler Dispenser.
There is a decent size table big enough for 4 or 5 people. It has chairs all around the table in front of the fridge. On the other side of the Fridge is a decent sized Coffee Table with a Coffee Espresso Machine, a Regular Coffee Maker and all the things necessary to make your own coffee. Everything Toriel sees is perfectly clean and well organized.
There are large napkin holders on every table, with large quantity of napkin's. Salt and Pepper Shakers. A mini bar at the very left of the wall. She just stared at it for a moment, wishing she had something to drink.
Toriel now sees a nearby door to her left that is labeled bathroom on it. Her focus changes. She thinks to herself. *Why is there a bathroom? Gaster is a skeleton. Oh wait. . . Temmie.*
She did a brief facepalm. She thinks to herself more. *Not to mention they might need it after working, they need to be very clean.*
She sees a small door nearby that has a label above it. "Temmie's Lab Door." She mumbled. "Aw, it is adorable and small, compared to the other doors in here."
She looks both ways and hopes nobody heard her this whole time. She suddenly has a feeling of being watched and looks around more and sees a camera on the ceiling.
She threw a fireball at it out of panic due to the fact she learned she was being watched and most likely heard the whole time as well. She now realizes she was thinking out loud before. She raises her right bonebrow and looks to see that she missed the camera and groaned in annoyance and could have sworn she hit it.
She felt a little uneasy because of that. But decides to not focus on it.
Toriel slowly gets up, curious about exploring her surroundings. Hoping nobody shows up. She attempts to walk around, only to stumble and fall on her face.
She groaned in pain. Struggling to get up, she hears her bones making awful popping noises, she feels no pain due to the Diazepam she was given earlier. She notices that her feet are still gone, still just a black mass of goop and darkness.
She mumbled to herself, feeling curious. "How do they intend to fix this I wonder?" She is unable to stand up. So she crawls and climbs the bed. She manages to get back on it.
(Where Gaster,Dust and Horror are at.)
Gaster,Dust and Horror finally out of that universe. Horror speaks. "well that was a successful mission."
Gaster replied. "It is not finished yet. We still need to help Toriel."
His voice is serious and cold. Dust walks over to Gaster and mumbled. "are you going to abandon horror?"
Gaster replied. "No, but he better not do that again! Try talking sense into him later, will you?"
Dust replied. "i will."
Gaster replied. "Good." He pushes a button on a strange looking device and they are all about to enter through it. Until a portal shows up.
Gaster sighed, he mumbled. "Now what?"
They all turn and see someone leaving it. It is a sans. Dust and Horror are about to snap their fingers, until gaster whispers to them. "Don't! Let me handle this first. Ugh, why did it have to be him?"
The Sans in front of them has a Giant Paintbrush tied around him. He looks in their direction and tilts his head in confusion for a brief moment. He says to them. "oh hello there. I'm Ink! um...why do i see a gaster,a murder!-sans and horrortale-sans all together?"
Both Dust and Horror already do not like Ink.
Ink speaks to Gaster. "i am sorry for being rude but why are you all traveling together?"
Gaster speaks up. "They are my allies. We are trying to save a dying friend of mine. A friend from a universe I was erased from..."
Ink raises his right bonebrow. "you are with these two? they are your allies? but they are terrible!"
Dust and Horror are silent and have nothing but negative feelings towards Ink.
Gaster responds. "Well that is a little rude. Yes they are my allies, i am not with them, they are with me!" Gaster crossed his arms, his right bonebrow raised.
Ink speaks out of curiosity with an expression Gaster does not like. "who is your friend?"
Gaster knows getting out of this situation will not be an easy one. He attempts to explain things differently from how he told DyeReversal-Asgore. "My friend is Toriel."
Ink's eye-sockets go black. "and you need them to help you save her from what exactly? why are they with you at all? they should be in their own Universes."
Gaster says to him in a serious tone. "Why they are helping me is my business. Their reasons for being with me is between me and them, they can depart and return anytime they wish. I feel like only telling you would be pointless to be honest. Unless you are the type to listen to reason."
Ink says with a smile. "i am very good at listening!"
Gaster sighed quietly and he thought to himself. *I know i am going to regret explaining this.*
Gaster says. "I am trying to save her, because The Savestar attached itself to her very being and soul. It is harming Toriel and might possibly kill her. I created The original Savestar. When i was erased from Time and Space. Not only did i get scattered across time and space, but it did as well. It gained extra settings. Unnecessary ones. Reset and True Reset. Humans were not originally supposed to use my creation because it was originally meant for Monsters, you see-"
Some time passed in Toriel's time, an hour. But for Gaster,Horror,Dust and Ink. No time at all. There is no time in The V0id. Ink Sans, gets out a yellow vial and his face changes, he looks at gaster with a odd smile. "wow what a ear full! you plan to explore every au? take them over as a way of watching over and protecting them? That sounds kind of like a dictator to me!" Ink laughed.
Gaster feeling offended and rather annoyed. "I have no intentions on being a dictator, thank you very much! I just want to protect the Omniverse, to prevent its destruction! my savestar is scattered everywhere and is being used for resets and genocides! and because of it having happening for so long.
The Omniverse is melting down. If I were to take over as much au's as possible, I could fix or replace the savestars within them! get rid of the bad humans or similar beings causing any problems. Fix any problems within the aus.
I want to protect all of monster kind, i am forever loyal to them. I am already working on two universes right now, Dust and Horror's universes. Would you consider helping me on my cause? You are the protector of AUs right? Would you consider joining me? Wouldn't want to be a bad guardian now would we?"
Gaster reaches his right hand out to Ink. "So what do you say? Allies?"
Ink's eye-sockets are black, he coughs ink in response. Ink gets out a black vial from his belt.
"gaster, i will have to decline your offer. you want to turn your own queen into your child? that is madness waiting to happen! and going against the balance of your own universe! i am sorry but i think your goals should be stopped here and now before they begin! taking over aus!? messing with the code of the savepoints!?
killing fallen humans and changing the fates of those within the aus? I am the guardian of all aus, if there is any possible breakdown, i will handle it and now that i am aware of it and that it is through your original savepoint and scattered out. I think maybe i should visit toriel, maybe i can help her and prevent these unnecessary plans of yours, they do not have to be with you, these other sanses, or your queen and temmie. Just go home, ill handle everything instead."
Gaster tightens his fists. "Are you saying, you want to prevent the stop of Resets and Genocides?"
Ink blinked a few times, he gets out another vial. Gaster pays no attention to it.
Ink says with a wide grin. "look, there is nothing that can stop it. your goal is impossible and even if it was possible to stop, it would only harm the Omniverse even more...Resets are necessary! and as for Genocides? not my problem! I just protect the aus, not the people within them! Their not my focus in the slightest."
Gaster, feeling a temporary small rush of anger, attempts to grab ink by his shoulders. Only to touch not Ink sans, but actual Ink!?
Gaster feeling disgusted. He says to Ink. "What are you?"
Ink gets out a black vial. "someone who is determined to stop you. In my eyes, your the bad guy!"
Gaster sighed and does his best to remain calm. "Listen Ink, my intentions are good. I only want to help everyone. I want to protect AUs as well, but also the people within them, i do not want Toriel as my child....You see-"
Ink rudely interrupts Gaster. "you do not want her as your child, then why are you in her life then!?"
Horror snarled loudly. "LISTEN HERE, WE ARE ON A MISSION AND ITS TO SAVE HER LIFE! AFTER THAT, I DON'T KNOW BUT GASTER DOES NOT WANT THIS, ITS JUST HAPPENING! OKAY!?"
Gaster attempts to calm Horror. Dust walks up to Ink, feeling angry. "look, we're not bad alright?"
Ink laughed. "well of course you are! you've done countless murders and holy head here has eaten people!"
Gaster slaps Ink-Sans across his face, only to get paint on his right hand. Gaster is revolted.
Ink laughed. "you're funny! Look, if you really want to protect other universes, like i do. then do not take over other universes! do not mess with the **resets** and as for **genocide routes**, as i said before...not my problem! do not mess with the natural order of things! it will only cause problems! if a route is going in a certain direction, then just leave it alone! humans are the heroes of these universes, not monsters and if any of the humans are the villains then okay then! still not my problem! not unless it somehow does something to the AU."
Gaster manages to pat ink on his forehead.
"Listen Ink...I created the savestar, i was erased and scattered, it was too. I originally created it for monsters, not humans. When Toriel first saw my Savestar, her destiny changed. Don't you find this interesting? something new? do you believe in roles and destinie's Ink? If she became my child, I would be good to her."
Ink raises his right bonebrow. "You really mean it don't you?"
Ink thinks about it for a moment and smiles. "yeah, it is new and interesting! But i am still against your goals!"
Dust snaps his fingers and summons his glowing purple bone like swords. "listen Ink, either you join us or back the hell off!"
Ink jumps back and grabs his giant brush that is tied his back. "i will not join any of you! gaster,murder and horror i will stop you!"
Dust snarled, having enough of Ink, attacks him with his built up hatred. "MURDER THIS!"
Dust slashes at Ink. Ink turns to a pile of paint.
Gaster shouts. "DUST! BEHIND YOU!" Dust turns around to see Ink, Ink quickly paints up what looks like blasters. Blasters that are dripping with paint of sorts. They are charging. Gaster snaps his fingers with his right hand and grabs dust. Throwing him out of the way, to get blasted instead, everyone is blighted by the light of Ink's blasters. everything dims back down. Gaster is still standing, but his face is distorted,his body is deformed and melting.
His eye-sockets are black. **"Ink you could have stopped your blasters anytime...You are heartless. I will do my research on you. But seeing as we are all in an unfortunate fight at this moment, and you not listening to logical reason. I will just handle you....MYSELF!"**
He snaps his fingers, summoning multiple blasters. Surrounding Ink. **"I'll say it one last time, seeing as i am loyal to my kind and will forget this ever happened, if you just become my ally, will you?**
Ink jumped back. "i will never join you!"
Gaster shook his head. **"Very well..."**
Gaster,Dust and Horror charge their blasters at Ink. Ink does the same with his summoned Blasters made of Paint and Ink. They start firing at each other, dodging attacks. Ink heads straight for Gaster, summoning black bones, bones made of black paint from small brushes he got from his right pocket.
Gaster dodges his attacks, the amount of time they all have been fighting is unknown to Gaster but has him worried for Toriel's well being, because of the unfortunate delay.
Gaster snapped at Ink. **THIS FIGHT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED! INK, IF ANYONE IS BAD! IT'S YOU FOR WANTING TO PREVENT MY GOALS! I WANT TO SAVE EVERYONE! AND PROTECT AND SAVE THE DYING Omniverse! YOU IDIOT!**
Ink summons more blasters with his giant brush. Ink says. "i cannot allow you to mess with the balance of the Omniverse! i will handle this situation instead, as i said earlier! and besides, everything happens for a reason! those humans were meant to be there! DO NOT INTERFERE!"
Dust snaps his fingers again ,same for Horror. Summoning their blasters and they both look at Gaster.
Gaster says to them both. "If we ever get enemies or any problems at all, like a bad human or similar..." Gaster looks at them with a serious expression. "Disposing of such is always necessary. I tried to be nice, he would have been a powerful ally, ah well let us get rid of this problem shall we?"
Dust smirks. "with pleasure!"
Horror grinning wide instantly. "i won't allow this idiot get in the way!" They both start attacking Ink again, Ink starts dodging, hes starting to get tired. Gaster summons his blasters and they are a lot bigger than everyone else's this time, feeling very determined to return to his lab.
Ink speaks out to them. "you can't do this! I won't let you! the whole symbol of hope thing is nonsense! just leave gaster and go back where you came from! i am the true protector of au's, not that mad man! he's pure evil!"
Dust said with a growl. "so are you saying i should lay down and accept endless genocides!? that horror here should continue to starve in his universe? and toriel continue to suffer as well?"
Ink says to them. "yes, because that is how it is meant to be! you can handle these problems yourselves! I am just the one who keeps universes from getting destroyed and makes sure everyone stays in their place."
Dust completely snapped after hearing that. "DIE!"
Phantom Papyrus shows up next to him. "BROTHER, WANT MY ADVISE?" Dust ignores what he is seeing and hearing, his only focus is ending Ink!
Horror teleports behind Ink and grabs him. He says. "ready to die bud?"
Horror attempts to bite Ink. Dust snaps his fingers and sends bones through Ink. Ink turns into paint, the bones hit Horror instead.
Ink says in a cold tone after reappearing behind Horror. "you'll regret helping him...trust me when i say it. you'll regret it completely."
Horror coughing blood, flips Dust off.
Dust immediately says to Horror. "are you alright?"
Horror snapped. "do i look alright? Don't worry, I've had worse wounds then this. I'll be fine."
Ink hits Horror from behind, before he could speak anymore.
Ink says. "i am sorry for this! but your gaster is a sham! hes a threat! he will never be a real hero! let alone anybody's protector! THATS MY JOB!"
He gets out his paintbrushes and coughs more ink. He summons his blasters with them, and aims them at Gaster. They hit him. Gaster is unaffected.
Gaster laughs and says. "Oh is that all you got? That's cute! As you can see i am unbeatable here."
Ink gets out a few vials,drinking them at once and then laughed. "are you a mary sue now? that's funny!"
Gaster feeling annoyed. "Whatever nonsense you are spatting...I just know so far I cannot be harmed here!"
Ink chuckled. "Everyone has a weakness..EVEN YOU!"
His face distorts for a brief moment, lacking emotion and expression. Then it is back to normal again.
Gaster snaps his fingers and summons more blasters, There is so many of them. Gaster sends them firing at Ink. Ink dodges as much as he can. Horror wakes up, he manages to join back in the fight. Horror keeps teleporting and sending bones at Ink, while dodging Gaster's attacks but they are not towards him anyways, but still he is in the firing range.
Dust snaps his fingers and attacks Ink again. Ink yells out, sounding exhausted.
Ink said. "Please stop...The Omniverse needs me."
Gaster said. "If you want to live, then stay out of our way!"
Ink snaps. **"NO!"**
Gaster replied in a cold tone. **"Alright, your funeral!"** Before they could "finish" Ink off. They hear a teleportation noise. A glitched out figure shows up and says to them all.
"i-i a-am afraid i cannot allow you to kill him. whatever is going on, i-ill leave in a minute." None of them can move. Gaster mumbled in annoyance. "Error...This is just great."
Error walks up to Gaster and yanks out his soul, there is barely anything there, lots of darkness and goop like substance, along with glitches.
Error has immediate thoughts of ending his soul right there but wants to learn what is going on. He looks into Gaster's mind and grins.
"t-this sounds fun. i won't let Ink s-stop you. it's different and he finds you as a threat, he finds me as such too, your goals are similar but yours I respect in one way only. If there is no Omniverse. I would have nothing to destroy! you plan to save it. I want au's to destroy, i wonder how many you can keep around." Error smirked. He shoved Gaster's soul back in. He looks at Dust and Horror. He releases them, Same for Gaster.
Error says to them. "i'll heal Ink and prevent him from stopping you, b-but d-d-don't expect me to go easy on you guys." Error starts laughing, it is distorted and monotone. He disappeared with Ink.
Gaster looks at Dust and Horror. "We need to get back now!" They both nod. They walk together into a portal that the device Gaster pressed earlier was in the middle of creating.
They walk through it and appear back into The Lab. **New Lab.**
Toriel looks to her right, and sees a large Portal appear. Her eye-sockets go black the moment Gaster,Dust and Horror walked out of it. They look in her direction.
Gaster speaks to them. "Get everything ready, we need to stabilize the Savestar attached to her!"
Dust replies quietly to Gaster. So Toriel cannot hear them talk. "are we going to remove it afterwards?"
Gaster replies back to him. "Of course, but doing that is something that should be focused on later. First we need to stabilize it and her at the same time, Not doing so would kill her most likely otherwise or worse!"
Dust replies. "yeah."
Horror heard them and replies. "hurry up, she looks like you on a bad day or your journey to the void."
Gaster raised his right bonebrow. He shakes his head for a moment and looks at Toriel.
Dust speaks to Gaster. "hey, I need to tell you something I went through in that lab in dyereversal. before we talk to her."
Gaster replied. "Tell me afterwards alright?"
Dust responds. "i really think I should tell you."
Gaster replied in annoyance. "Alright, lets make it quick, we can't leave her alone for long."
They at Horror for a moment. Than leave and enter the hall.
Gaster says to Dust. "What happened and where is the button I gave you?"
Dust tightened his fist, his voice upset. "to shorten it, i saw amalgamates, the first one i saw was a disgusting glitchy mass that kept asking me to join it. my-my brother hes back...."
He looks to his left and see's Phantom Papyrus.
Gaster mouthed. "Oh no."
Dust said. "at Least i hope he is...part of me thinks he is fake, part of me does not. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO THINK! but he feels real to me! he sounds real!"
Gaster wanting things to stay good between any of his allies.
Gaster says to Dust. "Because of the Void. There are things with me that have been affected, i most likely cannot see or hear him. But i believe you."
Dust spoke to him. "you do? well thats a relief...I doubt anyone else here will believe me."
Gaster thinks to himself. *His mental condition right now is unhealthy and just plain sad. I will not make it any worse by affecting his emotions in a negative way. So I will pretend to believe him, as harsh as that is. Sooner or later though he needs to learn the truth.*
Dust speaks to him. "i managed to make it go away...i got the supplies we needed, i next came across your old d.t machine and found nothing around, i looked and found a room with a old TV and tapes, i played them all, no wonder tori is depressed all the time and much worse now! i left back to the elevator, i tried to call and got no answers. i was going to try teleport but felt something was wrong, like something was going to happen, and man was i right! i felt compelled.
i went back to the hall leading to the d.t Machine, I heard weird as hell noises. I followed it into a room and saw a shadow in a shower, i got in front of it and saw nothing! it pissed me off! i left and felt drawn to your d.t room...you will not believe what i saw!"
Gaster replied. "What did you see?"
Dust said in a serious tone. "i saw the savestar!"
Gaster's eye-sockets went black.
Dust said. "i have no idea why but I touched the damn thing! I felt pain and started seeing images, i saw everything i did, everything i went through, previous events and resets, to what that sick human in my universe was currently doing i assume...i later saw you,tori and temmie's frisk. they were having a bad time with people she cares about. i do not believe anything that human says at all and would kill them if i could!
i later saw tori here and the things she said were interesting to say the least! tori was ranting about her future and wondering about the results,ranting and she wants to decide her own future. she does not want to be your child and wants to see if she can somehow prevent it. but she has accepted the fact she is everyone's Symbol of Hope now. she is confused though,worried,scared and does not trust you at all. she has the whole situation well....pretty much misunderstood. but hey, who could blame her?
death is a scary thing. tori is just starting to get back with her ex and she wants to make things better for herself and everyone around her. she misunderstands her future with you completely. she agrees with your goals completely, just not the one concerning her. she fears you because of that. is that really her fate? hmm, what about mine? i saw the savestar...what does that even mean for me?"
Gaster trying to take everything he said in. Gaster replied to Dust. "This will be a interesting conversation, as for what The Savestar is towards you, i do not know. Maybe you gained Determination on your own or maybe you are meant to be her other guardian later on, as well as her protector."
Dust laughed. "me having determination? are you serious!? and me caring for someone, protecting her? yeah that would go over well...I am not cut out for that anymore."
Gaster replied. "You could cut out to be a guardian, so far you are doing just fine on helping saving her life."
Dust replied. "do you really think I have determination and believe in that whole daughter business?"
Gaster nods and says. "You having Determination is possible and my Savestar is very advanced, i do not doubt it in the slightest if something like this were to happen. Its not exactly normal anymore. Besides a new type of monster and having them as the hero, sounds a lot better than a Human, wouldn't you agree?"
Dust grinned. "anything is better than a Human."
Dust rubbed his chin and said. "is she able to alter this fate of hers?"
Gaster replied. "Being Our Symbol of Hope, from the looks of things, why would she want to change it? Besides, I saw images of her future before. I do not think she should attempt to change it. Things are not going well for her universe and undoing such issues would only result in a Reset from the looks of things."
Dust replied. "so she'll become your child?"
Gaster replied. "The future is not always set in stone. But it looks like it is heading that direction. She can try to change that part of it, it might be possible. But i highly think we should give her D.T either way or else one hit from a human and we lose our Symbol of Hope."
Dust nods in agreement. They leave the room to see Horror standing close to Toriel, staring at her in a disturbing way.
Toriel's eye-sockets are black. She says to him. "Um, is everything okay?" He does not speak. Gaster speaks out to Horror. "HORROR! Get away from her! NOW!"
Horror replies. "alright, i'll just get a snack and go. everything is set by the way!"
Toriel watches as Horror walks on over to the fridge and gets himself a bottle of Ketchup. He gives her a brief glance. It sends her shivers.
Gaster speaks to Toriel. "Before we proceed with stabilizing your condition, is there anything you wish to talk about?"
Toriel responds immediately. "Yes, there is...How am i supposed to help others, as The Symbol of Hope? If I cannot even help myself and nearby monsters? Humans hate us still, for the most part and do I really have to become your child? I will help you with your goals, but I do not wish to die and become something I am not...I was not born your child!
I do not want to be one! I love Asgore again! I want to be by his side and be his wife! I want to help everyone and not die! Do you find me weak? Is that why you want to alter my very being!? If that is the case I am offended!" She growled.
Gaster responds to that immediately. "You are completely misunderstanding this...You are far from weak. Look I am not going to force anything apon you, or have anyone harm you. Toriel ends up silent for a moment.
She replies. "Well, if its not forced, then i am sure i can prevent it!"
Gaster sighed. "Toriel, in order for The Symbol of Hope thing to work out, truly. We cannot lose you. So first we need to stabilize The Savestar and your soul, later in the future we are going to medically inject D.T into your soul. It will keep you from dusting and prevent you from dying. You would come back through the savestar if anything fatel happened."
Toriel replied. "So i would be immortal?"
Gaster replied. "Fallen humans were immortal until some gave up willingly, just to help free everyone."
Toriel can tell he means it, she hates what she is hearing, it hurts alot to hear it.
She replies. "What is D.T?" Gaster replied. "**D**e**T**ermination." Toriel's eye-sockets go black. She responds. "How many humans were killed for it and how?"
Gaster responds. "The savestar is the manifestation of one's own DETERMINATION. It was created from Human soul's and Monsters. I created this years before we fell down. When it started out, it was only a prototype. I did not truly work on it until after your children died. I experimented with the soul's of fallen children. At Least on ones i was able to get to at the time."
Toriel feels bitter suddenly.
Toriel grinds her teeth. She speaks in a cold tone. "Y-You did what?"
She attempts to summon fire, only to summon cracked bones with blue and black fire mixed in. She screamed in shock of what she sees. She throws them and accidentally breaks some important equipment.
Gaster's eye-sockets go black, he speaks in a calm voice. "Calm down, it was a long time ago. I was a different person then. If you get too upset you'll get horribly sick..."
Toriel attempts to get up only to nearly fall. Dust snaps his fingers and catches her. He puts her back on the bed.
Toriel says in a upset yet calm tone.
"Let's just get this over with....I need to see Frisk after this"
Gaster replies. "Are you still upset with me?"
Toriel replied in a sad tone. "You said you were a different person then, were you not? I feel more affected by my child than anything. I'll handle this situation with myself afterwards. I just want to go home."
Gaster replies. "Alright, lets proceed then! I will get Temmie, then He and i can work on stabilizing The Savestar and any damage done to your soul. Then return you back."
Toriel speaks to him. "Are those weeks still in progress?"
Gaster replies in a tone she cannot read. "That depends on what happens, but I have seen the future Toriel. So far everything looks unaffected. Stop fearing it, Those humans are the real threat anyways! You are not in any danger here, so relax."
Toriel sighed, wanting to make a difference anyways, she just waits. Refusing her future, believing she can change it.
