I mash it again with a fork, developing a creamy mash potato. "Holy shit, I can smell the roast from a mile away," Anthea sniffing the air, making her drool.

"I call dibs on making Gravy!" Janyce speed walks past Anthea.

I chuckle as bang the fork on the bowl light. "Yeah, the water is already boiled. Knock yourself out."

Anthea takes the roast out the oven and places on the table, making our stomachs rumble.

We settle around the table and dig in. "Do-"Janyce was cut off by the bell.

She groans and walks over to answer it. I look over at Anthea and shrug, continuing to eat my food. Janyce walks in with a huge smile as the boys follow behind her.

I lean in towards Kaz as he kisses my cheek. "Hey, baby," He sits down next to me and grabs a plate.

"God, I'm starving," Jay handles the knife in his hands, as them cuts the roast lamb.

"I wonder why Anthea and you are a couple," Janyce chuckles, keeping her hand down as she makes fun of Anthea's love for food.

Slowly everyone went into their own conversations.

"How was your day?" Kaz drops a couple of peas into his mouth.

"The girls and I got jobs," I smile up at him, like a child who just got a sticker.

Kaz's jaw drops. "Well, then. Congratulations, babe."

"And yours?" I say lifting both my eyebrows.

"It was a short day. You know," He looks around the room and caught Freddie and Jay rolling their eyes at him.

I chuckle "I wonder why."  He was about to say something put my phone started ringing. "One second," I run to get my phone.

It was an unknown number, which scared me, to be honest.

D - Hello?

Unk - Hey, Dee it's Landon.

D - Oh! Hey, what's up?

L - Nothing much. I was wondering if you girls want to hang around tomorrow?

I squeal and do a small dance in excitement.

D - Of course. Lunch?

L - Yeah, I can make that happen but my girlfriend can't come...She has work till 4.

D - All goods, we'll meet her another time?

L - I've mentioned you guys to her. She's so pumped to meet you, girls!

D - Ok then, see you tomorrow?

L - Yep, bye.

I end the call and save his number.

I walk back to the dinner table to see no one. It was all tidy up and table was clear of food. I heard small chatters coming from the living room.

"Girls!" They look up at me from their chats. "Tomorrow we're going out for lunch. But, there's a twist. We're having lunch with someone." I sit next to Kaz, making him brings his arm behind it and on top of the couch.

"You didn't say we're having lunch with you girls tomorrow?" Jay frowns at me.

I roll my eyes at him. These boys think they're the only company we've got...and it's truly sad. "That's because you're not," Kaz's face scrunched up.

"Then who's coming to lunch with us?" Anthea says.

"That's for me to know and you to find out," I get off the couch and head up to my bedroom, causing groans to echo from the living room.
