It was soothing, and I felt more warmth against my stomach, only putting me to sleep quicker.

Kaz's P.O.V
I watch ahead of me as cars pass by from the other side of the road. The lights flick green, illuminating my face as we begin to drive against.
The windows were rolled down, letting the late night breeze into the taxi. I let it embrace me, finally feeling at peace.
Fuck it's good to be home.
"Far out my phone is blowing up." I hear Jay complain next to me, as the phone in his hands dings every three second. "I should have just bought the airplace wifi to work my phone."
Freddie snickers from the front seat. "Mate, I doubt you would have had the last 24 hours of quiet to yourself if you bought the wifi. Plus that shit was so expense." He looks back at us. "Like what freak would pay $75 for 5 hours of wifi?"
"Not you?" I raise my eyebrow, making him roll his eyes and look back front.
My phone had blown up too as soon as I left the airport. I couldn't help but feel the slightest amount of guilt when I notice the miss calls and message from Dee.
It's been hard to stay apart from her for so long. I don't understand how I didn't get to a point where I flew back immediately after landing in London. It makes me wonder how the fuck I've lived my life without her all these years.
I'm a changed man, and I couldn't be more grateful for the reason to why I was here today. That reason being Dee.
She became my motivation. She's the reason I started to work my ass off harder then any other year.
The taxi comes to a halt, and without any hesitantation, I look up at the window beside me. My house stood still, the front lights on, glowing across drive way.
In all reality, like a crazy person I would definitely run into my house too her, but it's more complicated then that.
The taxi driver turns to all three of us with a tiring look in his eyes. He seemed to be overly done his job. I couldn't help but pity him in some way. This man is here working his ass off for what possible could be a family or bills.
"That'll be $80.50." He uttered under his breath as he eyed the taxi meter.
I knew I was paying for this ride because the guys had already seemed to have opened the car doors and grab our luggage from the back of the car.
"Uhm-" I shift in my seat, getting too my pocket to retrieve my wallet. I took notice of the hundred dollar bills sittin unwilling in the pockets and slighty smile. "Here."
I pull out three hundred dollar notes and place it in his hand without hesitating. The man looked down at the money as if he never had since so much in his life.
He looks back up me speechless and unknown of what too say. "I-I."
I know this was going to get awkward really quickly, and that he was going begin to deny wanting to take the money so before that happens I swing my legs out of the car.
"Thanks for the ride, mate. Have a good night." I rushly say before standing straight, outside of my house. I walk around and help the guys with the left over bags, carrying it to the front of the house.
I look back at the man in the taxi, realising hhe was holding the three notes in front of him like it was gold. He quickly glances towards me and wearily smiles.
'Thank you.' He mouths from the car, before beginning to back out of my drive way.
I heard the front door open, making me look back at the guys. They were struggling to hold all the bags at once and it honestly made me laugh.
