Chapter Seven

Beach friends...

I got up super early on a Saturday because Roc was pickin' me up around noon. Since I was faking sickness among avoiding someone as well. Jen rescheduled my tour for today and the weather is just perfect for a outing to the beach. I have no clue what to wear, its a little chilly outside and I wanna look a little cute but not try too hard. I mean come on the guys hot

"Celina! Rocs here!"

I quickly grabbed a plain black shirt, skinny jeans, and my lightweight coat heading out of my room but I remembered my hair. I rushed to the bathroom brushing it down into high bun and a headband, I smeared some red gloss, mascara and ran down stairs.

"Celina-"

"I'm here." I smiled looking at Roc.

They all looked down.

"Uh shoes?"Aj snickered.

I looked down to my fuzzy green socks.

Roc laughed.

"I'll be right back."I blushed.

"Oh um, I kinda have a date tonight so Aj's comin' with y'all."Jen smiled.

I lifted my eyebrow but gave a fake smile.

"Sure that's just great." I mumbled storming up stairs finding my black boots under the bed.

Is she serious, I mean as hot as he is and as old as Aj is, he can babysit himself!-

"Um you ok with..."

I popped my head up to Roc at the door.

"Aj coming with us?"He grinned as I turned around sitting so I could put my boots on and so my butt wasn't in his face.

"Um yeah, no prob,it wasn't a date really."I smiled,uneasy at the end.

I have a feelin' I just made this conversation weird. Maybe he did think it was a date or wanted to be just as bad as I did??? Damnit Jennifer,why'd you have to have a date in the first place! Wait who's she on a date with anyways?

All I can say is I feel weird drivin' around town with an extremely hot guy next to me. Aj kept askin' questions about every building we passed by since Rocs showin' us the town.

"What's that."

I sighed turning around to Aj's dumb questions.

"It's the effin' library!"

Roc laughed as Aj flipped me off like normal. I turned back around rolling my eyes.

Little brothers these days...

"So I heard you helped your mom at the Rossi's place. I see you takin' my job huh."

I laughed.

"You can have it back. That was definitely a one time thing, their house is strange."

He chuckled.

"I've never been but I hear they hide dead bodies in the ground behind their house."

I giggled.

"What's so funny."He smiled.

"There's just a bunch of grass,roses,and gardening tools."I grinned as we stopped in a parking spot right in front the beach.

"Wow so you were able to get the whole full tour huh?" He grinned.

" I may have snuck off and explored without permission." I shrugged clicking my seat belt. I paused for a moment looking out to the gentle waves crashing ashore. I've never really visited any beach ever since my dad died. As you can image we went everywhere together but it's a good memory I think about now and then.
