Chapter 34

I slowly woke up, to thunder booming outside. The rain had become heavier from last night and I noticed my prince was gone. Good........because I'm in so much PAIN! I can hardy move my body to turn to its side or turn my head either. Its like I just worked out for three hours straight, which was partly true. I wonder where he is for the moment? I sighed, slowly moved my hands to my sides showing pain in my expression. I pushed down falling right back down. God! My aching back! I gasped as I tried getting up again, failing again. What was I thinking....wait never mind on that question. I was furious and my mind took over my actions spurring in the moment. Ugh what is up with these mood changes! If I would have known it was this much pain I would have waited till I was a vampire!

"Your up beautiful......how do feel?"he smiled coming in shirtless while matching the grey tint of his room. He pecked my lips with a glass of blood in his hands.

"I feel amazing...."I smiled, totally lying through my blushed face. I mean God, has he done that before because how did he hit so many right places?!He chuckled laying on his side next to me, noticing my expression when he pulled me closer.

"Are you in pain love?"

I sighed before nodding, biting my lip towards him.

"It's ok, I have a warm bath just for you..."he smiled kissing my neck gently. He seemed tired, or exhausted but I think I have something to do with that as well. Not in a provocative manner though!

"What's wrong, you wanted a shower instead-"

"No, it's not about the bath or shower thing....Are you tired? And, don't lie."I asked looking deep into those now pale grey eyes.

He nodded with a grin.

"It's like all of my energy has been drained from....." He took a sip of his glass of blood from behind him revealing his back. I gasped as my eyes filled with tears.

"I'm so sorry..."I whispered looking away.

"Babe, it's cool-"he chuckled turning my head back to him.

"No, I drained all your energy! I also made your back look like you got into a fight with a bear!"I freaked as he shushed me, being gentle.

"Does it matter, that...was amazing." He whispered wrapping his arms around my bare waist, kissing gently around my neck.

Yeah it was, but that's not the point...I shook my head deciding to tell him about the last few days he's been gone.

"I have to tell you about......."I bit my lip trying to put it in words as he stopped.

"Later."he said after gently kissing me.

"Come on before your bath gets cold."He simply picked me up carrying me down the hall into their amazing bathroom. Its like a ancient temple with candles lit and blood roses filling in this fountain of a bathtub. The smell of vanilla mixed with blood roses sending me into a lustful state. I closed my eyes breathing in as he placed me in. I don't care if my hair starts to curl up. I had enough burns from that stupid flatiron trying to straighten it.

"I'll be back with breakfast my love."he whispered as I popped my eyes open.

"Um breakfast?"I giggled with confusion looking up at his smirk.

"It's three in the morning."he chuckled. "And it's Sunday."

I feel like I slept til noon maybe? He gently kissed my check putting on my Lana playlist before heading out. Video games came on as I hummed it feeling even more relaxed at the harp playing lightly. This bath is really helping and I think I can move now!
I sighed replaying what just happened to me, I could still taste him...it's like he was lingering all over me.
