Save me from those who persecute me. Deliver me as I put my trust in you.
I will be near to thy soul. There is none to deliver
If I have rewarded evil unto him that was at peace with me. I have delivered him without cause my enemy.
The enemy will persecute my soul, and take it. Let him tread down my life upon the earth. My honor in the dust.
In your anger lift me up because of the rage of my enemies. Awake me for me to to the judgement thou has commanded.
The congregation of the people compass thee about. For their sake's
return thou on high
Judge the people and myself. According to my righteousness, and according to my integrity that is in me
Let the wicked and the wickedness come to an end. God has our hearts and reins.
God saves the upright in heart. He is my defense.
God is angry with the wicked. He judges the righteous.
He will not turn, he will not bend his bow.
He prepares the instruments of death. He ordaineth his arrows against the persecutors.
He travels with iniquity and mischief, and brings forth falsehood.
He digged a pit, and fell into it.
His mischief will return upon his head, his violent dealing will come down upon his pate.
Praise the Lord! Sing to his praise.
