Igarashi rode her bike to the fullest speed. The full face helmet hid her face perfectly. The Chinese streets were as always busy even with the cold weather. It's Christmas eve. But she had no family to celebrate.
She is running away. From her own responsibilities. Her newly built company is facing some big issues and her underworld life was drowning her and eating her up alive.
She just wanted to run away for a while. To ease her mind. She rode towards a less populated area so no one would jump infront of her bike like a madman to kill himself. Dealing with a dead body is the least thing she wanted.
She had no idea where she is heading. She had no destination. She just kept going.
But her luck was never the best. She widened her eyes seeing a boy infront with wide eyes like a deer caught in red light. He surely is a deer caught in red light. He couldn't move seeing the bike speeding towards him.
Igarashi pulled the brake and slided the bike to stop it immediately resulting her to be roll over the ground. Her bike had gone to the opposite side of hers.
She raised her head immediately to look at the boy who was sitting on the floor with a terrified expression. She sighed in relief knowing he wasn't injured or more worse dead.
She laid on the ground without getting up. She strangely felt super comfortable on the dirty road to be laid. She felt like she could sleep forever on the road. It's even better than her comfy bed. A helmet to cover her sight,a sky to shelter her,a ground to sleep.
But her comfy zone was ruined the moment she heard that boy's voice. With fluent Chinese language, he spoke but she could say that he is a foreigner due to his accent.
"A-Are you okay?mister,are you d-dead?"
Tf,she thought. She looked up. His face appeared from above. Because of the lamp posts, his face shone like a bright moon. Her eyes slightly got widened.
She recognised him. The boy. Kim Seokjin. One of her half brothers. She doubted if she is really seeing him. She blinked few times. Of course she knew him well. Infact,she knew the rest of her brothers too.
The 17 year old boy looked at her in concern.
She sat up staring at him through her helmet. She cursed herself for crossing paths with her half brothers again.
"Thank god! You are alive!! Mister, I'm so sorry! I didn't see you coming!" He bowed few times while she was busy thinking about what the hell is he doing in China.
"I'm fine" she replied taking him off guard.
"O-Oh,you are a g-girl?" He wasn't still sure since her whole head was covered by her full face helmet.
Igarashi ignored him and tried to get up. The boy immediately tried to help her only to get his hands slapped away by her.
She wobbled a bit.
"Oh no!your leg!is it okay?should I take you to a hospital?!"
"No need. Just go away"
Jin scratched his head awkwardly. "Are you sure you are okay?"
She nodded and went to her bike. She heard some shuffling sounds which made her curious. She looked back to see the boy searching something from his bag.
He smiled widely like he found it. He extended a small plaster to her making her raise an eyebrow. "I know that this plaster can't fix anything, but this is the only thing I can offer. Please take it" he shoved the plaster to her hands forcefully.
"T-Then I will leave" he mumbled and bowed." I'm so sorry again. Please take care of your leg"
Igarashi sighed and stood next to her bike. She looked back to see him walking away hugging his body trying to warm himself.
She rolled her eyes and pulled her bike up. She was about to get on when she heard some noises.
"Oooh,who is this? Young boy,are you lost?"
"He looks pretty rich. Your parents must be searching for you right?"
"Should we accompany you?"
She closed her eyes feeling stressed."These motherfuckers"
She turned around to see her half brother getting bullied by some street beggers.
She pulled her helmet off from her head and threw it directly to the man who was trying to drag Jin. The man was instantly knocked out.
Jin immediately looked back only to gasp. There stood,a gorgeous woman with bright red eyes with a snow white skin. She had a black mast covering her nose and mouth but he could say that she is one hella rare beauty in China. And that pitch black long hair swaying with the night breeze,was indeed breathtaking.
Instantly, he knew that he is safe under her gaze. Her figure spread that aura of protection. But to the street robbers,they could only see a murderous aura surrounding her.
She pulled a gun from her waist and pointed them lazily."I won't repeat. Leave.Him."
She stared at them with her bored expression and started to count." 3"
The robbers hesitantly backed away.
"2"
Bang!
She shot near their feet making them scream in pure terror.
"1"
And,they were no where to be seen. She looked at Jin who was staring at her gun with a blank expression.
She turned around but,
"Nice gun"
She squinted her eyes and looked back."You are not scared?"
"You protected me with that"
"Naive brat"
He only smiled widely.
Igarashi stared at the young teen Jin who was eating like he had been starved for months.
"Why did you run away?" She asked the younger.
He raised his head while munching on his food. He still couldn't see her face because of her mask.
"Some family matters" he answered. It seems like he doesn't want to give details of his family matter.
"Go home. You won't last a day in this cold weather"
He shook his head." My father will catch me"
"So you are running away from your father?"
He paused for a moment.
"It's not like that. But,to simply put the story,yeah. I don't want to face him. I will fly as much as possible before he cut off my wings"
Igarashi nodded."Then how did you end up in China?You are definitely not Chinese"
"I came here with my family for a vacation. But,it turned out one of my father's business trip"
"And got the chance and ran away?"
Jin shook his head and stopped eating. "It's not exactly the reason. I just discovered a shocking fact few days ago. It was too much to handle. I couldn't stay"....."Have you ever felt regret for being born?"
Igarashi raised an eyebrow. She stared into his eyes. Her whole life was a regret for her. But she won't share the fact to this teenager. She just stayed silent letting him think anything.
"I guess you have" he said." I am going to talk shit about my dad. Is it okay?"
She nodded.
"He is a bastard. He knows nothing. I hate him"...."But,still ,I-I love him. He is my father" he lowered his head feeling defeated. He really couldn't hate his own father.
Igarashi stayed silent staring at him. But,she couldn't help but to speak some brain to him."Little bastard, you really don't know what to do with your life"
He nodded agreeing with her. He heard a little thud sound on the table and found a ring. A golden ring with a massive red diamond on it."Sell it and survive"
He looked at her confused. "You can decide your future. This ring can buy you a whole five star hotel if you could sell it. The way you use it, is upto you. I got no time now. I'm leaving. Good day, little bastard"
She left the boy dumbfounded. He wanted to refuse the ring but she had already left. He took the ring and stood up,being ready to leave the food tent to find her.
But,his breath got hitched on his throat seeing who had come inside the food tent.
With so much bodyguards,his father had appeared. His father found him. Kim WonBin stood infront of him with a death glare.
Jin gulped hard knowing that he had screwed up.
"D-Dad--"
PA!A slap landed on his cheek making him stumble a bit.
Everyone inside the tent got startled.
"Drag him" WonBin ordered his men but he got startled by Jin's outburst.
"NO! I WON'T COME!I HATE YOU! I HATE YOU SO MUCH!"
PA!
Another slap landed on him.
"SHUT UP KIM SEOKJIN!ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!"
"NO!" Jin cried from the top of his lungs."I am ashamed to even call you dad! Y-You! You got a woman pregnant and abandoned them! You threw them away! I heard everything! Now I know why mom was so depressed! She got to know about it too right?"
He was screaming in Korean so no one in the tent really understood him.
"How did you know?" WonBin's eyes were terrifyingly dark." Who told you?"
"Doesn't matter. It's the truth!" Jin was already stressed because of his shattered dreams but when he heard about his father's past,he couldn't help but to flee away. He didn't want to see his father. He felt guilty for being born as the first child by him. He left a child and got his wife pregnant with him. He was forced to leave his dreams,forced to study,forced to take the responsibilities of the company as the next CEO. He is the first candidate from his father. So,yes,he is under an unreadable pressure. With the truth about his father's past,he blew up.
Jin cried his heart out infront of his father."I hate you!let me go!leave me alone! "
WonBin sighed rubbing his temples."Jin,don't make me slap you again. You have no choice. If you won't come,the responsibilities will be on your younger brothers' shoulders. They are waiting for you"
With the mention of his brothers,his body stiffened. He gulped the lump in his throat,heaving a shaky breath. He closed his eyes shut clenching his fists.
He felt himself being dragged away by the bodyguards and this time,he didn't struggle. He was forcefully shoved into a car.
Igarashi was watching the whole scene secretly. She stared at Jin who was leaning against the seat with a tired face,crying silently. She tilted her head to a side watching him.
Her eyes went to Kim WonBin. Her biological father.
"Lock him up. Don't let his brothers sneak into his room. If he run away again,you all will be dead"
She heard his words.
They all left towards the main city.
Igarashi looked at the cute plaster in her palm.
"See you never little bastard"

10 year old Jungkook was sleeping near the hotel room where his Jin hyung was,waiting for him to open the door. But he hadn't opened it for hours ever since he came back. He didn't know that his hyung was locked. He called his Jin hyung many times to ask him to sleep with him,but Jin never answered. And finally,he fell asleep at the door step.
A shadow covered him. Someone crouched down next to him. A hand with black painted nails patted his head softly and the shadow left.
Soon,Yoongi came out from his hotel room only to notice his little brother sleeping infront of Jin's room.
"Aish,this stubborn kid" he muttered softly before picking him up. He looked at the door and sighed heavily. "Jin hyung,don't be hard on yourself. Rest well"
With that he left to his room with Jungkook in his hands.
