When I'm With You (REWRITING)

CHAPTER 27

"That was my cheek, sweetheart. I meant my kiss here," He points at his lips, making shake my head. 

I lean back up, placing my hands on the sides of his face and softly peck his lips. "There," I smile at he was my heels touch the floor again. 

The high pitched squeals that came from behind us, told me that I didn't need to go upstairs to wake anyone.

"Not again," I mumble into his chest. 

"Dee and Kaz! Sitting in a tree! K-I-S-S-I-N-G-" I cut them off. 

"I made bacon," I smirk at them, knowing that food was the only thing that would distract them. 

"Where?!" Both of them unison say as they look around. 

Jay and Freddie chuckle at my best friends. 

"Kaz, we go to get going, dude. It's almost 8." Jay says to him as he pats Freddie on the back.  

Kaz's eyes widen and he checks his watch. "Fuck, we go to go," He panics.

I look up and he kisses my forehead in a hurry before rushing out of the kitchen with the boys.

"WAIT! WHAT ABOUT BREA-" I hear the door slam close before I finished the sentence. "Breakfast." I sigh

"More for us, I guess." Janyce laughs as she scopes more eggs into her plate. 

We all sit down together and eat, slowly catching up with each other.

"You know what we haven't done in a long ass time guys?" Anthea questions say she finishes her plate.  

I look at Janyce and she looks back at me. "SHOPPING!" We say together.

Kaz's P.O.V

"Shit, shit, shit," I watch Jay speed down the highway.

"I feel bad. Dee made breakfast and we didn't eat it," Freddie pouts in the backseat as he scrolls through his phone. 

Jay's stomach growls loudly. "Fuck. I'm hungry too,"

We park the car and speed walk through the building to get to the meeting room, where some of the gang members were waiting in. 

"Ok, let's get started," My voice was fairly stern, causing them all to stop talking and look at us. "First, did you guys figure out another team for collecting?" They all nod in sync. "Well, I'll meet them later on," 

"Excuse me, boss?" I look up at him. " One of Andrè's members called us right after you guys left, telling me a time and date for when to bring the money for the stolen shipment." He looks down at his tablet.

I frown which made him gulp loudly. "Why didn't you call me immediately?" This was extremely important information, which I should have known immediately 

"I didn't want to disturb you, sir. You seemed tired yesterday," He seemed afraid, taking a few steps back from me.

Jay puts a hand on my shoulder and gives me the 'his right' look. "Fine. Next time just text me. Understand?" 

"Yes, sir." I nod at him so he can continue with what he was saying. "12 am, November 21th, Behind the St Wood's Building. Also, he told me that Andrè requested for ONLY Freddie and You come," 

Jay looked taken back as he frowns at the guy holding the tablet. "Looks like this is our mission, mate," Freddie slings his arm around my should and smirks at Jay, trying to piss him off.
