So I have two announcements at the end of this chapter and I'd be really great full if you read it! (( You'll miss out :P )) Hope you enjoy! x

Despite Josh's sudden absence, last night was still fun!

About half an hour after Josh had left we all set off for lunch. After walking around town for an hour and everyone arguing on food choice we ended up heading back home and ordering 3 different types of takeaways to suit everyone.

Not long after, Connor and his parents left to go site seeing, Lucy Mrs Johnson and my mum returned to the wedding fair and Eric joined me and my dads fishing day which was interesting to say the very least! You would think that someone who's swims so often wouldn't be afraid of sea creatures.. Every time we caught a damn fish Eric would run a mile!

Tying my hair back into a pony tail I head out of my room, and just as I reach the top of the stairs my phone starts to ring.

"Hello?" I answer, not bothering to look at the caller ID.

"Hey liv!" Joh answers and my morning suddenly seems significantly better.

"Hey Hun, how was the conference?" I ask, making my way down stairs and into the kitchen. Connor briefly waves at me as he sits alone at the table eating cereal. I smile, waving back at him before turning to take a glass from a cabinet, filling it with water.

"It was good all things considering" he replies. "How was your day?" He asks, and I smirk at his tense tone.

"It was great. It was really good to spend time with my dad-" I reply truthfully, not bothering to mention that Eric was there. It would just make josh over react anyway, it was pointless and unnecessary!

"That's good, did you catch anything?" He asks as i take a sip of my drink and I immediately grin into my glass.

"Yes!! Whatever my dad tells you i definitely caught the biggest!" I laugh and josh chuckles on the other side of the line. Connor begins to wave trying to capture my attention so I turn to face him.

"Ask Josh when he's back" he says, stuffing another spoonful of cornflakes into his mouth.

"What makes you think it's josh?" I reply, raising an eyebrow in an attempt to be mysterious.

"Oh please" Connor roles his eyes, "you both wear the same goofy smile whenever you're around one another. It's undeniably obvious!" He scoffs and I laugh loudly.

"What are you laughing at?" Josh chuckles and I shake my head remembering he's there.

"Connor, he's asking when are you back?" I answer, taking a seat next to Connor at the table.

"Hopefully mid afternoon if the traffic is ok" he replies and I smile, mouthing his response to Connor. He just sighs over dramatically, throwing his head down so it hits the table surface with a loud thud.

"What was that?" Josh asks as I chuckle, ruffling Connors hair which he quickly pats back into place.

"Connor again, I don't think he's very happy with you're response" I laugh.

"Oh ok, tell him I'll set off as soon as I can-"

"Not good enough, you'd probably be half way home by now if you weren't gossiping on the phone" Connor interrupts so I move the phone away from my ear so he can hear better.

"What? I'm not gossiping-"

"Psst" Connor scoffs once again, "yes you are! Fishing this fishing that, was Eric there yada yada-"

"Connor!" Josh exclaims, but Connor just copies his response.

"Josh! We all know its true so just suck it up like a man and get on the bleeding road!!" Connor replies, taking my phone from my hands and hanging up before his brother can reply.
