It was April 13th when our second boy was born. Exactly ten days after Arianna was born. He also strongly resembled me, except for the fact that his eyes were a lighter shade of brown than even Milo's who's were a lighter shade then mine.
He had tan skin like mine with the signs of curly brown hair. After much discussing, we decided to name him Samuel Hephaestus Valdez. Hazel started crying when we told her and I felt a lump rise in my throat until she hugged me.
I could tell right away that Milo and Sammy were going to have one of those brother relationships(like my own brothers) considering that as soon as Milo ran into the room he squeezed the baby's cheeks so hard Sammy started screaming again. May the gods help us.
