"Who are you!" I start tugging back with all my might, hoping whoever this mysterious guy was, would let me go. The tugging must have pissed him off, being he grip on me tighten, making me squeal in pain. "Ouch!"
"Fuck! Sorry!" I stop tugging, startled by the familiar voice. He finally looks back at me, making me squint my eyes. "I didn't mean to hurt you. I just needed to get you-"
"SOMEBODY HELP!" I flinch at the well-known female voice coming from behind me. "Ugh! Let go of me!"
I look behind me and so does the guy who still had a strong grip on my arm. Poor Anthea was also getting dragged by another guy with a black bandana around his face.
But I knew those piercing green eyes from anywhere. "Jay?!"
Anthea looks over at me, realising I was present, calming her down from screaming and tugging.
"Janyce! What the hell is happening? Who are these guys?!" I swear she was on the edge of crying. She must have not heard me when I said Jay's name because she was still freaking out.
Jay pulls the bandana down, revealing his face and completely shocking me. "What the fuck are you girls doing here?" He was in asking in rage.
He looks over at Anthea, who was caught off guard from seeing Jay's face. "W-what are y-you doing here?!" Her voice was shaky, making her choke on her words.
"Jay, I think it's best if we just tell them what's going on," I look back at the familiar-sounding guy. I tilt my head at him, just trying to figure out who he was. He exhales quietly. "Don't freak out, ok? He mumbles into the bandana.
My jaw drops as he pulls his bandana down. "Freddie?!" He lets go of my arm, knowing I won't run now because I knew who he was.
"Janyce?!" He sarcastically mocks back with a small smirk on his face. "Hey, darling,"
My head was beginning to spin from shock. "What is going on? What are you doing here!"
"Fuck, Freddie! Where is Kaz?!" Jay looks over at the entrance of the club. "Listen don't freak out, ok? We came here to do business, which we'll explain to you girls later." He pauses, catching his breath. "There's a bomb in that club. It is gonna blast in about 30 seconds."
My eyes expand again. "When we found out, we were on the run. Then we saw you girls and we just couldn't let you die in there-"
I cut Jay off. "Dee! Dee is still in there, Jay! I have to go back-"
There was a huge explosion, making my heart drop to the floor. I stood and watch the inside of the club begin to burn while hearing the screams of horrified people. Anthea gasps loudly, flooring to her knees as she also watches in shock.
I started tearing up. "J-Jay-"
"Did you get those girls out of there or not!?" I turn around and eye a tall guy with tattoos lingering all over his arm. He held no emotion in his words nor face. He turns away from his phone and looks at up at us. He frowns. "Wasn't there another girl?"
There was a cry out for help, making my lips tremble. She's still alive.
"Dee!?" Anthea immediately standing up with her eyes wide open.
I try to run toward the entrance but before I could take a step, Freddie's wrapped his arms around me and pulled me back immediately. "Don't be stupid, Janyce! You'll get yourself killed!"
"Let go of me, Freddie!" I fight his embrace harder, as tears well out of my eyes. "Let go! I can't let her die in there!" I begin to crumble, slowly become weak. I lightly punch his chest, mad at him for not letting me go. "She can't die on her birthday..." I whisper into his chest.
