Dee's P.O.V
I hear my alarm go off, completely caught me off guard and triggering me into waking up.
I groan and lean over to my phone. I've had to put an alarm to wake me up because I was now used to LA's time and not Sydney's.
My feet touch the wooden ground, making me shiver. Still half asleep, I walk out into the hallway. I could hear Grandma quietly chatting away with someone, probably on the phone.
My eyes land on the slightly opened guest bedroom door. I open the door a bit more, enough to leans my body against the door frame. Kaz was wrapped around in his sheets, fast asleep, making me pout. I would wake him up, but looking down at him made me hesitate and change my mind.
I smile to myself as I turn my back into the hallway. Before even closing the door behind me, I was suddenly pulled back into the room making me gasp loudly.
"I saw you smiling at me," Kaz whispers. His lips gently brush against my ear making the hairs on the back of my neck stick up.
I chuckle nervously, removing his hands from my waist. "Sorry, I didn't mean to be a creep and wake up you," I look over to his bed and decide to sit down on it. My body had a mind of its own once I felt how warm it was under the covers. I lift my legs up and place it under the covers, laying down onto the mattress.
"God, it's so warm in here." I close my eyes and embrace the kind feeling. I felt the bed dip next to me.
"I don't fucking think so," He purposely lifts the cover off me.
I wince and pull it back from his hand. "Stop! I like it here!"
Kaz chuckles and lifts it back up again. Frown up at him, getting slightly annoyed. I try to snatch the cover off him again but I was pulled away from it.
I myself fly for a second to two before crashing into Kaz's chest. Kaz had his arms supporting under my knees and back.
"Hey! Put me down!" I squeal as I swing my arms towards the bed. I see him smirk and before I knew it I felt a hard impact on my body. "Kaz! Ow!" I was on the floor.
This asshole dropped me.
He stares at me with a great smile no his face. "You asked you it." He brings his arms up into the air, defending himself.
I get up from the cold ground and stomp outside. "I meant drop my on the bed!"

Kaz's P.O.V
I walk down and see Dee's Grandma on the couch watching Friends. I think back to home, realising how much that trip to the beach in Las Vegas resembled the relationships the Friend's characters to us.
"Morning! Kaz. Dee left to get something from the shops if you're looking for her." She says still watching the Tv.
"Actually, I think she kind of pissed at me," The doorbell rings before she could question me. "I'll get it, don't worry."
I hope it's not that Rayn guy cause I'm going to bash his head into a wall. The door reveals a casually dressed Dee, struggling to carry plastic bags.
"Did help with those?"I ask her politely, actually wanting to help her out before she strains her hand. She huffs and just walked past me giving the cold shoulder.

I open the living room window up, allowing a small tension of breeze gets caught up in the house. I turn back and sit on the frame of the window, while I steadily concentrate on Dee, who was reading her novel on the ouch directly across from me.
