"How is she really doing, Regina?" Robin asks.

She sighs then moves over to the other side of the entry way, the one closest to the stairs, and leans her body against the wall. "She's... not talking. She still doesn't look too well, but I'm just grateful she's home."

"I couldn't agree with you more, Regina," my grandpa comments. "It wasn't safe for her to be out there on her own. Who knows what could've happened if we didn't find her in time."

Suddenly, the front door barges open. My mom jumps at the sound. Then, she twists around to look over at the door to see who entered our home.

With that, Zelena rushes into the house and stood between my mom and Robin.

"I heard Melody's here. Is she alright?" she asks.

"Yes. She's okay, Zelena," my mom answers.

"Oh my god, I was so worried."

"Welcome to the club," I comment.

"I had just talked to her earlier today and everything was fine. It's so crazy how things can change so quickly. When I got the call from Robin, I didn't know what to think. I was about to lose my mind."

"Well," Robin interrupts. "The good news is that we found her and she's safe at home."

"Oh, I know. Thank god." Zelena had placed a hand her chest and let out a sigh of relief, finally releasing the wave of distress that swarmed her entire body.

"Anyways, putting all that aside," my grandpa says. "Not that I'm not happy that Melody's okay, it's just... what went on back there with Melody, Henry?"

I glance over to him.

"She never said much during the whole way back. I'm just wondering what had her so freaked out."

"Wait," my mom interrupts. "Wouldn't you know as much as Henry? Weren't you with him the entire time while you were looking for Melody?"

My eyes widen but not too much that my mom would notice.

That's true though. The only reason that I was allow to go search for Melody was if my grandpa would stay with me the entire time, and did that happen? Nope. My mom was concerned that with Sabor and Clayton in the forest I would be in danger going on my own. If she knew what really happened, she'll freak and I won't be the one getting in trouble for this. I hope my grandpa can wheel us out of this one.

"I was with him, Regina," my grandpa explains. Even with the pressure weighing in on him, he, somehow, knew how to remain calm and keep his voice from shaking. Guess that's what makes him a good king; there's no way I'd be able to do that, not yet anyways. "But, when we had found Melody, she wasn't as... willing to come back with us. With me there, she must've thought that she was in trouble, since she had hurt Emma and Archie, and thought I was only there to lock her up like a criminal. I had to make the judgment call and stand back and let Henry do all the work. She didn't seem like she was troubled with Henry coming up to her, and besides, I was only away from Henry for a few minutes."

"That's true, Mom." I add in. "Melody was really afraid that she would be in trouble. That's part of the reason it took some time to convince her to come back."

She pursed her lips while staring at the both of us. Eventually, she says, "Alright, I understand that in desperate times you have to do whatever it takes to get the job done. I guess I can let it slide this time."
