Forever Now -- a sophitz fanfic

Finally!!

           Sophie squealed as Biana had her turn around in her dress so she could add the sparkles. Her dress flowed around her and the sparkles laid perfectly with it. The sparkles crept up her dress and stopped a little ways before the waist. Biana grabbed the veil and placed the crown on her head. She then let the front part of the veil fall in front of her face. Sophie was in her parents bedroom at their beach house. The wedding had turned our perfectly so far. The decorations had been put in place nicely. The paneled were wrapped around the lampposts and the little garden gate awning piece that they had set behind Sophie and Fitz. The chairs were all set out in beautiful neat rows, and had velvet cushions. Linh and Juline had worked together to create a temperature around the outside of the house so that way nobody was sweating and hair didn't get all frizzy. Sophie's hair was up in an intricate bun of to the side. Biana had on a teal dress with gold finishings and  Linh and Marella had on red dresses with gold finishings. Pretty soon, Sophie would be walking out with her father and get to see what Fitz would look like. Her stomach did flips and her heart fluttered. She heard the music start to play and the girls filed out smiling at her. Grady walked in shortly after that. They walked to the doors and Grady placed a kiss on her hand. "Look at you." The doors opened and they walked down the aisle. Fitz was standing at the end, smiling at her. She smiled and looked around but her eyes stayed up front on Fitz for the most part. She reached Fitz eventually and stood in front of him and the vows started. "Ok. Wow. Umm I don't know what to say" Fitz started. Everyone chuckled. "I've known you for almost ten years and had a crush on you for almost that long as well. I like how strong and independent you are and how forgiving you can be. Something I try to be everyday. You inspire me to be a better person and I love that about you." Sophie smiled. "I'm flattered that you, after all these years, love me like you do now. Your kind, loving, outgoing personality has really set you apart from others that are like you. You don't think you ever do enough to make it up to someone. I will continue to love you even after you die." They smiled at each other. The clergy started up on his part. "Fitzroy Avery Vacker. Do you take Sophie Elizabeth Foster to be you lawfully wedded wife?" Fitz smiled at Sophie and nodded his head. "I do." The clergy turned to Sophie. "And do you, miss Sophie Elizabeth Foster take Fitzroy Avery Vacker as your lawfully wedded husband?" She smiled and nodded her head. "I do." The clergy smiled. "You may kiss the bride." Fitz and Sophie leaned in and kissed. The crowd cheered. They walked down the aisle and into the reception hall. They sat down and the bridesmaids and groom matrons flanked them.

          After the food was brought out and served, Biana got up and clanked her spoon against he glass, grabbing everyone's attention. "I would like to propose a toast." She got up and took the mic from the stand. "I've been Sophie friend for awhile and watching her fall in love with my brother has been almost in a way annoying. I love the fact the they are getting married, but they could be so oblivious at times. Sophie would blush madly at Fitz and he wouldn't pick up the hint. Sophie had had many guys ask her out, many guys have had big crushes on her, but I'm glad that the one she chose was my brother. They complete each other. They know what they other person is going to say or do and they are already reacting to it before it happens. I would like to propose a toast to the Vackers sitting at this table right here, two of the most amazing people to ever walk this earth." Everyone cheered and Keefe took her spot. "I couldn't agree with Biana more. Watching Fitz fall in love with Sophia and vise versa has been hard. They were completely oblivious. I remember Fitz asking me during a game of base quest if he should get Sophie crush cuffs for midterms. He was always concerned for her safety. When she first came to the lost cities, it was clear that they were friends and that was what they thought if each other as, and even clear that they thought of each other as brother and sister. Fitz was fairly worried when Sophie was kidnapped and I had teased him about having a crush, but what we didn't know was that was what was really going on until, oh, the third year Sophie wa switch us. Me and Biana and and Dex really saw that something much deeper was happening between them, but Fitzy here didn't know what it was." The crowd chuckled. "He didn't know that he was in love with her until about a year later. It was always nerve racking to watch them have a sweet moment, but turns out, it didn't end like we would've hoped." He jestered to himself and the bridesmaids and groom matrons. "Watching them blush at each other and hold hands was making us anxious. We were on pins and needles by the time they started dating. But standing here now at their wedding, I could t have thought up a better ending. They are perfect for each other. Their kindness and generosity, the way they know what the other is going to do. It's amazing and I couldn't think of a better woman for the old Fitzter here than her." The crowd clapped and Grady stood up. "Watching Sophie fall for Fitz was definitely hard. I would always glare at their intertwined hands and always try to come up with an excuse for being around them. Sophie was always concerned about Fitz when he was hurt or was mad. I remuwuen he lost his brother, he was so mad. But Sophie was there to cheer him up. I watched as she worked to make him happy. Watched as all she had to do was walk in the room and his face would light up. I've always feared what boy she would choose, but I can say that when Fitz asked for Sophie's hand, I couldn't have been happier. Fitz as always like Sophie for who she is, not what she looks like. He was always the one that brightened her mood. I rem ear Sophie would sit in her room either thinking about him, you could tell by the look in her face when you would go up and check in her, or stressed out, worried about something. Fitz would come over and up to her room, five minutes later they were walking down the stairs on their way over to Everglen for a sleepover with all of their friends. It was definitely something of an adventure to watch them fall in love, but this is what was meant to be. These two kids finally making their dreams come crowd cheered and Della stood up. "My son has definitely been something else when it came to Sophie. He would always make sure that there was time to do his hair whenever she was coming over. He would buy her gifts and bring them to her. Even when they were dating he would still ask me and his sister for advice. I watched him give her presents that were fairly expensive and she would cheer up, but her face really didn't light up the way it did when she was with him. Keefe could give her present from Fitz and she would smile, but she would light up unless Fitz was around. She likes my son for the wonderful guy he is, not what he looks like. I've watched numerous girls come over using Biana to get close to him, but they never really got to know him the way Sophie did. Yes you could tell that she liked him from the moment she laid eyes on him, but it was the typical young crush that you develop when your that age. But as the years went by, you could tell that she liked him for how kind he was to others. He always wanted to help no matter the cost and Sophie always smiled at it unless it came to protecting her. She would t let him risk his own life for her at all. In fact she would try to keep him locked up until the mess was over. These two definitely complete each other and I couldn't think a more perfect ending." Everyone cheered and Edaline took her place. After Edaline came Alden and then Dex, Tam, Marella and Linh. When the speeches were done, everyone ate and talked. 

        Sophie let out a breath. She was nervous no doubt. Dancing had never been her strong suit. Fitz smile led at her and they took their positions and the music started. The danced to Lights down low by Max. Fitz twirled Sophie around the floor and all to soon the music ended. Sophie and Fitz kisse sand Fitz walked back to his seat. He watched as Grady stepped up for his dance with Sophie. His Sophie. Sophie smiled and Grady twirled her. When he music ended, Fitz stood up and Sophie walked back. Fitz danced with his mother and then then Keefe and Biana had a dance. After that, the floor was open to everyone and Sophie and Fitz took each other's hands and danced with their friends. They danced until dark and everyone went home. Fitz walked Sophie to her parents room so she could change and kissed her. "What a night." Sophie nodded. "After all these years, my dreams have finally come true." They kissed again and Sophie closed the door. She changed and and went to help clean up. After everything was cleaned up, Sophie and Fitz along with the others, leaped home. Sophie carried her dress up to a room and hung it up. Fitz did the same and they got ready for bed. Sophie crawled in bed and laid her head on Fitz's chest as he turned on the tv. "How do you do it" Fitz asked Sophie. She sat up a bit and looked at him. "What do you mean?" He turned his head so he could look at her. "Look the way you do. Without makeup, you look beautiful, with makeup, you get even more beautiful and they way you show your love to people. How do you do it?" Sophie shrugged. "I don't know. I'm just being me." Fitz smiled. "Well I've said it before and I'm going to say it again. Don't stop being you." Sophie giggled and kissed him and went back to her position with her head in his chest. She fell into a deep sleep, dreaming of her and Fitz. Her memories flashed across her mind as she slept. Her life was officially perfect.

 Those speech thingies that I did were bad, ik. I'm not the best when he comes to someone talking about love, but i guess if your still reading this then I'm doing ok. I will have the next chapter up soon and I just posted another chapter for my other story. Love y'all!!! 💕
